Hands down, best veterinarian we have ever been to! Dr. Kavanaugh is beyond caring with staff, patients and their human owners. An example: I came home one night to find that my 15 year old cat was suddenly drooling. Right before closing, I called to see if we could come in. Even though they closed in 15 minutes, Dr. Kavanaugh said yes. My poor cat Isis had a huge tumor in her mouth, and I had no idea. We chose to put her down that evening, and in no way did Dr. Kavanaugh make the decision rushed - he presented us with multiple options and stayed open late to accommodate us. A week later? A beautiful blooming orchid was delivered. This is but one example. He often works us in for allergy shots for my dog Trevi. He treats his staff better than I have even known a doctor to, and will often answer the phone himself when they are busy. He cares about animals and always spends time with us.
