edit - Since the owner replied below I wanted to clarify: the staff from what I noticed was decorating the front office for Halloween. There was nothing going on "behind the scenes." I spent almost 2 hours here on a weekday afternoon for flea medication and a steroid shot for my cat. 2 hours. On an empty weekday afternoon. For a generic routine cat exam. I got put into a room, talked to the vet for 3 minutes, she went to "check something", came back about 45 minutes later, went to "put the plan together" ie make a bill, came back 45 minutes later, took my cat for a shot, came back half an hour later. It would have been a 20 minute visit at my other vet (or any vet anywhere) but I came here because it was cheaper. I am not exaggerating when I say the place was empty. There was no appointment after mine, I know because they offered me either one an hour before I came in. There was 1 other customer at the time who was there even longer than me, waiting room was empty the whole time, and that's it. I genuinely do not know what they could possibly have been doing, but I do know they weren't working to help the 2 customers they had in waiting rooms and at the end of the day that's all I need to know. I have never spent this long at a vet in my life, and they tried to charge me for a fecal exam that wasn't performed. This place is inexcusably unprofessional and I recommend going elsewhere. Bought a Groupon for their veterinary services for vaccinations for my cat.  However, when I went in, I ended up paying an extra $80 for other services even though the groupon said that it was for vaccinations and check up.  Seriously, it's just their way of making up for their loss on the groupon. I had some concerns for my dog and thought that I would bring her to the closest veterinarian in my neighborhood. I found this vet through Groupon and got a very good discount as a first timer. I was brought to the back and the assistant who examined my dog was extremely nice and looked her over thoroughly. When the vet came in, I addressed all of my concerns. He then told me that he would need to examine her and he would like to muzzle her. My dog greeted the vet by licking his hands, and is not aggressive and has never bitten anyone, So I don't understand the need to muzzle her. I told him that wasn't necessary. Then he told me that he was bit last week then he started his BS statement about how Pitbulls are discriminated against blah blah blah, however he still needs to take precautions. He asked me to put my dog in a headlock and restrain her, there was no need for this because she was not being aggressive. The more I held her head, the more she got excited and scared. He spread her legs open real hard in a way that could cause damage which seemed very unprofessional. He got scared and would step back and look at me. I had my dog on the floor holding her while he was standing up bending over. He jammed the stethoscope inside her ear without even looking. She yelped real loud. He was afraid to examine the other ear. Since I didn't like the way he was handling my Dog's ears, I said leave it alone. He then asked me to sign a waiver form stating that I'm not allowing him to do a full examination on her ears. (Whatever) he didn't examine her foot which was one of my main concerns because she had surgery a month ago. My dog also had a rash which I believe was from changing her dog food. He didn't even look at that either. I asked him to provide me with the one pill application for fleas and I'm on my way. I do not think that he should be practicing as a vet if he's afraid of dogs. If I could give this place -5 Stars I would. They are only out for your money and that's it they do not have your animals best interest at heart. I decided to take my dog here because the pricing was more reasonable until I realize that they were going to gouge me out of every penny that I had or at least tried to. All i wanted is for my dog to heal and get better and all they wanted was money. It's unfortunate how is it is for a vet to take advantage of somebody because of the fact that you don't know anything about animals the way that they do so they of course use that to their advantage. A good example of this is just like mechanics that take advantage of people that don't know anything about cars. I don't live in the area, but was staying nearby for a few days as part of long trip, and wanted to get my 5 month old husky checked out. Best vet I've ever been to. Pricing was much lower than we expected and the doctor gave us such great care while we were there, and even followed up after. Wish we lived closer so I could make this my regular vet! Read Less

