Had a working interview with them tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Today Rebecca called me. Not going ahead with it. Called back of course she would not come to the phone. Funny thing is, I gave them no references! Obviously did not listen during the interview process. Old boss moved to NY, last hospital I helped move. New supervisor at VCA I did not work with. I have been taking my 14 year old English Bulldog to Dr. Hoffman since we got him and if anyone knows anything about bulldogs they can have many medical issues and life span is usually 8-10 Years. I credit alot of my boys continued good health at the wonderful senior age of 14 to Dr. Hoffman and her AMAZING Staff. They are always helpful and NEVER make me feel like i am a pain in the behind considering I bring him in for everything (Over concerned parent here) They show nothing but love and kindness to me and my boy and he loves them all right back. I trust Debbie to do whats in the best interest of my boy because i know she genuinely cares for him. I wouldn't trust anyone else.Read Less

We have been going to Tarzana for many years, although not lately, (bad kitty parents!) It was quite a relief to find them and we have stayed with them. I had some BAD experiences with other vets when I had a very sick kitty, and another time with an uncooperative kitty. The staff at Tarzana are always nice. Give them a break if they don't jump right when you want them to. 5 stars because we would not want to go anywhere else. Read Less

I am neither a friend or family. I have been using Dr Hoffman and the Tarzana Pet Clinic for as long as I can remember - at least 20 years. All of the personnel at the Clinic are caring devoted pet lovers who put the patient first. I have never had a bad experience either with the way my dogs have been treated or the way I personally was treated. I have sent many friends to Dr Hoffman and her associates over the years and have never heard one complaint. All of them have remained with the Clinic and I promise you, some of them are not easy to please. The only time I have ever had to wait more than a few minutes when I had an appointment was when an emergency case was brought in. Certainly any animal lover can understand and appreciate that. I was very pleased with this pet clinic. Dr. Hoffman was understanding and listened to my concerns and her assistant Amy handled my dog with great care. Amy also took the time to get to know my dog and it made the whole experience much nicer for him. I recommend this clinic! Read Less
