I think Pro Pet Fix has the best prices! I took my dog in because it was time for her to get spay. The process for surgeries is an email reservation which you can do on their website then a drop off on the agreed date between 7 and 830 am. You fill out the paperwork and they take your pet to the back. If you ask for updates, I recommend getting texts rather than a call because they get really busy in the afternoons so you might not get a call at all. Between 2 and 330 you come pick up your pet and you go home with three days worth of painkillers for your pet~ It was relatively simple and affordable !Read Less

After looking for a place to get my dog spay as a poor post undergrad kid, I had to find a place that was affordable. Most of the other places I looked into cost double, even triple the cost of Pro Pet Fix. The cost came out to be 75$ for the service alone that's with the included pain medication. Drop off is between 7 and 830 and pick up was between 2 and 330, since they closed at 4.It was pretty simple, they took her in right away, but she managed to slip through whatever was holding her back and came back out to the lobby and waited with me until I finished the paperwork. They didn't give me a call to see any updates about her post surgery, but it was because they were busy helping all their other patients. When I called them at 2, they told me that she did a great job during surgery and she was okay to be picked up.The instructions they gave me afterwards was very straight forward and simple. I also got the cone as well, which made the total come out to be about 90$. I recommend getting an E-Collar, but probably not the one they provide. The ones they provide are pretty stiff and they attach to the collar. My dog pulled herself out of it the moment she got home and then passed out from exhaustion. Maybe get a more comfortable one from Petsmart which costs about the same or from amazon, they have ones that are like pillow E-Collars.Overall my experience here was pretty good. The pick up line I got skipped a few times, but that was also my fault for not saying anything to the other people. There really is no line, it's more like once someone is free you approach them before someone else does.My dog is just finishing up day 2 of her recovery and she's starting to get back to her normal self. Day one she had a lot of accidents though, but I don't think she could control it and she was kinda loopy. Pill pockets are definitely worth the purchase.  I tried using cheese and smooshing her medicine into her treats, but it didn't work at all. I came in here on a Saturday afternoon to give my corgi his 2nd DAPP  vaccine and it was pretty full with people and their dogs. I gave all my details and after waiting for about 20 mins we were next. The vet was nice and gentle with my dog. She also answered all my questions in a polite manner. I highly recommend this place for fixing pets! I spent weeks researching and calling different vets and animal hospitals for prices on spaying rabbits and they're all outrageous. The service here is pretty friendly, I don't know why people complain. They do prefer pick ups and walk ins to come before 3:30 because they get busy before closing. Of course I got off at 3:30 and informed them I maybe a bit late, the girl told me it was okay as long as I was there a few minutes before 4. They offer extra take home medicine if needed, which of course I requested for because I feel that bunnies are stoic and hard to tell if they are in pain. My bunny seemed happy but tired, perhaps a little betrayed lol. The girls were gentle with her, I can see they handle animals with extra care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone pets. Wonderful place! My boyfriend had taken his cat here for shots and neutering and when we had moved in together and got a second cat, we took her here as well for all of her shots and her spay. We ended up with a pup who we took here also for his shots and neuter and every single time we've come, we have always had a wonderful experience. Everything is smooth, easy-going, and best of all, really good quality service for a really great price! I personally find it a hit or miss with the customer service via calling in, but in person, everything is great. Very professional, very thorough. All of our pets are definitely in good hands here. Pet friendly, time friendly, and wallet friendly. Everything went as smoothly as possible.My 45lb female boxer was in and out and she was back to herself in no time after her spay. I had her shots done as well. I didn't request to have her nails clipped because I normally do them for her. When I picked her up, they were clipped anyways. Pet pro fix went above and beyond. Have gotten 4 of my rabbits fixed here and each time they are super friendly and understanding! My poor bunnies are always groggy after being put to sleep and they always take care of them! Extremely rude and dishonorable service. I called ahead to ask about bringing my dog and cat in for shots. The girl on the phone said to come in by 4:00 to get