This vet is a joke. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE TAKING MY DOG HERE. After spending 300 dollars on all first year shots, and 400 dollars on treatment for a skin condition, I took my dog for a cherry eye surgery. I spent 2,000 dollars on that surgery. The vet., Dr. Bhakhri, guaranteed the work and said that if the cherry eye returned, he would fix it for free. The surgery was unsuccessful. It was done in October of 2020, and it is now December of 2020. My dog's eyes are much worse than when I brought him in for the original surgery. I have had to go in for multiple check ups, and all the vet did was keep selling me expensive, ineffective medication. This vet loves to take customers' money. I took my dog in for a check up in November. I advised the vet that I had to leave town the following day, and that my dog would be with my brother. I did not want any work done, as I did not want to leave him with family after a procedure. The vet supposedly had an eye specialist see my dog, and without calling me for verbal consent first, put more stitches in my dog's eye. At this point, my dog's cherry eyes are so bad that he can barely see. I'm not sure that his vision will ever be restored to 100 percent. Yesterday, Dec. 7, 2020, I woke up and my dog's eyes were so bad that he could not see. He was lethargic, not eating, drinking, etc. so I called ELC, who claims to provide amazing customer service. I made an appointment for 3:45, and I was asked to send pictures. An hour later, I received a call from ELC referring me to an eye specialist solely based on the pictures. They refused to keep the 3:45 appointment, and the vet refused to speak with me that day. They did not even bother to call the other vet (the eye specialist) and refer me. They basically told me that it's my problem, and that I would need to take care of it from here. I called back the next day, and I spoke to the vet. He claimed that he does not guarantee his work, and that he is no longer responsible for my dog's health. When I asked for a refund on the 2,000 surgery, he started to get defensive, talked over me, refused to listen, and hung up on me. WORD TO THE WISE: I spent 3,000 dollars of my hard earned money at this place. When I wanted the botched work they did on my dog corrected, this is how I was treated. SIDE NOTE: I had to have my last dog put down. The only reason that I ended up at ELC was because my dog was having seizures, and I needed to get him somewhere quickly. While my wife and I cried at losing our 12 year old pet/family member/friend, a receptionist, Jacob, came in the room where my dog was put down and started selling me a "cremation package." Not thinking straight, I agreed to a package that cost 500 dollars. That should have been enough for me to end my business relationship with them. All this place cares about is taking your money. I regret not having done so. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH WHEN YOU WANT THEM TO STAND BY THEIR WORK.

Moved cross country with my 9 yr old pup. My vet back home was decent, my dog was healthy so I never had any issues. Still though I was hesitant to find a new vet...A friend recommended ELC so I gave them a call. I have never felt so comfortable and confident with a vet as I do with Dr. bhakari and also with Jacob. They run on time, treat Mj with care and are extremely nice to me. When mj had an eye problem, dr bhakari was honest in giving me a good specialist to have a better look. I call all the time with "mj is doing this, mj is doing that" and Jacob always gives me his best recommendation such as "this is normal" or "you should come in". I've never had a bad experience here & it's been about 3 years now. Best vet ever!!!!!! Highly trusted and highly recommended

We started taking our dogs here when Lawrence Pet Hospital sold to VCA and started upselling everything. The office is in a quiet strip mall next to a 7-Eleven. There are separate entraces for canines...
We started taking our dogs here when Lawrence Pet Hospital sold to VCA and started upselling everything. The office is in a quiet strip mall next to a 7-Eleven. There are separate entraces for canines and felines which is nice. The waiting rooms are small but we've never seen crowds, so they don't overbook appointments.
The staff here is incredibly friendly. So far we have only been dealing with annual exams, routine tests and shots, and never have they suggested an elective procedure like dental cleaning. Lawrence VCA told us that one of our dogs had a cracked molar and would need it extracted. The folks at ELC said "meh," it's not cracked and except for tartar buildup, the tooth is fine. Enough said.