Brought my puppy here for the puppy package which was reasonably priced. It included all the necessary puppy shots which was a total of 3 visits and a physical. The actual clinic itself isn't fancy but every time I've been there it appears to be sanitary. The Doctor was nice enough. Answered our questions and gave my puppy a good physical. Gave us suggestions and options for his care. Although he did seem a bit rushed but he excused himself for what appeared to be a walk in emergency. ***The point of this review is for the ladies in the front. Especially Yesenia. My puppy is by far as HANDFUL. He's a chihuahua mix (enough said).  She has great customer service skills! From the time I called for an inquiry and asking questions about their pricing and packages to the day of his appointment. She's very friendly and professional. She did not lose her patience  at all! Came in for my french bulldog's yearly vaccinations. The office is super small, and could use a thorough cleaning and dusting (My mexican cleaning powers sensed this) but other than that, it was a satisfactory visit. She was not under any stress being there, and the vet tech was very nice and made small talk. The Doctor was nice also, and she recommended we get her stool sampled and recommended to get flea control at the vet since over the counter is not very safe for pets. The prices are reasonable ($55 for full vaccinations) but front desk told me I called during a vaccine special ( She used a different term). My frenchie was mildy bothered by the shots, but she is a super tough cookie so I wouldn't expect anything less. I will be returning to get her fixed; the price was way more reasonable compared to the low cost clinic found on the OC gov. website. They wanted to charge over $200! Went in a couple weeks back and was very unsatisfied. We only came here because it was the closest vet near us + didn't have a ride to our usual vet which is in HB. Was very disappointed that they didn't honor the $10 first client visit they advertise on here. Now where does it mention it is not valid on saturdays. The vet was not helpful at all. He was kinda rude and somewhat pushy. I did not feel comfortable with him as he was not listening to my concerns. He also held my dog's leg weird to try and see his belly which I didn't like at all. My dog was whining. I also didn't appreciate one of the assistant's attitude when she took us to the room after we filled out the paper work. Before she left us waiting for the vet she told us next time it'd be better if we were to bring my pup's record of vaccinations, which we actually did have on hand, she just never asked for them. The whole time we were in the waiting room she could've asked but she didn't so I wasn't sure if it was necessary to show them. My puppy had already gotten all his shots and we went in for a different concern (ear/yeast infection ) I don't think they genuinely cared about my dog's health, just money. On a side note: my puppy didn't seem to like it there and usually he's calm at any vet (we've been to 3 different ones before sticking to the in HB) so that should've been a red flag from the beginning. We left our 8 year old mix here for boarding for one night. We left his favorite toy, blanket, and canned wet food because he can't eat kibble. The staff took care of his needs and he seemed very happy upon return. We highly recommend boarding at this facility ! Read Less

I'm a new owner of a little kitten that a friend had given me. I had never owned a pet before much less a baby animal so I was concerned when I found out it had been outside for the first 4 weeks of its life. I went to this location because it was close to my house and the Yelp reviews seemed promising. When I got there I was greeted by two very nice assistants. Right off the bat there were good vibes. My appointment was set at 11:45 and after I filled out some paperwork they let me in a room and one of the assistants weighed and checked the temperature of Eugene (my kitty). No wait at all! Then she left and told me Dr Qadeer would be there shortly and after about 5 minutes, he came to give the examination. Prior to the visit I thought my kitten was a girl but turns out she was a he lol. He finished the exam and let me stay after to ask some questions because I had plenty, being a new owner. I went to pay for my visit and I found the $5 first visit and asked if they honored the discount and they did! I saved myself $34! I brought my great dane puppy to the vet so Dr. Qadeer could give me a quote on his ear cropping. I was very hesitant because I had never used this vet before. After talking with him and going over the procedure I felt more comfortable. The procedure went well and I picked up my puppy later that day. The vet called me several times to check on him. I couldn't have been happier with the service and staff at Dr. Quedeer's hospital. I took my neapolitan mastiff, Charger in for an ear crop, and from the 1st phone call I made to his office his staff was very kind and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Quedeer's knowledge of ear cropping was far beyond what i expected and i was very grateful that Dr. Quedeer took the time to explain the many different styles of ear cropping. His staff even went out of their way to go online and allow me to search on their computer for the type of look i wanted to assure it would be done properly and to my liking. I never felt rushed or pressured to make up my decision to get the procedure done there. I felt very comfortable and knew that i found the right place and right doctor to take care of my Charger. Just moving here from AZ. we had no Veterinarian in which to take Rocky to; and he was very, very sick. We found Dr. Qadeer at Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital in the yellow pages and called for an appointment. To our delight, Rocky was seen in 30 minutes, diagnosis and treatment was reasonable and they were compassionate about how they treated Rocky. When I decided to get my animal spayed, my rabbit, I never thought it would be such a hassle. The vet assured me they worked with rabbits and turned out to be false. After slicing her open and realizing they didn't know what to do they referred me to a specialist who sliced her open again and made mistakes too.
