I have had nothing but great things to say about my dog's vet. Dr. Molina is so caring, and spot on with my dog's health problems. Surprised by all the negative reviews. We've been taking our dog here for 8 years - the Wellness Plan makes it affordable. While there has been turnover in staff during this time, we've been pleased with the level of care and have no complaints about any of the staff. Really crappy hospital. Had to leave my Cat there. All day. Was told "they" would call me. I called them 6 hours later just find out what my Cat needed. They suck. Can't even make a simple phone call. Never coming here again. Next time going to the local VCA.Read Less

Not a fan. I brought in an abandoned kitten that was struggling to walk that I wanted to adopt. The vet looked at her and told me she would grow up to be a normal cat and convinced me to purchase their kitten care package where I pay a little up front and then monthly for a year. This would cover her shots, spay, and unlimited vet visits. The kitten died the next day so I called to cancel the program and they made me pay the rest owed even though I didn't use any of the services. I said was going to get another kitten and asked to transfer but they told me I couldn't. So basically they lied to me about my cat's health so they could scam me out of $300 dollars. Read Less

My cat Scottie was being treated at Banfield, and he died almost three weeks ago. Today I received a mailer from them that says in bold letters, "Long Live Scottie!" Really? Those words? I'm already sad that he's gone, and now I'm angry that they can't even make a note the cat is dead. A normal, competent pet hospital would have at least updated their records to reflect the cat died and not send a new ad. Don't take your pet there. Go to a local veterinarian who will give your pet the personal attention he deserves instead of being so busy running a business that they can't even keep track when an animal dies. Read Less
