I cannot thank Rosemarie Pet Hospital and their staff enough! Yesterday, I found an abandoned, injured pit bull in front of a grocery store while in town visiting. She was severely emaciated, had infected wounds on her legs, and could hardly walk...I took her to Rosemarie Pet Hospital and I immediately knew she was in good hands. The staff was so kind to me and the dog, and truly went above and beyond to help us both. They helped me research local rescues and fosters in order... to find placement for the dog since the shelter was closed, allowed me to leave her at their facility for a few hours while I looked for someone to help me with her, and the best part...when I got back to pick her up, they had cleaned her wounds and started her on antibiotics FREE OF CHARGE (even after I already explicitly stated I could not afford to pay them for those services). I am very grateful for Rosemarie pet hospital , my fur baby Rocky has been going there for 10 years since he was a tiny puppy , they are so patient with Rocky being he's a pit bull and older ,the vet techs are amazing , Joe and Edgar ! Rocky has had a few surgeries and the have all been successful & a ear infection , Recently he had his ears flushed and medication and doing great ! Very flexible in scheduling visits ... So I made an appointment to get my cat neutered and they told me all the details for him to be ready the next day. I brought him in and his temperature was checked and his weight and I was thinking that the procedure was going to be good! Then the Vet comes in and tells me that she doesn't recommend neutering cats before 6 months, mind you I've been doing my research and even the ASPCA website says to get your cat neutered before 5 months of age! My cat is ONE DAY from being 16 weeks (approx.4 months) and no one told me that he was too young till the Vet decided that. I'm extremely disappointed especially since my poor Kitty had to be starved all night for his procedure that he didn't have plus now I have to reschedule a whole other appointment. The nurse was very nice and apologized for the Vet's rudeness and she was very sweet to my kitty but since that specific vet, I think her name was Cardona, is there pretty much Mon-Thurs I won't be coming back during that time or probably not at all to avoid her all together. My first visit was way better with a different vet but they need to figure out their inconsistencies because they completely wasted my time today all because they don't have set practices for neutering. I was told I could make another appointment with the other vet and she would be more willing to do the procedure but I'm not planning a whole day off work to come back with a chance that he might not be neutered again. The one star is for the nurse who tried her best to keep our services but despite how sweet she was, we will not be coming back. Read Less

I was happy to bring my new pup here. Everything was good and it was affordable. Staff was nice and helped me tend to my pup when he was nervous. That change when he injured his paw pad. They managed to squeeze him in but it costed me $400 which was not in my current budget. However, cost wasn't a factor. They did a terrible job wrapping the paw which resulted  them taping over the fur on his leg. He now as a little scar from the tape. It didn't seem like they cared about him during the follow ups and just wanted us in and out. Read Less

