You cannot beat the prices here! Took my cat to be neutered after seeing their website. From the 5 minutes dropping off and 5 minutes picking up I got the impression that the staff was very nice. The location was easy to find and my cat didn't complain so I guess he had a nice time. The only thing that made me want to run away and take my cat elsewhere was the cleanliness of the office. It smelled like cat urine and wet dog and was visibly dusty. I really would've left but was in a bind and could not afford the high price for neutering at our usual vet. With the prices being so cheap, I understand that they probably don't have a maintenance worker or company that comes in and cleans but they really should get one. I was glad that my cat was well when I picked him up. I won't be back because we go to our usual vet for vaccines and check ups. They offer vaccines there too, but the cleanliness of the office is below par. Read Less