Dr Bahkri is a very kind and empathic vet. I had to euthanize my 15 year old cat. It was VERY emotional. He made everything so much better. He was super kind and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. Although this is a very sad time for my family, Dr. Bahkri made it a little easier with his compassion. He seems to be a vet that just isn't in it for the money (as many are!) but because he really loves and care about animals.

2 months ago I took my baby to ELC after he lost his appetite. He is a 16 yr. old ginger kitty, so I thought maybe his teeth were hurting. Dr. Bhakri listened to my concerns but felt something in his belly and wanted to take an XRay. Shortly he asked me to come to the XRay room and showed that my kitty has a large mass on his belly and his lungs were filled with fluid. He said he would want to show this to a specialist but that it doesn't look good. I started crying and he was incredibly kind, sympathetic and gentle. He told me he was going to check his blood, then we can talk. I stopped at the desk but Jacob told me to just go and they would contact me. We went back after the results came, he had given him some medication to help him with the fluid on his lungs. He called me next day, explained the specialist agreed with diagnosis and gave me his opinion. We decided to give him steroid and antibiotics. My baby was back to himself for a month but lost his appetite again. Another steroid and 2 weeks later Dr. Bhakri said I might want to consider putting him to sleep. Every time I called, everyone knew who I was and they were extremely nice to me. I couldn't make that hard decision until he got worse over the weekend and couldn't even get up. Today I called them at noon and told them I want him to be at home. We live just across the vet. His receptionist Jacob said they can do it, called me to confirm and they came at the time they said. I couldn't believe but Dr.Bhakri himself actually came to my house, put his white coat on, and explained everything. My baby went to his last sleep on our garden, under the sun, while I kiss him and tell him how much I love him. Dr. Bhakri and his nurse were once more extremely nice, sympathetic, professional and just like from our family. I am forever grateful for Dr.Bhakri and his team for being with us on a very hard month and day of my life. He gave me 2 more months to cherish with my baby.After the procedure, he didn't even ask us anything and told us that we shouldn't worry when my husband asked him how to do a payment. He said you can do that later and respectfully left us with our kitty.I appreciate this compassionate, respectful, professional and kind doctor and his team.Aslihan (Caramel's mom)

They helped us a lot with dealing on Joey's allergies and anal gland expression. Dr. Bhakri in particular is very helpful to us. He is professional and knowledgeable too. We highly recommend this vet clinic.

Dr. Bhakri and his staff are wonderful, helpful, and care about you and your pets. My puggle has been going to Dr. Bhakri for 4 years, but I recently moved from the area and was in need of a new vet. Dr. Bhakri gave me some recommendations for vets in my new area, which was so nice and helpful. Dr. Bhakri performed a surgery on my puggle's hip when she was under one year old. She has never had any trouble with her hip since the surgery and has been in good health. the doctor made sure I understood all aspects of the surgery and the costs of the surgery. However, he and the staff also know that pets are family to their clients and made sure I knew that my pup was in the best hands. Dr. Bhakri is a great vet. I picked this vet because they have flexible and accommodating hours. The vet also has many in house services or mobile services regarding ultrasounds, x-rays, surgeries, testing, which was nice because so many vets have you go to another location to do ultrasound. Before I had my puggle and before i met Dr. Bhakri, I had a pug who we found out had cancer and we had to make the hard decision to euthanize her quickly because she was in so much pain. My previous vet sent us to another vet to perform the ultrasound. That other vet ended up being so expensive with the emergency vet fee and the ultrasound. It was hard on my frail dog to be moved around from vet to vet, and we were waiting in the vet waiting room for so long that I lost some valuable moments with my pet. After that experience, I really wanted to find a vet where I could get everything completed in one place. Luckily I found Dr. Bhakri. Dr. Bhakri and his staff are really interested in their jobs. the doctor had an assistant with him when I brought my dog in for a check up, and I was impressed that he explained the hip surgery he performed to his assistant. He was interested in his staff and advancing their knowledge and careers. I am so sad to have had to move. I love this vet and I was also happy with their services and their treatment of my pets. It also is rather affordable in comparison to many of the vets I have been to which is a plus.

