I brought my chihuaua, Daisy, in for our very trip to this office to get her nails cut. I work at a verterinary office as well, yet Daisy will not let me cut her nails so I have always had to take her in to get them cut down. I was very impressed by the staff at Bayside. When the tech came out to get Daisy, I suggested she might get a muzzle as Daisy is a typical chihuahua, not to mention a "mommy's girl" and was petrified to leave my side. Once the tech and Daisy were in the back, I did hear Daisy screaming BUT I know she was not being hurt, she was just scared out of her little mind. Daisy did pee on the tech who cut her nails, and I am very sorry about that. I think next time I take her in, I am going to give her a dose of Ace. Anyway, I am very impressed with this office. Seeing as how I work at another vet, I know how to tell if nails were cut too short and I am proud to say not a single nail was cut too short. Ladies at Bayside, I thank you for taking care of my baby, I apologize for the tech getting peed on. We will be back, thought this next time we go, I will give Daisy a dose of Ace and I will not let her nails get so long. You guys are amazing! 5 stars in my book!!!!!!!!! Read Less
