Where else can you find a vet who 1) Gets nose to nose with your pet, 2) Is an unbelievably good surgeon - ran an emergency clinic for years, 3) Has seen everything, 4) Keeps up with developments in veterinary care and is open to new ideas, 5) Takes great care to make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your pet, 6) Has an infectious, positive attitude that helps so much when you are concerned about your loved one, 7) Has a staff that treats you like family, 8) Doesn't overcharge? He has performed at least three life-saving procedures on my two elderly dogs and is truly in a class by himself. I do some dog and cat rescue work (thus the name), and he has helped greatly with that also. Not many vets are that compassionate. I moved to Riverside but still go to Metro for anything that is not routine. Read Less
