Our approach focuses on the total health of your pet, and we are dedicated to providing loving care for our animal friends with understanding, direction and compassion. The members of our medical care team all have pets and understand the special relationship you have with your furry friend. Our goal is to treat your pet as we would our own. We strive to maintain excellent communication with you so that you are able to provide your pet with the best life possible. Every day, each and every one of us looks forward to assisting you with the care of your pets. Come by to meet our staff and tour our facility.
Recently, San Ramon Veterinary Hospital was honored to have been awarded the highest level of accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association. Only 14% of all small animal veterinary practices in the U.S. have achieved this honor by meeting or surpassing over 900 standards for facilities, medical equipment, practice methods and pet health care management.
Dr. Glen Weber, Owner and Hospital Director of San Ramon Veterinary Hospital, along with his professional Pet Health Support Team, has been “Caring for Your Furry Friends in San Ramon since 1980”. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Dr. Weber was honored as San Ramon Chamber Business Person of the year in 2006 and San Ramon Club Rotarian of year in 1995. He is a Past-President of San Ramon Rotary Club and a Past-President of Contra Costa Veterinary Medical Association.

He also shows a level of personal involvement which I have not seen often with other vets. I have been taking Gucci our Golden Retriever to SRVH for the past two years and have nothing but good experiences so far.

Dr. Goraya aka Dr. G is a calm, thoughtful and knowledgeable veterinarian. In July 2017, we went to him to give us a second opinion regarding the sarcoma our 16 year old female cat had in her throat after our other vet we had for 15 years said she couldn't do the surgery and thought it was time to let her go. Dr. G found a vet from outside his office to do the surgery on her. He charged less than a fifth of what they would have charged at SAGE in Dublin, CA. We had a second surgery done in January 2018 and she is still going strong. The office is not fancy but the care is what counts for me.

San Ramon Veterinary Hospital is the place to take your pet to! I love the excellent service, the positive energy, the kindness and compassion of the wonderful efficient staff which is a joy to experience. They provide the best medical, diagnostic, surgical and nursing care!
Jaswinder Goraya, D.V.M. is one the best vets I have had the pleasure of taking my beagle to. He is kind, well spoken and is obviously very knowledgeable and very skilled. I always feel safe to keep my dog under his expert care.
I strongly recommend Dr. Goraya and the San Ramon Veterinary Hospital for your beloved pets.

One of the best Animal hospital I have had ever been to. Dr. G and all his staff are so compassionate and caring. Their love for animals and dedication to their well being is up and beyond anything I have seen.
I recently lost my fur baby and rescued my baby, Lucy. Who was treated for a mass removal by Dr. G . I had literally dozens of question on the over all care of Lucy. They answered each question patiently and compassionately. Did not make me feel silly for asking . After her surgery few days later, I had some questions, they answered it and gave me some solutions to try. I feel so comfortable knowing I can call them any time regarding anything to do with Lucy's help. Prior to Dr. G I had gone to four different Vet's in search of the best care for my baby. My search has ended. Lucy now has a permanent Doctor, Dr. G.

I have been going to San Ramon Veterinary Hospital for about 3 years. DR. Goraya, Kim and his whole staff are very caring and professional. About 2 years ago, I thought I was going to lose my 17yr. old Minpin. With Dr. G's care, she lived another 2 quality years. I currently have an 8 yr. old fox terrier mix and a 13 week old chihuahua mix and am very happy that Dr. G and his staff are their healthcare providers.

I just recently moved from Idaho and I have a pug "Rosie" who has a collapsed trachea. She was in distress a few weeks ago and they took her right in at 7:30pm. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, informative, and compassionate. Dr. G took good care of Rosie and I really appreciate their willingness to take on a new patient in Rosie's time of need!
