We have taken a hamster and two dogs here. They are very sweet, from the front desk to the vet herself. I will honestly say that they weren't incredibly knowledgable about our hamsters problems but I'm sure that's because they don't see them too often and the vet offered to look up more info online regarding what was going on with our hammy. This isn't an exotic animal vet so we weren't upset about it. But they were very gentle and loving. I trust them with all our kids.

Very happy with our experience so far with Cinema Vet. The receptionist is pleasant and Dr. Wheelbarger is a great vet. I find their pricing to be reasonable. I don't feel they try to take you to the bank like some other vets. I feel comfortable bringing our animals to this vet.

Love this vet. I'd been to a couple of other vets with previous pets, but tried Cinema Vet when we got our new puppy and we couldn't be happier. Our little boy is always so happy to visit the vet - this, even AFTER they neutered him (I think that says a lot!) The staff is super friendly, and the doctors are great. Couldn't imagine taking him anyplace else!

*VERY SATISFIED* Been to many vets over the years. Everyone at Cinema is top notch from the receptionist to the technicians to the two veterinarians. Although the prices are not low, they are competitive with other vets. They are very caring, professional, and the place is super clean. One thing that is a little different is that before they do any procedures, they give you a cost estimate. This is good to know, but sometimes it includes everything possible, so you...the pet owner are left to make quite a few decisions. They are very good at diagnosing problems and came up with the proper meds to help improve my senior dog's condition.

We have been using this vet since we moved to Santa Clarita, and absolutely LOVE this office. The staff is very caring and they have patience with our neurotic pibble rescue. We never get stuck in a waiting room (they don't double-book) and even when we had an emergency visit, they made room for us immediately.
How many offices have employees who would lay on the floor with a nervous pit bull, in an effort to calm him so he could get his nails cut? Not many, in my experience. The people in this office truly care for, and are willing to go out of their way for, my dogs. :)

We have taken a hamster and two dogs here. They are very sweet, from the front desk to the vet herself. I will honestly say that they weren't incredibly knowledgable about our hamsters problems but I'm sure that's because they don't see them too often and the vet offered to look up more info online regarding what was going on with our hammy. This isn't an exotic animal vet so we weren't upset about it. But they were very gentle and loving. I trust them with all our kids.

Very happy with our experience so far with Cinema Vet. The receptionist is pleasant and Dr. Wheelbarger is a great vet. I find their pricing to be reasonable. I don't feel they try to take you to the bank like some other vets. I feel comfortable bringing our animals to this vet.

Love this vet. I'd been to a couple of other vets with previous pets, but tried Cinema Vet when we got our new puppy and we couldn't be happier. Our little boy is always so happy to visit the vet - this, even AFTER they neutered him (I think that says a lot!) The staff is super friendly, and the doctors are great. Couldn't imagine taking him anyplace else!

*VERY SATISFIED* Been to many vets over the years. Everyone at Cinema is top notch from the receptionist to the technicians to the two veterinarians. Although the prices are not low, they are competitive with other vets. They are very caring, professional, and the place is super clean. One thing that is a little different is that before they do any procedures, they give you a cost estimate. We have been using this vet since we moved to Santa Clarita, and absolutely LOVE this office. The staff is very caring and they have patience with our neurotic pibble rescue. We never get stuck in a waiting room (they don't double-book) and even when we had an emergency visit, they made room for us immediately.