They take care of of our animals. Not exactly cheap but not as bad as some other local places. Doctor is nice and the staff are great also. Our dog had to lose one of his legs due to cancer and he is still roaming around a year later. Not a very new looking place but I am pretty sure the dogs dont care how it looks. Worth checking into if in need of a vet. I like how they have a dog and cat side. Makes it less eventful.

Update: I have taken my cats here a few times and they are always very nice. I am happy to have found this place. Recently my cat became very sick. He was in distress and from my top choices via Yelp they were the first to be able to see him. I thought maybe he had something stuck in his throat but I couldn't see anything. Took him into to see Dr. Hardeep Bhakhri who was very nice and he ordered a bunch of tests and did an x-ray. They found his lungs had liquid and his heart was having heart problems. I was really happy that when I told the receptionist Kimberly that my cat is like my child (because I can not have any of my own) she completely understood and did not judge me. They gave him a shot of diuretic and told us they would contact us to see when the cardiologist could see him. The only negative thing was that they sent me home without extra diuretic or warned me about how I might have to give him baby aspirin. I went home and did a lot of research on congestive heart failure for cats. That night his feet felt so cold. I took him in to the emergency vet clinic recommended in the answering machine of ELC. The emergency vet sent me home with more diuretics and gave him 1/5th of baby aspirin. The cardiologist could not see him until Tuesday and even then I had to drop him off and pick him up later. I was really nervous to leave him there but both the vet and Kim put me at ease. I will be bringing my two other cats here in the future. It was expensive as hell but all vets seem to charge that much around here.

On Monday 2/24/2014, my dog was hit by a car on Wolfe Rd, just around the corner from this clinic. We rushed her straight there because it was the closest vet clinic and the hours on Yelp said they were open til 6pm. We drove straight there and were at the door by 5:40pm. I even called repeatedly while my dog was in the car on the way there, bleeding, no answer. The hours say they are open until 6pm, but that was not the case. My last call to them was at 5:44pm and still no answer. In a panic and too far from the emergency vet they listed on the door, we were told by a passerby of another clinic on El Camino and went there instead. If you are a veterinary hospital, pets and people might need you and need to know you aren't actually open so they don't waste precious time trying to get to you only to find out you are closed, so please fix your hours. That was absolutely ridiculous and wasted time we could have spent getting our dog to the other vet.

On pretty short notice, ELC Veterinary Clinic was able to schedule an appointment for my dog, which was very helpful.I don't need to be pampered or coddled. I don't even like it when people are over-friendly and talk too much because it makes them seem fake. I just want everything done right and for a reasonable price. I was given an estimate, which I requested be done at every visit; it was straightforward, I approved it and they got everything done.I brought one of my dogs in for an exam, vaccines, heart worm and fecal tests, and a nail trim. I might have been the only person there at the time on the day I went, but the hospital was clean, my dog was seen quickly and her vaccinations, tests and nail trim were done quickly also. Dr. Bhakhri and his staff did everything efficiently. Kim, the receptionist is personable, very helpful and works quickly. Everyone was nice. No beating around the bush or unnecessary fluff.This hospital might not be super spiffy or modern looking, but it is CLEAN and they have separate entrances for dogs and cats (I imagine this must be very nice for cat owners - being spared further stress on their cats when dogs arrive and are sniffing around while waiting for their appointments). They get the job done. They're also right next to a 7-11 so you can go get a drink/snack if you have to wait a little bit...maybe buy a lotto ticket and hope you win to help pay for your bill. Parking definitely wasn't a problem. They were easy to find, easily accessible.They take Cash, Visa and MasterCard. I wish they accepted CareCredit too!

I went to the ELC Vet Clinic for my first time when my 16 year cat had medical problems. Dr. Bhakhri was fantastic. He clearly explained everything to me and always laid out various options. In the end I had to put my cat to sleep. The Dr and his two staff people were there on the Saturday this had to be done. They were all very kind to me as I made this difficult decision and showed me respect and support. They allowed me the time I needed before and after the procedure to be with my little companion until I was ready. At all times they focused on my and my pet. I can't say enough on how great they all were.