AWFUL!! Front desk lady was very nice. But, I brougt in a kitten I found on the freeway. her ear was skinned and had blood bubbling out of her nose. I was going to pay for he emergency pet care. But the vet said she "gets off at six and is too busy." They claim on their website all emergency cases will be seen. TOTAL BULL! Isn't that why you went to vet school? To help animals? This is foremost the best veterinarian clinic I have been too.. "WOW " when I walk through the doors the clinic smells amazing clean and fresh you couldn't   even tell that it is a pet hospital. The staff was so professional and the hospitality was amazing I have to give Edgar props he was so explanatory on every issue and concerns I had with my pet. He even printed out informative paper to address the issues with my dog  and future issues that could arise. The veterinarian doctor Mrs Land was amazing! She introduced yourself  and concerned yourself with every  concern i had for my pet, they also offer a variety of package  services with prices inclueded medication as well so you know exactly what you are going to pay out and if there would be any changes they would notify you beforehand. I did not feel pressured intimidated or gouged like I had at other places.  Following the surgery Sam the assistant manager call to see  how my pet was doing and if I needed anything not to hesitate to call. I recently rescued a puppy less than a week ago. I called the day after I got him hoping to get an appointment and they were able to see him the same day. Couple days later my puppy started to get sick and I got concerned since he's only 6 weeks. I called in and Sam was super helpful and nice. He had me come in 10 minutes later, and they waived the exam fee for me as well! Everyone I've had interactions with have been so helpful and friendly. A while back, my nine year old dog was poisoned by some local kids and I thought I was going to lose her. It was on a Saturday and everywhere else was closed and I couldn't afford to take her to an emergency pet hospital. Luckily, this place was open and they took in my dog at last minute notice and immediately put her on an IV and gave her some shots to combat the poison. They kept her for the entire day, and called me back to let me know she was improving and that I could come see her. If it wasn't for this place I don't think my dog would have made it. It is impossible to express how happy I am with my experience here! Went in around 8:15 for an emergency with my small corgi mix. He was in a lot of pain and the vet tech who showed us (my boyfriend and I) in was extremely friendly. ( I believe her name was Vanesa) She immediately calmed me down and was extremely comforting and made my dog feel comfortable which is abnormal for him being in a new place. I was reassured right away that everything would be fine and they have multiple treatment options and showed extreme patience while we decided which option would be best for my fur baby. The vet that we worked with was extremely knowledgable and took extra time with us to go over food, medication, treatment and any other concerns I had. (My list was long considering he's my baby) I came home feeling relieved and confident that I'm in good hands and will be back for a checkup next week. My puppy got into some things she shouldn't have and another vet service in town wanted an unaffordable amount to cover the surgery. Rosemarie Pet Hospital not only performed the same service for a significantly lower price (almost half less) but they were also able to perform the surgery much sooner than the other place. My experience at Rosemarie Pet Clinic has been nothing but great all the times I had taken my pets there. I have four dogs and I had them since they were babies .I have been taking them to this clinic for more than 10 years . Anytime we go , it feels like my dogs are treated with special care. When we take our pets to Rose Marie I always feel confident that they will come home feeling better. The staff have been very helpful in helping us find owners of a lost dog that had a microchip. I'd made an appointment, and upon arrival we were ushered into a room, where I waited for an hour and no one came in at all during that time. So I left. This veterinarian hospital is not for the client or your  pet all they want is your money so don't take your pets to them If you love your pet please find another Veterinarian hospital they need to stop Cropping ears and giving vaccines with their vaccines I was told five DH PP's and one Rabies that's is wrong This is just fair warning to the general public there's just don't do a very good job and they'll charge you $25 for each wrapping for a whole year that is a rip off it should be involved in the price especially when you pay $600 to have his  ears done The vets and the medical assistance the vet Marion technicians are not educated enough to operate a business yes and they're very overpriced so do not take your pets there I will never give them five stars there may only have below zero Read Less

I had a litter of puppies and got a huge discount on taking them all they got their dewormer, distemper/parvo vaccine and a full vet exam I have another litter of 7 I am bringing to them as well they are veryveryy clean the rooms smell clean and fresh the people their are very friendly and even helped me carry in a crate of 5 husky puppies. They offer more discounts in your email too:) To Maria who sent me a nasty comment Keep your thoughts to yourself, I do not breed to make money I make sure all puppy's are taken to get their vaccines and a full health check up 10 out of 12 were given to family and friends only 2 were sold to approved homes. Overpopulation comes from backyard breeders who breed mutts and do not know what they are doing and don't care for the puppies. I keep all the puppies inside my home they do not have parvo virus or disease or any health issues. Mother and father were tested before breeding they are from champion bloodline.The vet checks the puppies heart, lungs, ears eyes etc I bring them at 6weeks to start vaccinations early to protect them None of my puppies will end up in a shelter If anything happens where my friends or family can not keep them they will come back to have a forever home with their mother and father.I will include a picture of 2 brothers which are now 6 months old and given to my sister for her birthday With breeding comes great responsibility i am fully aware of this, all puppies have a loving home and I see all of them every time I see my friends and family Read Less
