The staff took such great care of my Sheba and Lilly for years. Last March the day came to put my baby to sleep and the doctor and staff were so kind and gentle with Sheba. Our dogs have gone to Pet Medical Center since they were puppies. Our lab was put to sleep Friday and the staff made it as easy for us as possible. Dr. Bach and Staff are highly recommended by me. I believe they are the best vet in town. They go well and beyond over your needs. They always do there best to get you in ASAP. I have never been let down. I have been with Dr. Bach since 2012 when we moved to Temecula. I had to put my one dog down that I had for 14 years. They were with me every step of the way. I know some people may complain but it's usually because of the cost. Yes, healthcare is expensive ...for pets AND people...it always has been and always will be. Before you get a pet, figure in the cost to care for the pet , like food, upkeep, healthcare & so forth. You need to look beyond the cuteness of the darling pet. Healthcare is just a fact you need to consider. I LOVE my pets and will do anything for them that is in their best interest. So...for the few that are unhappy, please get informed ahead of time on the costs of healthcare for animals....it's costly like it is for humans...just a fact. The VET's are NOT in this biz for the money. Friendly staff... We see Dr Corso, she is knowledgeable, quick but not too quick and to the point. They are a bit pricey, but they are close and not unreasonable. I wish they still carried sentinel because trifexis is over the top expensive! She wrote us a prescription instead, which I appreciate. I haven't had a particularly bad experience in the 5 years we've been going there. I do miss seeing the old staff at the front, but the girls they have now are very nice.Read Less

As others have said it's all about your money! I was told over the phone office visit is $49.50 but they WAIVE the office visit. Took my dog for an ear issue, a limp, and spot on his skin. The Dr leaves and in come a $ goon with an estimate of $1200.00 ish, knee surgery, test for skin rash, special diet, on and on. I said no take all the surgery off she come back in with $800.00 ish, I told her I can't do that. A third time the billing clerk came back with 200.00 and it included the WAIVED $49.50 so if I had agreed to the higher treatment they would have kept their word. ALL about the money!! While my fur baby was in the back ( I have always been in the room with all my dogs for treatment) the front desk told 2 other pet owners very similar stories. Won't be going back here. Read Less

I have been bringing my dogs here since 2004. I have had a total of 5 dogs that this facility has taken care of. They offer the most up-to-date procedures and the Doctors are very knowledgable. My most recent experience was with my dog Sam. In March 2014, he was diagnosed with a rare form of bladder cancer. Dr. Bach, the owner felt that the surgery was beyond her scope so she had a vet come up from North County to perform the operation. Sam recovered well and due to the nature of cancer it was believed that further treatment was necessary. Dr. Bach referred me to a Veterinary Oncologist for chemotherapy treatment. Sam was able to enjoy 16 months of normal life until his cancer returned elsewhere in the last 2 months of his life. I had Sam at Pet Medical Center quite often during his last 2 weeks and Dr. Bach and Dr. Corso said I could end his life if I wanted but I didn't have to just yet. He finally got to the point where it would have been cruel to keep him alive any longer. Dr. Bach and her staff were very sensitive to his condition and to my feelings when I finally decided to end his suffering. The follow up from Dr. Bach and her staff has been tremendous, helping me to get through the loss of such a wonderful dog. Read Less

I love this vet, they won me over when our family dog passed away and went above and beyond by sending a condolence card after. When I watched my cat pass away at home the staff stayed on the phone with me to help me out but there was nothing I could do. I've had nothing but professionalism from all of the staff. As a 20 year Temecula resident, and former customer with 4 dogs, I would like to caution anyone using Pet Medical. I recently had a situation a few months ago, which resulted in my taking my veterinary business elsewhere. All of my dogs had a wellness plan since they were puppies. Now that all of my dogs are over 3 yrs old, that amount each month comes to $143.80, or $1725.60 a year. That is not my complaint. My dog, who has had a dental cleaning once a year since he was three, 'supposedly had multiple abscesses and needed most of his teeth pulled.' I was given an estimate of over $1300.00. My dog was not exhibiting any signs of dental problems... no bad breath, no weight loss from refusing to eat his dry food...it just didn't feel right. So I took my dog home without having his teeth removed. He has since seen another vet in the valley, and I am happy to say I did the right thing. There is nothing wrong with his teeth. Today another incident prompted me to write this review. Recently same dog needed a prescription renewed, and I took the script to a compounding pharmacy in Murrieta and paid $45.00 for a 90 day supply of his medicine. The last time it was refilled at Pet Medical it was over $100. So let the buyer beware. They had my loyalty and trust, but no more.Read Less

We love Dr Bach and the staff at Pet Medical Center. Our pets are always happy to go there and receive top notch care. She always provides the best care and does not over charge for services like many other vets do. Over the years Dr Bach performed many surgeries on our Doberman Anubis due to a recurring facial tumor. His life was better because of the care he got here. When it was time to let our beloved Anubis go the process was so heartfelt because of the letter & donation Dr Bach made to UC Davis in Anubis's name. He was part of our family and a favorite dog at the clinic. We bring our Doberman Sasha here now and in the future will always bring out pets here. Pet Medical Center is a TOP of the line veterinarian clinic. Everyone in the office is professional, welcoming, caring and efficient from Dr. Bach, Chris the manager, front office personnel and the technicians. I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. They even take the time to hug and pet my dogs when they come in. I have never had one bad experience since I have been going there. I go at least 2 times a year with both my dogs. They have been in for checkups, shots, surgery and dental.
