Rude. Smelly. And completely disorganized. I will NEVER take my pet here again. I will say they're pretty cheap, but that's probably because they don't spend the money to hire friendly/knowledgeable staff or cleaning supplies. Really I would suggest that you avoid this place. I had to get records of my dog's shots for my apartment and you would have thought I asked them to move a continent for me. Not to mention that the doctor gave my dog stitches and never told me she needed them removed. They didn't suggest a post-op at all. I went to another doctor and they told me my dog still had stitches in. If you want to see how rude they are, just call them and ask them any question that takes a minute to answer. You will hear their eyes rolling. I don't even know how they get away with keeping their hospital open.Read Less

My dog was a client of Dr. Jones for 7 years, at 5 he was not looking the same, he slowed down, periodic vomiting, seemed like he needed a doggie Advil? Recently moved south and needed to change vets. I turned to , found , and am so glad I did. The parking lot is kind of hard to get into because of that crazy intersection, but that's the worst part. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, escorted to a room, and only had to wait a few minutes before a vet tech came in to take my dog's temperature, etc. It wasn't much longer that Dr. came in and I really appreciated not having to wait forever.Read Less

I went to this place yesterday after my pomeranian seemed to have gotten into my trash and eaten something that made her sick. The doc took a look at her, asked a few questions then looked at me and said he can do xrays or blood work, but he didnt know what was wrong with her. So I said whatever you recommend. He said I'll run back and schedule some blood work. He quickly walked out of the office. At this point, I haven't received any estimates on the cost, I'd only been told the exam was $49. I get called up to the desk to get my dog and then am told I owe $500! The doc didn't tell me he was taking xrays and no one told me how much it would be. I feel completely taken advantage of, my dog is still sick and now I'm out extra money for the holidays.DO NOT GO HERE. It's a complete waste of time and money. Read Less

Had been going here for years, only saw Dr Jones once. Recently took our Dane in for a lumo that had grown rather quickly. Was told not to worry, but asked to run another test for an unrelated "issue" and given an aggressive sales pitch for their dog food. Two months later our dog is gone, due to a rapid, aggressive breast cancer. Yes, we found a more personal, thorough Vet facility, that listened to us, and less expensive than Jones. Read Less
