I must say that Critter Care is the best Veteranary clinic in the Truckee and all surrounding areas. I have been saved by the bell from their help many times. They provide extensive explanations on their treatment and are very reliable and so helpful. At one point, I had 4 dogs living in my condo, which was insane, but they certaintly made it work. If you are in Tahoe and need a vet call CritterCare. If you own a second home in Tahoe, make an appointment so you can meet the vet- Bruce (and his assistant/wife Cindy). Meet Bruce before you need him so he is familiar with your animals "normal." He comes to your house- no need to find his office or stress out your pet. Bruce has been an amazing vet, counseling me through tough choices. Even acting as a second opinion when we had an emergency in the Bay Area. Wish I could give him 10 stars.