On July 9th of 2007, I brought home two little 5 month old sister kittens. Because my former vet had given them a cursory and incomplete first physical exam, I did my homework and discovered the ELC Clinic on Fremont Ave. I talked to Dr. Bahkri himself who answered my questions, explained his exam prodedures as well as other questions I had about their care and the fees involved. Everything met with my criteria so I brought the kittens in for their physical exams, front feet declawing surgery and their required shots. All of the above procedures were done safely, efficiently and with the utmost care for their comfort and good health. I am very satisfied with Dr. Bahkri's veterinary care of my kitties and I would heartedly recommend him to my friends.

The Vet that I had used for many years decided about a year and a half ago to sell his practice and retire. I had to make a choice of looking for a new Vet or continuing to go where I had taken my pets over the years.. I decided since all my dog's records were there, I'd give the new Vet a try, so I took my little Shih Tzu back to ELC Veterinary Clinic( which is located at 832 E. Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale) and met the new Vet, Dr. Hardeep Bhakhri.My little doggie is very shy and gentle, but she was not afraid of him at all. He was quiet and gentle, but thorough with her. He showed a real rapport with and care for my pet. I appreciated that very much. I have found him to be efficient, caring and attentive. I especially appreciate the fact that they can do most tests and blood work, X-rays, etc "in-house" thereby speeding up the diagnosis and cutting costs of having to send lab work out.I recently had to go into the hospital and a neighbor took my little dog to Dr. Bhakhri to board while I was gone. She was on medication at the time and they monitored her and took excellent care of her while I was gone. Dr. Bhakhri called to see how we both were after I got home from the hospital. It is great to have an efficient, caring Vet and staff close to where I live, who not only know how to do the "medical work", but how to give our beloved pets TLC, too. Very caring vet and staff.I just moved to the area and looking for a great vet.Dr.Bhakhri is very thorough and gentle with Milo my dog.Milo had a big tumour that was removed and had his teeth clean as well at the same time.He recovered very well.Very knowledgable staff as well.Very neat and clean facility.I am very happy with them.

This vet is a joke. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE TAKING MY DOG HERE. After spending 300 dollars on all first year shots, and 400 dollars on treatment for a skin condition, I took my dog for a cherry eye surgery. I spent 2,000 dollars on that surgery. The vet., Dr. Bhakhri, guaranteed the work and said that if the cherry eye returned, he would fix it for free. The surgery was unsuccessful. It was done in October of 2020, and it is now December of 2020. My dog's eyes are much worse than when I brought him in for the original surgery. I have had to go in for multiple check ups, and all the vet did was keep selling me expensive, ineffective medication. This vet loves to take customers' money. I took my dog in for a check up in November. I advised the vet that I had to leave town the following day, and that my dog would be with my brother. I did not want any work done, as I did not want to leave him with family after a procedure. The vet supposedly had an eye specialist see my dog, and without calling me for verbal consent first, put more stitches in my dog's eye. At this point, my dog's cherry eyes are so bad that he can barely see. I'm not sure that his vision will ever be restored to 100 percent. Yesterday, Dec. 7, 2020, I woke up and my dog's eyes were so bad that he could not see. He was lethargic, not eating, drinking, etc. so I called ELC, who claims to provide amazing customer service. I made an appointment for 3:45, and I was asked to send pictures. An hour later, I received a call from ELC referring me to an eye specialist solely based on the pictures. They refused to keep the 3:45 appointment, and the vet refused to speak with me that day. They did not even bother to call the other vet (the eye specialist) and refer me. They basically told me that it's my problem, and that I would need to take care of it from here. I called back the next day, and I spoke to the vet. He claimed that he does not guarantee his work, and that he is no longer responsible for my dog's health. When I asked for a refund on the 2,000 surgery, he started to get defensive, talked over me, refused to listen, and hung up on me. WORD TO THE WISE: I spent 3,000 dollars of my hard earned money at this place. When I wanted the botched work they did on my dog corrected, this is how I was treated. SIDE NOTE: I had to have my last dog put down. The only reason that I ended up at ELC was because my dog was having seizures, and I needed to get him somewhere quickly. While my wife and I cried at losing our 12 year old pet/family member/friend, a receptionist, Jacob, came in the room where my dog was put down and started selling me a "cremation package." Not thinking straight, I agreed to a package that cost 500 dollars. That should have been enough for me to end my business relationship with them. All this place cares about is taking your money. I regret not having done so. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH WHEN YOU WANT THEM TO STAND BY THEIR WORK.

