Kiki and I were there last night, because I could tell something was off about her. She suffers from renal failure, so pretty much everything is cause for concern. The place is huge and very nice, aesthetically speaking. I felt like we had come to a place with state of the art technology. The staff is prompt, professional, and compassionate (considering it was 4 in the morning and that was the very last place I wanted to be). Veterinary medicine is expensive. Scream it, punch a pillow, tell a houseplant how much you hate it, and move on. They don't overcharge compared to any other emergency clinic, and they will work with you as far as money goes. I knew walking in what I could spend, and I told them flat out. The doctor told me what they could do on my budget based on what she wanted to find out, and we went for it. She was friendly and no-nonsense (exactly what I wanted at oh-my-god o'clock in the morning) and we came up with a game plan from there. If you're reading this review, odds are you need or needed their services. Always remember, there will be more money. It's inconvenient, but you can call your auto loan company and ask for an extension, or cable, DWP. People appreciate that you're helping your companion. Don't let a temporary inconvenience rob you of your lifelong friend. There's only one of them. Best of luck to anyone who finds them self there for emergencies.Read Less
