We've been taking our dogs here for 15 years and we wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. They truly care and try to do what's right for our dogs and for us. We almost exclusively see Dr. Siringo, but have had very good experiences with the other vets as well.

I can't say enough about Dr. Siringo, specifically, and his staff. Dr. Siringo and the vet tech, Ashley, in particular, have always gone above and beyond for me and my dogs. They show more care and compassion than any other vet facility I've ever taken my dogs to. No matter the situation, big or small, I can count on them to do everything possible to make sure my dogs are well taken care of. Dr. Siringo is always available at a moment's notice when he is in the office. And his sense of humor can calm a person down in a stressful or panicky situation when appropriate. I can really appreciate that. Enough really can't be said about this office. VCA is typically more expensive than most vet facilities. You can count on Dr. Siringo to give you his best advice in every situation without thinking dollar signs like other doctors do. He is so kind to my dogs, as is the rest of the staff. I know my animals are always in good hands at this office. I can't speak to the quality of the other doctors there because I only see him. And I also have to make sure Ashley is there, too, when dealing with an emergency or something important that my dogs have to undergo, as I trust her very much. There is much more I could add, but this is already a bit lengthy.

Dr. Siringo has taken care of our dogs for many years. I had a fear of going to any Veterinarian because of some bad experiences. When we had our first visit his love for our babies was real and there have been many times we wished he could be our doctor. Recently, very recently, we lost our Golden Retriever to cancer. It was totally unexpected. We went in thinking he was having an allergic reaction. The staff was wonderful to our Jessie and to us. Dr. Siringo knew something was very wrong and took an ultra sound. We had to let Jessie go because he was in pain. Dr. Siringo was very busy that day (as he is every day). He not only stayed with us to say our good-byes but gave the shots to Jessie. It was totally painless and it was a relief to see Jessie out of pain. Today we received a heartfelt card from him and it was very appreciated. We know that he did everything for Jessie and we are so glad he is our Vet. We are moving out of state and our saddest regret is losing him as our Doctor. If we could convince him to move to our new state we would. If you are lucky enough to live close to this clinic, take your pet. If you don't live close by, take your pet. Our friend who owns an animal sanctuary recommended Dr. Siringo to us and we are so glad we listened.

I recently had my kitty there for her end of life care. The team was compassionate and helped my cat and I tremendously. The front office staff were super caring and sensitive through the entire process. Dr. Siringo made a personal impact on me as he took the time to get to know my cat and I. He comforted my sweet cat for a good while and gave us the time we needed together. After the process he remained and was with me to say farewell. I can't thank him enough for all his kindness.
This is a class act team and though we're new to the Temecula area, we've found our home for all our pet care needs. Thank you very much for all you guys did for us. Bless you.

There is not enough time or words for me to explain how wonderful this team is. I sincerely LOVE them. Top of the line staff. Front office, techs and the doctors are the best of the best. Every visit is a 10 out of 10. Best care and best customer service. I am moving out of state and am so incredibly sad to not have this team to bring all of my pets to. I tried convincing them to move with me but for some reason they said they couldn't! lolol Dr Siringo is without a doubt the absolute best veterinarian on the planet! He has cared for many of my pets and always gives them the best care, and the best advice to me. I always trust in his recommendations and absolutely LOVE how he interacts with the animals. You must see this for yourself. I love this team, and will miss them when I move. I highly recommend them :)

Hands down the greatest vet care my family has ever had! The Vet Tech's are super sweet, the veterinarian's are amazing and you can tell they truly enjoy what they're doing, and they all seem very genuine and caring. When you call they ask if there is an emergency before putting you on hold which I think is a really smart move and considerate of their patients. You really could not ask for a better place to go! I've lived in multiple states and have had some awful experiences with vets so I know these guys are the real deal if you're look for a professional staff that is compassionate towards both the animals and their owners.

Hands down the greatest vet care my family has ever had! The Vet Tech's are super sweet, the veterinarian's are amazing and you can tell they truly enjoy what they're doing, and they all seem very genuine and caring. When you call they ask if there is an emergency before putting you on hold which I think is a really smart move and considerate of their patients. You really could not ask for a better place to go! I've lived in multiple states and have had some awful experiences with vets so I know these guys are the real deal if you're look for a professional staff that is compassionate towards both the animals and their owners.

We have 4 cats... who started out life as feral cats. They are 'special needs' kitties but we love them so. We have now taken 2 of these 4 cats to see the vet at VCA in Temecula. Both times were a great experience. The most pleasant surprise was to find out that the first exam, for EACH of our 4 cats, is FREE! Wow, that was a nice savings. But more than that, we really liked the way our cats were treated and felt quite relieved that nothing too serious was wrong. We highly recommend VCA to our fiends and to those who may read this.

My family and I have been clients at this hospital for quite some time now, and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else but here. Both my dogs always leave this hospital looking and feeling one hundred percent better. It genuinely seems like every employee cares about the well being of my pets, and the technicians that work there are amazing, helpful people. If you ever have questions about your pet after being cared for you can call the doctor and they will answer any and all questions you may have. At the end of the day you want to place your pets' health in the hands of people who truly care and who provide superior care. VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital fulfills those expectations every time. If you have positive experiences here, share them so everyone can know how great this hospital is!

We have been customers at El Rancho for lots of years and have had reasonable good experiences in the past. This morning we took our dog in to have a bone removed that had wedged in the roof of her mouth. She is a large dog and we had concerns about how hard it would be to remove it ourselves so we planned on having her tranquilized to accomplish this. After sitting in the exam room for a period of time with no exam given we were presented with an estimate of approximately $450.00 to remove the bone. Of course I immediately told the young lady that the estimate was completely out of line for what needed to be done and walked out. When I got home I called my next door neighbor who came over and in about two seconds we had the bone removed and everyone is happy (except possibly the vet office) This office has lost a long time customer over inflated price gouging.

We have 4 cats... who started out life as feral cats. They are 'special needs' kitties but we love them so. We have now taken 2 of these 4 cats to see the vet at VCA in Temecula. Both times were a great experience. The most pleasant surprise was to find out that the first exam, for EACH of our 4 cats, is FREE! Wow, that was a nice savings. But more than that, we really liked the way our cats were treated and felt quite relieved that nothing too serious was wrong. We highly recommend VCA to our fiends and to those who may read this.

My family and I have been clients at this hospital for quite some time now, and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else but here. Both my dogs always leave this hospital looking and feeling one hundred percent better. It genuinely seems like every employee cares about the well being of my pets, and the technicians that work there are amazing, helpful people. If you ever have questions about your pet after being cared for you can call the doctor and they will answer any and all questions you may have. At the end of the day you want to place your pets' health in the hands of people who truly care and who provide superior care. VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital fulfills those expectations every time. We have been customers at El Rancho for lots of years and have had reasonable good experiences in the past. This morning we took our dog in to have a bone removed that had wedged in the roof of her mouth. She is a large dog and we had concerns about how hard it would be to remove it ourselves so we planned on having her tranquilized to accomplish this. After sitting in the exam room for a period of time with no exam given we were presented with an estimate of approximately $450.00 to remove the bone. Of course I immediately told the young lady that the estimate was completely out of line for what needed to be done and walked out. When I got home I called my next door neighbor who came over and in about two seconds we had the bone removed and everyone is happy (except possibly the vet office) This office has lost a long time customer over inflated price gouging.