Still though I was hesitant to find a new vet...A friend recommended ELC so I gave them a call. I have never felt so comfortable and confident with a vet as I do with Dr. bhakari and also with Jacob. They run on time, treat Mj with care and are extremely nice to me. When mj had an eye problem, dr bhakari was honest in giving me a good specialist to have a better look. I call all the time with "mj is doing this, mj is doing that" and Jacob always gives me his best recommendation such as "this is normal" or "you should come in". I've never had a bad experience here & it's been about 3 years now. Best vet ever!!!!!! Highly trusted and highly recommended

We started taking our dogs here when Lawrence Pet Hospital sold to VCA and started upselling everything. The office is in a quiet strip mall next to a 7-Eleven. There are separate entraces for canines...
We started taking our dogs here when Lawrence Pet Hospital sold to VCA and started upselling everything. The office is in a quiet strip mall next to a 7-Eleven. There are separate entraces for canines and felines which is nice. The waiting rooms are small but we've never seen crowds, so they don't overbook appointments.
The staff here is incredibly friendly. So far we have only been dealing with annual exams, routine tests and shots, and never have they suggested an elective procedure like dental cleaning. Lawrence VCA told us that one of our dogs had a cracked molar and would need it extracted. The folks at ELC said "meh," it's not cracked and except for tartar buildup, the tooth is fine. Enough said.

Dr Bahkri is a very kind and empathic vet. I had to euthanize my 15 year old cat. It was VERY emotional. He made everything so much better. He was super kind and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. Although this is a very sad time for my family, Dr. Bahkri made it a little easier with his compassion. He seems to be a vet that just isn't in it for the money (as many are!) but because he really loves and care about animals.

2 months ago I took my baby to ELC after he lost his appetite. He is a 16 yr. old ginger kitty, so I thought maybe his teeth were hurting. Dr. Bhakri listened to my concerns but felt something in his belly and wanted to take an XRay. Shortly he asked me to come to the XRay room and showed that my kitty has a large mass on his belly and his lungs were filled with fluid. He said he would want to show this to a specialist but that it doesn't look good. I started crying and he was incredibly kind, sympathetic and gentle. He told me he was going to check his blood, then we can talk. I stopped at the desk but Jacob told me to just go and they would contact me. We went back after the results came, he had given him some medication to help him with the fluid on his lungs. He called me next day, explained the specialist agreed with diagnosis and gave me his opinion. We decided to give him steroid and antibiotics. My baby was back to himself for a month but lost his appetite again. Another steroid and 2 weeks later Dr. Bhakri said I might want to consider putting him to sleep. Every time I called, everyone knew who I was and they were extremely nice to me. I couldn't make that hard decision until he got worse over the weekend and couldn't even get up. Today I called them at noon and told them I want him to be at home. We live just across the vet. His receptionist Jacob said they can do it, called me to confirm and they came at the time they said. I couldn't believe but Dr.Bhakri himself actually came to my house, put his white coat on, and explained everything. My baby went to his last sleep on our garden, under the sun, while I kiss him and tell him how much I love him. Dr. Bhakri and his nurse were once more extremely nice, sympathetic, professional and just like from our family. I am forever grateful for Dr.Bhakri and his team for being with us on a very hard month and day of my life. He gave me 2 more months to cherish with my baby.After the procedure, he didn't even ask us anything and told us that we shouldn't worry when my husband asked him how to do a payment. He said you can do that later and respectfully left us with our kitty.I appreciate this compassionate, respectful, professional and kind doctor and his team.Aslihan (Caramel's mom)

