I live right across the street from this vet so when I first made an appointment I went in with high hopes and I wasn't disappointed!
All the staff are friendly and do well with my cat. I tend to weigh their interactions with him heavier than with me but they all treat him right.
I've never had to wait long, I love the text reminders for appointments and ordering my cat food from them is super convenient. My cat, Hobbs, recently had dental work done here and I have no complaints. They called me to keep me updated on the situation and to tell me everything turned out fine. Hobbs barely had any recovery period, just went straight back to lazing around the house.
I highly recommend checking them out!

The staff and doctors are wonderful. They are very caring and loving towards your pet, they take time to explain everything to you. " No matter how many times u ask the ? Over". They make sure that all questions are answered and don't let you walk out with that ? Mark above your head look. I highly recommend VCA Westside Animal Hospital for your furry friends.. Trust me your pet will love you even more ...Oh ya, plus they give great treats out and for the owner coffee,tea even hot chocolate. Yummy

Excellent and thorough care for our little rescue doggie. Very compassionate Dr.s as well as staff. I checked out pricing online and in SR for the recommended dog food and found it the least expensive here. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Very professional and personable, and our dog never balked going there (always a good sign). They go above and beyond, and are very clear in discussing options and alternatives.