vaccinations. So we drove 25 minutes to get there because we heard it's a reasonable place to go. We arrived at the place at 3:50 and there were 2 girls sitting at the, front desk who immediately got up and walked to the back of the facility when they saw me walk up to the door with my animals. I took my 4 month old rabbit in for a neuter. He weighs 4 pounds.This price is a steal, at $50 for a rabbit neuter and $5 for a nail trim. The next cheapest thing I could find was $150. I was nervous given they were so cheap compared to the competition, but the many good reviews they had reassured me.Most importantly, my rabbit underwent The Great Snip without a hitch and has not had any complications since (it's been 1 week). The staff was courteous and insured that I understood all pre and post op instructions. Both drop off and pick up were very quick, with little to no waiting. Drop off was 7-8:30, which I could easily hit before work, and I had to pick him up before the clinic closed at 4. I've taken Suki to Pro Pet Fix these last two years for her vaccines. Suki hates going to the vet. She gets really anxious and hesitates whenever we get near one. We used to go to Golden State Humane Society in Garden Grove because it's still the cheapest place to go, but this place is closer and there's no wait. Suki and I went in on a Saturday morning at 9 am and we were out in 10 minutes. Compare that to the wait at Golden State Humane which usually takes 45 minutes to an hour because of the sheer amount of people who show up on Saturdays. For her DHLPP and Bordetella shots, it was $40 total. Great price with no wait. They take VISA or MC. Service was quick and friendly. I found Pro Pet Fix on yelp while I was looking for a low cost place to have my dogs cherry eye fixed. I called for a quote and they said they only do cherry eyes with the neutering, which I thought was fine. (Hit two birds with one stone.) Another veterinarian was going to charge me over $700 for a cherry eye removal and neutering. Or over $150 to just check if his eye was scratched and to get the swelling down; not really fixing anything. Pro Fix quoted less than $150 to perform the surgery! I was skeptical but I made an appointment. The day before I had trouble with my  debit card and had to reschedule for another day. But when I got there, they had rescheduled me with a veterinarian who can't perform the surgery. So I had to reschedule again for another time. It was a bit upsetting since it was a bit of a drive and some time out of work for my sister to pick me up. But the girl helping me seemed to care about the mess up. I rescheduled and returned a few days later and a within few hours they were done. When I picked my dog up he was still pretty dazed from the surgery, and when we got home he didn't want to walk around. He had the cone on and didn't trust it. It took him two days to finally start to walk around and within a week he was used to it. He did need the pain killers earlier than they suggested, as he also had eye surgery. The pain killers and ointment for his eye were both included. His cherry eye was still very visible when I picked him up, but it wasn't penetrating like before. They said the swelling would go down and it very slowly did. They didn't remove the gland, but made a suture to tuck it back into the eye, which is what I wanted. The other vet said removing it is the only option, which it's obviously not. And having it removed would have meant a lot of eye drops for the rest of his life to keep his eye healthy. I also lost the papers before I got home, but they were able to email me the documents for his surgery. So I thank Pro Pet Fix for being a low cost place for people like me. Read Less

The overall process was extremely easy, affordable and customer service was great. Brought my 6 month old shar pei here to get neutered. I decided to come here because the price was right in my budget(our usual vet would've charged us over 100 for the procedure itself not including the pain meds & cone) . I was very nervous and skeptical at first. But when I called to make my appointment, the woman that answered was very nice- I had called two other places and they were rude, one even hung up on me bc I was asking a lot of questions about the procedure. I was surprised they didn't use IV since m dog was supposed to be on an empty stomach before the procedure. But I decided to give them a try. I dropped off my dog at 730 am and they said to pick him up at 2pm. They called me as soon as he was out of surgery around 12 but still insisted I wait til 2 to pick him up. I wish I could've picked him up sooner. I was a nervous wreck at home waiting. When I went in to pick him up there was only one person at the front and she was on the phone with a client. I heard a cry that reminded me of my pup ( he sounds like a turkey when he cries when he's in a crate) it just sound more faint/ weak so I thought to myself that can't be him, he must be sleeping or something. After a while another woman came to the desk to finally help me out. As soon as she went to the