Dr. Bhakri and his staff are wonderful, helpful, and care about you and your pets. My puggle has been going to Dr. Bhakri for 4 years, but I recently moved from the area and was in need of a new vet. Dr. Bhakri gave me some recommendations for vets in my new area, which was so nice and helpful. Dr. Bhakri performed a surgery on my puggle's hip when she was under one year old. She has never had any trouble with her hip since the surgery and has been in good health. the doctor made sure I understood all aspects of the surgery and the costs of the surgery. However, he and the staff also know that pets are family to their clients and made sure I knew that my pup was in the best hands. Dr. Bhakri is a great vet. I picked this vet because they have flexible and accommodating hours. The vet also has many in house services or mobile services regarding ultrasounds, x-rays, surgeries, testing, which was nice because so many vets have you go to another location to do ultrasound. Before I had my puggle and before i met Dr. Bhakri, I had a pug who we found out had cancer and we had to make the hard decision to euthanize her quickly because she was in so much pain. My previous vet sent us to another vet to perform the ultrasound. That other vet ended up being so expensive with the emergency vet fee and the ultrasound. It was hard on my frail dog to be moved around from vet to vet, and we were waiting in the vet waiting room for so long that I lost some valuable moments with my pet. After that experience, I really wanted to find a vet where I could get everything completed in one place. Luckily I found Dr. Bhakri. Dr. Bhakri and his staff are really interested in their jobs. the doctor had an assistant with him when I brought my dog in for a check up, and I was impressed that he explained the hip surgery he performed to his assistant. He was interested in his staff and advancing their knowledge and careers. I am so sad to have had to move. I love this vet and I was also happy with their services and their treatment of my pets. It also is rather affordable in comparison to many of the vets I have been to which is a plus.

Update: I have taken my cats here a few times and they are always very nice. I am happy to have found this place. Recently my cat became very sick. He was in distress and from my top choices via Yelp they were the first to be able to see him. I thought maybe he had something stuck in his throat but I couldn't see anything. Took him into to see Dr. Hardeep Bhakhri who was very nice and he ordered a bunch of tests and did an x-ray. They found his lungs had liquid and his heart was having heart problems. I was really happy that when I told the receptionist Kimberly that my cat is like my child (because I can not have any of my own) she completely understood and did not judge me. They gave him a shot of diuretic and told us they would contact us to see when the cardiologist could see him. The only negative thing was that they sent me home without extra diuretic or warned me about how I might have to give him baby aspirin. I went home and did a lot of research on congestive heart failure for cats. That night his feet felt so cold. I took him in to the emergency vet clinic recommended in the answering machine of ELC. The emergency vet sent me home with more diuretics and gave him 1/5th of baby aspirin. The cardiologist could not see him until Tuesday and even then I had to drop him off and pick him up later. I was really nervous to leave him there but both the vet and Kim put me at ease. I will be bringing my two other cats here in the future. It was expensive as hell but all vets seem to charge that much around here.

On Monday 2/24/2014, my dog was hit by a car on Wolfe Rd, just around the corner from this clinic. We rushed her straight there because it was the closest vet clinic and the hours on Yelp said they were open til 6pm. We drove straight there and were at the door by 5:40pm. I even called repeatedly while my dog was in the car on the way there, bleeding, no answer. The hours say they are open until 6pm, but that was not the case. My last call to them was at 5:44pm and still no answer. In a panic and too far from the emergency vet they listed on the door, we were told by a passerby of another clinic on El Camino and went there instead. If you are a veterinary hospital, pets and people might need you and need to know you aren't actually open so they don't waste precious time trying to get to you only to find out you are closed, so please fix your hours. That was absolutely ridiculous and wasted time we could have spent getting our dog to the other vet.

