All of my animals have been taken care of by Drs. Laura and (now additionally) Dr. Les for years. I cannot possibly say how important good care is to me and this is the place for it. I have had some very complicated cases that were expertly handled and the costs at this vet hospital are very reasonable. People here are personable, qualified and really CARE. Dr. Leslie is amazing! She is considerate, professional and made my puppy and I feel so well taken care of. Pierre had been vomiting and had diarrhea and I was super stressed that he had gotten sick from another dog at daycare. After his exam she assured me that he seemed very healthy and that he might have just eaten something that didn't agree with him. We're still waiting for test results but he's been doing much better and I can breathe again! She also caught in Pierre's adoption records that he was missing vaccinations. I had no idea and he's been going to daycare and has been exposed to other dogs ever since I adopted him. Thank goodness for her and her attention to detail. Pierre and I are so grateful! You know it's a great office with caring doctors when the waiting room is packed but everyone is patiently waiting because great care is absolutely worth the wait! It is difficult to find a vet like Dr. Laura who not only has the professional expertise in dealing with animals, but one who really cares, and she is so good about explaining things. She is a gem. The previous vet kept misdiagnosing my cat's illness, but she spent a little extra time and made the correct diagnosis. And it gets better, her staff is fabulous, too, all very kind and caring and a special thumbs up to Stephanie, who is always so sweet and caring to my beloved pets. Great vet, great staff. Dr. Laura is the best!! She let me stop my on a Sunday, when she was in just catching up on two things. My cat developed a little problem a few days prior.We came in on Sunday afternoon, and it only took about ten minutes to diagnose and get on the road to recovery. Was referred from family who have been bringing their pets to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hospital for years.  It was time to bring my newly adopted rescue in for a wellness check.  Everyone here was so amazing.  You can tell how much they love animals but most importantly how qualified and thorough they are. My pup needed a shot.  Dr Leslie was so sweet and gentle with her.  They also have boarding so when I needed to go out of town I decided this would be a great environment for her to be in.  I had only stepped through the door for a moment to drop her off when one of the gals behind the desk was swooning over my pet.  Took her in her arms to go weigh her.  My dog didn't even notice I left she was so happy.  Which, of course, made me happy.Great staff, reasonable prices, amazing care! What ta hell going on? My time my dog!!!Did you have education about your job? My review is not so much about their ability to provide safe quality competent care, but a very poorly handled experience in their office today.  I am a regular customer of Dr. Laura's and despite waiting some time far beyond appointment times I am always happy with her care.  I did not see her today, but the other female veterinarian.  After being in the office for 1 hour (and arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time) my daughter who is 3 and newly potty trained said she had to go to the bathroom.  I walked out to the lobby with her and my 20 month old son and asked if there was a restroom she could use.  I was immediately told there are no public restrooms.  I said, "I understand that, but I'm asking for my daughter who is 3 and newly potty trained and we have been here for an hour."  She walked around the back to go check with someone else and told me, "no, there's no restroom."  All I saw was red.  My visit wasn't completed and my dog did not receive any of the medication he required.  I told her, "well then I'm leaving and you can send me the bill."  I cannot believe this.  Common sense did not win.  I'm pretty damn sure the employees do not pee outside and that they have a restroom.  I'm guessing not one of them have children because they would have been sympathetic to my situation and allowed us to use their restroom if they were.  The alternative is allow her to have an accident and pee on the floor.  Not an option in my book.  Why was I still waiting there an hour later?  I had my daughter use the restroom immediately prior to leaving our house and expected to already be home within a hour.  The lobby was empty so it's not like my asking was going to lead a huge group of people to also ask to use the restroom.I'm not sure I can ever return here which is sad.  I'm sure I will receive a bill for todays (lack of) services.  How we treat our customers is important.  Some people just do not have common sense. Dr Laura is the BEST. Been through a dog and 3 cats with her. She was especially compassionate when we had to put down our dog, and now with our cat that has a severe heart condition, she again works with us. I use her office to take the blood and xrays then send the results to the cardiologist (yes, my cat has a cardiologist). I brought my pug here and she tested positive for parvo so we left her here and 2 days later they told us she was getting better and the 3rd day we brought her home and bought all the stuff she needed to get better and she still looked weak. At night her eyes rolled back and got really stiff and we had to take her to a 24 hour hospital and we had to sleep her because she was suffering. I can understand  something's aren't curable but why give a dog back when they are really sick and going to die at night. Very upset they sold me stuff to make her feel good and knowing my dog died later that night. Read Less

My family has been going to Dr. Laura for a long time, so when it was time for me, as an adult, to choose a vet, it was a no brainer. In the last few months I have been going to Dr. Leslie for my pup Khaleesi and just like Dr. Laura, SHE IS AWESOME. Khaleesi had issues with her eyes when I rescued her and we went through the vet at the rescue center and they just could not find anything wrong. Her eyes were filled with gunk, red, and she could hardly see. After testing done by Dr. Leslie- THE SAME TESTING!!- she found the issue and started putting Khaleesi on eye drops right away. I liked Dr. Leslie's honesty in letting me know that her condition was so bad that she would likely have to be on the eye drops for the rest of her life.  Khaleesi now can see and her eyes look GREAT! She no longer scratches them and her quality of life has improved 100%. My two pups get into trouble sometimes and the team at this vet ALWAYS has my back. They give discounts where they can and don't nickle and dime me. I will never go to another vet again!! Read Less

Dr. Laura is great,  she truly cares about your pets well being and is very knowledgeable, plus the staff is great. I also don't feel like I am being ripped off. I use to go to Grand Pet Care Center and tried a different location on Main St. In Santa Ana and totally notice the difference at this Vet. U feel like you really get great service,  your pet is in good hands and trust them. I saw and had some bad experiences at other places, I am loyal to this Vet. We've been coming to Tustin Santa Ana Vet hospital for a little over a year now. I mostly picked it because the location was convenient (just a few blocks away from our house), and it's turned out to be an excellent option.The spaying of our two kittens went smoothly. We also got a puppy 6 months ago, and Dr Laura and the rest of the staff have been very helpful and generous with their time when dealing with anxious new puppy parents :) We've probably pestered them more than we should, but they've never been anything but patient with us. They have good hours, and while obviously they would prefer that you have an appointment, they've always been able to fit us in when the puppy has had an "emergency" situation. Read Less

This place is amazing!! I have been taking my now 10 year old Choco there since he was 5 weeks old! I wouldn't trust my doggy's health to any other vet or go elsewhere.
