Four Paws Veterinary Clinic

Santa Paula, California
General Info
Four Paws Veterinary Clinic in Santa Paula views veterinary care as a dance where every room starts the calming signals, and every step of staff erases the resistance. A multi-dimensional experience is gaining traction throughout California. Animals have pre-cue time prior to the examination to walk paths and acquire directional control while sampling light scents. Room layouts are not symmetric for pets to avoid getting stuck in a corner. Staff are communicating from slightly offset positions so as not to be entirely front facing, which is the posture that generally triggers alertness. The temperature scheme uses the deliberate gradient from cool in entry areas to warm in examination rooms. Four Paws Veterinary Clinic provides an intricate array of services such as mobility tracking, long-term inflammation detection, early neurological and organ health screening, and surgical consultation for dental staging. The handover process from the technology professionals to the veterinarians and from one room to another is intentionally awkward and complicated. Tools come next after the rules are established. The technique could be initiated when both the breath rhythm became flat and the blink rate lowered. Spatial decompression zones, multisensory prep kits, and friction-minimized walking patterns make up at-home guides for the rebound stress alleviation. Care flows seamlessly into everyday life, where patients encounter the same subtle cues to act and behave as they do within the clinic walls. Pet owners in Santa Paula and California can rest assured that their pets will access the best services that Four Paws Veterinary Clinic offers. The team provides the following specialized services: Anesthesiology, Bloodwork, Cardiology, Dental Care, and Dental Radiographs. Clients applaud the practice for its commitment to care and attentiveness to the pets’ needs. From routine checkups to intricate surgeries, the clinic ensures that your pet receives the highest quality care in a friendly and serene environment.

Dr Rivera and his staff are wonderful to us and to our kids. We take our two dogs and cats for annual checkups and if they're ill. Our older Kai Ken dog felt very strongly about NOT having a necessary blood lab drawn. Dr Rivera came into the waiting room where we were and was non-plussed about her scratching him and trying to bite him. He treats them all most professionally and explains any findings to us so we understand, instead of taking down to us in "Doctor-ese". There are not enough words to recommend 4 Paws. When it comes to the health/care of my Zoey, I don't trust anyone other than Dr Rivera. He helped us when she was in an accident last year and also recently when she had to have a tumor removed. Zoey isn't just my pet, but also the closest thing to a child and I know she's in great hands whenever she's there. I don't mind driving the distance from Ventura to Santa Paula, as long as I know she's taken care of. Read Less

We were at a loss as to what to do with our beloved family dog. He was close to death with kidney failure and we didn't have the money to give him the care he needed. Dr. Kelly and his staff worked with us, knowing our limits financially, and they helped us do what we could to make our dog better. It was a gamble, but it was one we were willing to take. Our dog is doing great and it's due to the love and care he received not only at home, but at the dr. office as well. Thank you to all of you at Four Paws, you have no idea how much we appreciate all you did for our family. Read Less
