Nearly five years ago, I was referred to Dr. Kaiser by a friend that had two dogs. I have four cats. My friend had spoken so many wonderful things about Dr. Kaiser. Now, I can say, after years of service on four different aged animals, Dr. Kaiser is the best vet I have encountered, and I have owned animals all my life. His staff is wonderful as well. Dr. Kaiser takes time with each animal, lets you ask questions, and he always gives the worst and best case scenario. He goes over options, and gives the reality of the animal's health, be it not much to worry about, or long term issues. He also lays out what the cost would look like depending, and he never pressures you. My cats love Dr. Kaiser as well. Each one, of course, has her own personality, and each one still responds so well to him.
He also goes above and beyond his call of duty.
Here is an example: He is closed on Sundays (which is wonderful, and shows his respect for the Lord's Word). Years ago, one of my cats had a health issue come full swing on Saturday late evening. I left a message on his hotline. Dr. Kaiser called back, and informed me that she has to be seen soon as to not create a bigger problem. The only option on Sunday would have been an emergency clinic that is very expensive. Being on a single income, that was going to be difficult on me. He offered to come in Sunday afternoon for a checkup so I had less of bill, and my cat was able to avoid a bigger problem than if I waited till Monday. That was so generous, and I was so thankful to be able to help my cat earlier, and not have a crazy vet bill from the emergency clinic.
I pray the Lord always bless Dr. Kaiser, his wife (and their little doggies), his family, and his practice. You don't always find people, vets, that are caring, consistent, honest, and capable. May our great Lord bless you and keep you, Dr. Kaiser. Read Less