back to get my pup, the crying had stopped- I felt so bad when I realized it was him afterall! Walter was so excited to see me but he could barely walk. He was so drugged out, hah. I had to carry him into and out of the car. He was so wobbly he couldn't even stand when we got home. Our regular vet said it's healing fine and that they did a good job with the incision. I'm so glad they use the dissolving stitches! I went in on an early morning (as per drop off scheduled time)& You would think with the high volume of customers that they would have more staff early mornings (some of us need to get to work also). But no and the staff they do have (mostly girls) have  TERRIBLE ATTITUDES! They seemed so rude and uncaring! Sorry but the low cost isn't worth having some OBVIOUSLY uneducated girls handling my pet! & The Girl at the front desk doesn't know ANYTHING about the business she is in! Took my fur baby here this morning to get get rabies and feline distemper shot and it was a quick and painless! Total time spent at the clinic was 15 minutes. The vet tech who administered the shot took great care and my kitten didn't cry at all. I really appreciate that they send reminder cards because I would never be able to remember. Just got my cat neutered here today and no complaints.  It was a very quick and easy process.-Call to make an appointment (Mon-Sat with same day pick up)-Drop off times is between 7:00AM-8:30:AM.-Pick up times is between 2:00PM-3:30PM (or sooner, depending on when they call)-Pay before or after the surgery-No need to come back post-op because their stitches dissolve with time.It was $50 to get my cat neutered.  I believe its $75 for females.  They also do microchipping which is a one time fee of $40! I had lagged on getting my dog spayed, because I didn't want her to be in pain, but then after her first heat, I realized I really needed to get it done.  I looked online for cheap spaying services, and a couple of places I found that were supposedly the cheapest in Orange County ended up not being so cheap.  I had scheduled an appointment for my dog to get spayed at this place in Tustin for $135, only to find out that there were a bunch of hidden fees, like anesthesia and a bunch of BS.  On top of that, my vet had recommended that she get two of her baby teeth removed, which would have been done at an extra charge.  The estimate out the door would have been about $320 on the low end, to over $600 on the higher end.  I ended up leaving, feeling totally misled, and decided to look around on Yelp.  I'm so glad I did!I was initially nervous that since the procedure is done for such a low price, I might get bad service.  That wasn't the case at all!  The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly.  Turns out my dog actually had a total of seven baby teeth that needed to be removed, and they did it at a super cheap price! When I went to pick up my dog, the guy was even able to describe what my dog does when she's happy or excited, and handed me a syringe full of her baby teeth.  He was very careful when handling her, and made sure that I had all information for her post-operative care.  When I read the instructions for her medication, I found out that since she is a smaller dog, I would need to give her thirds of the pills. Once I opened up the bottle of medicine, I found out that they even cut the pills in thirds for me!I was so impressed with the service, and the fact that there were no hidden fees whatsoever!  They removed all seven baby teeth for less than what both places I had gotten estimates for had quoted for just one tooth!  The total for the spay, removing seven baby teeth, and the e-collar was only $108!  My dog was back to normal the next day, and I'm extremely grateful to the staff for the positive experience at Pro Pet Fix!  I would recommend them in a heartbeat! This place is awesome! I have brought both a female cat and a male cat here to get vaccinations/deworming/spayed and neutered. Vaccinations/deworming are the cheapest around and I like that you can just walk in. The people administering the shots are truly great and were amazing with the kitties! As for the spay and neutering...amazing!!!! The female (~2years old) had the smallest incision and was back to normal no joke within 10 hours and the incision was completely healed in less than a week. The boy cat (7months) was back to normal after a nice 8 hour nap and was completely healed after 2 days. I was a nervous wreck dropping my babies off for the surgery but these wonderful people called me as soon as the surgeries were done and then they called me 3 days later to check up on them!!! So great! I think the females surgery was $75 and the males was $50. You can add pain mess on for $10 but I found neither needed them! Amazing place! Took my little rescue dog to get fixed today, and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. I dropped off at 7:30, and he was ready to be picked up at 12:30 (it was a slow day for them). He also needed his rabies shot and a tooth extracted, so they did it all at the same time.