On pretty short notice, ELC Veterinary Clinic was able to schedule an appointment for my dog, which was very helpful.I don't need to be pampered or coddled. I don't even like it when people are over-friendly and talk too much because it makes them seem fake. I just want everything done right and for a reasonable price. I was given an estimate, which I requested be done at every visit; it was straightforward, I approved it and they got everything done.I brought one of my dogs in for an exam, vaccines, heart worm and fecal tests, and a nail trim. I might have been the only person there at the time on the day I went, but the hospital was clean, my dog was seen quickly and her vaccinations, tests and nail trim were done quickly also. Dr. Bhakhri and his staff did everything efficiently. Kim, the receptionist is personable, very helpful and works quickly. Everyone was nice. No beating around the bush or unnecessary fluff.This hospital might not be super spiffy or modern looking, but it is CLEAN and they have separate entrances for dogs and cats (I imagine this must be very nice for cat owners - being spared further stress on their cats when dogs arrive and are sniffing around while waiting for their appointments). They get the job done. They're also right next to a 7-11 so you can go get a drink/snack if you have to wait a little bit...maybe buy a lotto ticket and hope you win to help pay for your bill. Parking definitely wasn't a problem. They were easy to find, easily accessible.They take Cash, Visa and MasterCard. I wish they accepted CareCredit too!

I went to the ELC Vet Clinic for my first time when my 16 year cat had medical problems. Dr. Bhakhri was fantastic. He clearly explained everything to me and always laid out various options. In the end I had to put my cat to sleep. The Dr and his two staff people were there on the Saturday this had to be done. They were all very kind to me as I made this difficult decision and showed me respect and support. They allowed me the time I needed before and after the procedure to be with my little companion until I was ready. At all times they focused on my and my pet. I can't say enough on how great they all were.

On July 9th of 2007, I brought home two little 5 month old sister kittens. Because my former vet had given them a cursory and incomplete first physical exam, I did my homework and discovered the ELC Clinic on Fremont Ave. I talked to Dr. Bahkri himself who answered my questions, explained his exam prodedures as well as other questions I had about their care and the fees involved. Everything met with my criteria so I brought the kittens in for their physical exams, front feet declawing surgery and their required shots. All of the above procedures were done safely, efficiently and with the utmost care for their comfort and good health. I am very satisfied with Dr. Bahkri's veterinary care of my kitties and I would heartedly recommend him to my friends.

I had to make a choice of looking for a new Vet or continuing to go where I had taken my pets over the years.. I decided since all my dog's records were there, I'd give the new Vet a try, so I took my little Shih Tzu back to ELC Veterinary Clinic( which is located at 832 E. Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale) and met the new Vet, Dr. Hardeep Bhakhri.My little doggie is very shy and gentle, but she was not afraid of him at all. He was quiet and gentle, but thorough with her. He showed a real rapport with and care for my pet. I appreciated that very much. I have found him to be efficient, caring and attentive. I especially appreciate the fact that they can do most tests and blood work, X-rays, etc "in-house" thereby speeding up the diagnosis and cutting costs of having to send lab work out.I recently had to go into the hospital and a neighbor took my little dog to Dr. Bhakhri to board while I was gone. She was on medication at the time and they monitored her and took excellent care of her while I was gone. Dr. Bhakhri called to see how we both were after I got home from the hospital. Very clean facility and personlised care.Staff is very friendly and and loves animals.Vet is there all the time to supervise the boarding pets as well.what else you need.Bravo.

I took my cat to this hospital for years.Very friendly doctor and staff and very good care for your pets at a very reasinable price.ELC and Dr.Bhakhri highly reccommended.

Very caring vet and staff.I just moved to the area and looking for a great vet.Dr.Bhakhri is very thorough and gentle with Milo my dog.Milo had a big tumour that was removed and had his teeth clean as well at the same time.He recovered very well.Very knowledgable staff as well.Very neat and clean facility.I am very happy with them.
