I've boarded my dog here three times, ranging from 2 days to 17 days. She's been on medication all three times. I counted the tablets each time to ensure there is enough for each of the days she is boarded plus enough for one more day, just in case. There was too much medication remaining in the container the first two times. I asked the staff about it and they said she did take all her medication. During the third time my dog was boarded here, there was too much medication remaining in the container. The staff admitted that there was a new employee who did not give the dog its medication. This is completely unacceptable especially because we fill out paperwork at check-in stating that medication must be administered. I'm pretty sure my dog did not get her medication the first two times either, but this was the last straw. My dog's leash was also replaced because she chewed through it. This is also suspicious because she wouldn't chew through her leash unless she was tied to it for an extended period of time (unnecessary because she should be in her kennel, not tied up somewhere). Last but not least, I always have to ask how my dog did during her stay. This info should be offered to the owner without asking. I won't be boarding my dog here anymore. Read Less

Came across this place on Yelp when I was looking for a place to take my boyfriend's cat to get groomed. I would definitely bring him back here because the employees took good care of him and they gave him a 'summer cut' that made him look like a little lion. My boyfriend and his mom absolutely loved it! The price was a very good price as well. The cat usually does not do well with baths, and I didn't want him to be given a shot to calm him, but they were able to bath him without a problem. I was recommended here by the lady I adopted her from and I'm glad I came! The doctor and staff were very kind and professional with both me and my cat Rei. I think the price for blood work, teeth cleaning and medication is reasonable too. I just picked her up after a night of free boarding and I'm very happy with the results! The doctor took the time to explain his diagnosis and the recommended after care. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Additionally, the manager and his staff made sure I was completely taken care. Hopefully my cats stay healthy but if there's ever another issue I won't hesitate to come back here! Thank you! I've been bringing all of my pets here since I was a kid and they have always been good to my fur babies; as well as my family and friends I've referred here. Robert up front and the Doctors have always been so great about fitting us in (especially when we walk-in) and helping with whatever we need. Grand pet care center was a great place until Dr Kraemer  left. Now this place and it's customer service has gone way down. Over the last couple of years we have easily spent 5 thousand dollars worth of care for our 2 french bulldogs. We have had a prescription for revolution flea medication since we started going here with no problems. Suddenly my girlfriend comes in to pick up another 3 month supply and they tell us they cannot help her unless she brings both of them in for a checkup!!! I don't know about you guys but I don't think dogs suddenly are cured from catching fleas?!?! This is purely a money grab from a place we have spent so much money at and highly recommended to friends and family for years! So disappointed. Read Less

I brought my German Shepard in for her annual shots. It should have been a quick visit that, but apparently there wasn't enough staff on hand to take care of her right away. Because the staff on hand did seem to enjoy what they were doing and were genuinely loving towards their patients, I would probably bring my dog back... If I had no other option. Read Less

I'm only giving a star bc I had to. This was the worse experience with a vet ever, and I have had dogs for 20yrs. My dog had a mild seizure so I quickly got him here. I got to the vet office 15 min before closing and I was told the doctor was downstairs and would not be done for 15 min and by that time they would be closed. Are u kidding me? I didn't bring him in for a routine checkup, this was an emergency! And I was told sorry but we can send you somewhere else!!! I don't want any help from you now, I asked and you said no. This is not the kind of practice that I would recommend to anyone with an animal!!! Read Less
