I took my Belle there for 3 years after a friend recommended Dr. Ross. I had her to 3 other vets at the time. He correctly diagnosed her and helped find the best medicine for her. He didn't over charge or insist on extra test. You could usually get an appointment within 24 hours that is not something that happens here! He recommended a specialist. That I would also recommend. She is doing much better now. But, we very recently moved to Austin Texas and I really miss Dr. Ross and his staff. Read Less

i took my dog in because she wasn’t walking at all. she wouldn’t even put pressure on her hind leg. i took her in, they told me it was her spine that it was inflammation in her spine. the doctor didn’t tak an x rays to prove it was her spine at all. so we got her meds gave them to her, a week late she still not walking or attempting to walk, so we took her to another vet clinic in our town. they do x ray and tell us she has torn her ACL and she needs surgery to repair it. i called the doctor we first took her to asking for our money back due to a miss diagnosis, the RVT was very nice to me and told me okay, let me get the doctor first. he comes on the phone and has an attitude with me telling me he didn’t miss diagnose my dog saying what he told me had been it was her spine and that if it didn’t work to come back for further examination. i told him he didn’t do a proper exam as it was for her, i am currently learning to be an RVT, so i know the proper exam requirements. he didn’t do all of it. and he was rude to me and started interrupting me as i was trying to speak to him and explain what the other doctor had told me, at the end he told me i can get the money back but to never go back to them. i told him no one will ever go to a place that miss diagnosis their animals leaving them to suffer longer and possibly die. this is the WORST clinic i have ever taken my animal too. no doctor should speak to their clients this way ever especially when it is their fault for the miss diagnosis.
