My family came in for an urgent/emergency visit. The entire staff was very compassionate and professional. We really felt that they genuinely care about us and our dog. Although, we didn't have any appointment, the vet was very thorough and kind. We never felt being rushed or pressured to avail of costly treatments. She provided options and informed u of their effectiveness but in the end it was our decision to choose. The cost was lower than what we anticipated. From the moment Stephanie answered our phone call up to the time we left the hospital, we felt their professionalism and politeness throughout.

On follow up visit (which should have been included in original visit charges) to remove a bandage inspect wound then rebandage we were there for 15 minutes and charged $98. We we're not told there wa...
On follow up visit (which should have been included in original visit charges) to remove a bandage inspect wound then rebandage we were there for 15 minutes and charged $98. We we're not told there was a $50 charge to re-bandage our small dogs leg until we went to the counter to check out. Bandage was poorly done and fell off the next day anyways and we bandaged it ourselves. Charges should be clearly discussed BEFORE services are done. And if there is a mandatory follow up to remove a bandage and inspect wound why not include in original price of services or at least discuss the added expense let alone the extra $50 fee to wrap a bandage and tape a tiny dogs leg.

I will not be taking my dog back. Please make sure they clarify what they are putting into your animal. I’m so disappointed. This was one place I thought I could count on to take care of my loved pet, I guess not.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and overpriced service. Doctors didn't call back when they said they would and nobody showed any urgency even though my dog was showing serious symptoms. I understand I'm not the only patient but I expect people to follow through on their promises and show concern. On top of that, every medication they prescribed made my poor dog feel even worse.

Found this office while searching on Google trying to find a vet office open on Sundays. I'm sure glad I found them! My poor cat had been experiencing symptoms of a UTI, and I didn't want to wait until Monday to have her seen. I went without an appt, and was still seen within an hour. Everyone was very friendly, professional & thorough. The office was very nice, and they even had free refreshments while I waited. I have found my new vet office! Thank you to everyone for seeing us today!

This weekend we had to take my cat in for an unexpected visit because she just didn't seem herself. It turns out she had a fever of 106 and was on the way to getting a UTI. This vet made us feel calm that our little peanut would be alright and thats definitely saying something because she isn't good with strangers as most cats are. From the minute we walked in the door we were met with kindness not to mention the place itself was very clean. I highly recommend this place.

My goldendoodle was attacked on Easter 2016. The bite had penetrated close to her lungs and she could have been killed. Thankfully Dr. Brooks and his team were here and did emergent surgery. They stayed into the late night hours to ensure she was loved and cared for her. She ended up with a horrible resistant infection and the team at South Temecula Vet saw her through to a full recovery which took almost two months. They were always available to answer my questions, and I always received a prompt call back when I needed to leave messages. I'm happy to report that almost one year later, my puppy bear is doing fantastic!

Of several vets we've been to in the area, this is the one that fits our needs best. Their hours are excellent for people who work during the day, their prices are generally good compared to others, and they have proved competent when it comes to caring for my dogs' health. I like that they present you with your options without trying to make you feel guilty or pressured. While they aren't usually flexible on policies or prices, they do take the time to speak with you about any complaints you may have. And of course, they are great with the animals and connect well with my dogs. My only big complaint is the wait times, which can be pretty long during daytime hours. Particularly, if you are going in just for vaccines, you may be waiting for a very long time because they do that on a walk-in basis. I spent over an hour there once getting my dog a shot. It seems like a chronic issue, because even on the phone I often have a long wait time. But, other than that, this is a good vet and I definitely trust them with my pets.

I took Missy, my White West Highland Terrier here because we had a previous excellent experience with my son's dog Norma Jean whom had been stomped on by a vicious roommate. They had to do survey to save her back leg. They did an amazing job!!! So back to Missy. She need some surgery as well. Doctor Jones is very caring and did a wonderful job for Missy's problem. Everyone there in this office the doctors and staff are the best of the best!!! I very pleased and they take into consideration your financial condition so are very reasonable. Dr Jansen is a GOD-SEND! I love this clinic and all the staff. They are so caring and so consistent which is one of the things I love most. Our dog has had major surgery at their hands and he has recovered as though it never happened. They were tough on me when I wanted to wiggle around the post-op instructions a little and I appreciate them all the more for it. I tried 2 other Vet's before I found them and wish I had found them first. I would recommend them to anyone and have!

My senior dog woke up with a very red, swollen, and painful paw. South Temecula Vet Hospital got him in right away. They kindly offered a free leash, when I realized I had forgotten ours. And the staff has been very friendly. And gentle with him.

I love this office! Dr. Jensen is fantastic. I truly feel like I am visiting family when I go for our appointment. Everything is explained thoroughly and I can ask as many questions as I want. Never feel rushed. The entire staff is caring. If I have to wait a minute, I don't mind because I know I will get their full attention when it is my turn.

Found this office while searching on Google trying to find a vet office open on Sundays. I'm sure glad I found them! My poor cat had been experiencing symptoms of a UTI, and I didn't want to wait until Monday to have her seen. I went without an appt, and was still seen within an hour. Everyone was very friendly, professional & thorough. The office was very nice, and they even had free refreshments while I waited. I have found my new vet office! Thank you to everyone for seeing us today!

This weekend we had to take my cat in for an unexpected visit because she just didn't seem herself. It turns out she had a fever of 106 and was on the way to getting a UTI. This vet made us feel calm that our little peanut would be alright and thats definitely saying something because she isn't good with strangers as most cats are. From the minute we walked in the door we were met with kindness not to mention the place itself was very clean. I highly recommend this place.

My goldendoodle was attacked on Easter 2016. The bite had penetrated close to her lungs and she could have been killed. Thankfully Dr. Brooks and his team were here and did emergent surgery. They stayed into the late night hours to ensure she was loved and cared for her. She ended up with a horrible resistant infection and the team at South Temecula Vet saw her through to a full recovery which took almost two months. They were always available to answer my questions, and I always received a prompt call back when I needed to leave messages. I'm happy to report that almost one year later, my puppy bear is doing fantastic!

Of several vets we've been to in the area, this is the one that fits our needs best. Their hours are excellent for people who work during the day, their prices are generally good compared to others, and they have proved competent when it comes to caring for my dogs' health. I like that they present you with your options without trying to make you feel guilty or pressured. While they aren't usually flexible on policies or prices, they do take the time to speak with you about any complaints you may have. And of course, they are great with the animals and connect well with my dogs. My only big complaint is the wait times, which can be pretty long during daytime hours. Particularly, if you are going in just for vaccines, you may be waiting for a very long time because they do that on a walk-in basis. I spent over an hour there once getting my dog a shot. It seems like a chronic issue, because even on the phone I often have a long wait time. But, other than that, this is a good vet and I definitely trust them with my pets.

I took Missy, my White West Highland Terrier here because we had a previous excellent experience with my son's dog Norma Jean whom had been stomped on by a vicious roommate. They had to do survey to save her back leg. They did an amazing job!!! So back to Missy. She need some surgery as well. Doctor Jones is very caring and did a wonderful job for Missy's problem. Everyone there in this office the doctors and staff are the best of the best!!! I very pleased and they take into consideration your financial condition so are very reasonable. Dr Jansen is a GOD-SEND! I love this clinic and all the staff. They are so caring and so consistent which is one of the things I love most. Our dog has had major surgery at their hands and he has recovered as though it never happened. They were tough on me when I wanted to wiggle around the post-op instructions a little and I appreciate them all the more for it. I tried 2 other Vet's before I found them and wish I had found them first. I would recommend them to anyone and have!
