I have been taking my dog, Lotus, to Aloro for 5 years and I have experienced exceptional care for Lotus. They often greet her by name, even if it has been a while since we have visited. She is treated with care and love. She has had consistent ear infections and they have tried several methods to treat this. Veterinary services are never cheap anywhere, unless you're looking for basic vaccines at a clinic. With this in mind, I have always found Aloro's prices to be reasonable. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance too; they cover 95% of your pets vet fees for moderate to serious procedures. Read Less

I'm disturbed that vets like Dr. Singh ruins the reputation of this place. This place was recommended by a reputable source but didn't think I had to ask for a specific vet to get a proper care. The staff at the front is good. But went here for a quick prespecription pick up for topical cream that should have cost $10 for a ringworm prevention cream that the other vet's office didn't have at the time. Walked out with a $100+ bill and no topical cream for ringworm prevention. Instead, I was pressured to do a different care for my animal and the vet lied to me when I asked about the medication. I specifically needed antifungal and the vet gave anti-bacterial. It's not okay that a care like Dr. Singh's exist: you shouldn't be able to trick you patient, make them feel bad/manipulate a vulnerable situation and LIE to customers when they ask you about the medication. Also, I think you should be ashamed that you think it's okay to charge $18.00 for a plastic cone that doesn't fit right on a tiny kitten. If you don't like animals or have compassion for people, go take a different profession. Read Less

I'm really disappointed that a vet like Dr. Singh gives this place a bad reputation. This place was initially recommended by a good source. Came I'm just to get a simple inexpensive prescription that ended up becoming a misdiagnosed costly visit. Not only was there pressure to spend more than necessary over priced bill ($18 cone?!?) a shady act but the misdiagnose cost my cats a week's worth of treatment that they could have been on sooner than later. I think it's disturbing that Dr. Singh would take advantage of troubling situations just to ride up a bill. Vets like that shouldn't be allowed to continue being able to do that the pet owners who only want their pets to safe and healthy. It's shameful. Read Less

My regular awesome Doctor Sharpe was out on deserved vacation, his office sent me here to Aloro. We returned home from a weekend get away to find Roxy in a lot of ear pain. I barely finished the visit paperwork and I was into see the kind Dr. Dogra. I knew from past experience with Roxy having had a foxtail stuck in there that she would need to be sedated to rule that out. The doctor put me at ease and let them lead Roxy away. Being the dog owner I am, I called early to see how things went. The front desk people remembered me and after a second on hold the doctor picks up to let me know everything went better than expected and I could come earlier than anticipated. It's true, the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my new adopted foster kitten had suspected ringworm since the shelter had a recent outbreak.  The vet stated it was dermatitis (bacterial or fungal) and wanted an antibiotic and steroid shot with an antibiotic spray. Dr Singh further pressured me to buy all treatments telling me "it's not that much money" when it was well over $150. I was worried since none of the treatments were addressing fungal infection! I refused the steroid since I know it can delay healing and a few days later went to another vet since no improvement was noticed. Berkley Animal Clinic competently cared for my kitten.  She even said you wouldn't want to give a steroid shot for a suspected infection! I should have just walked out but I'm definitely never returning to a place where they pressure you to giving WRONG treatments. Stay Away!! Read Less

The staff are so friendly and awesome here! It has been a struggle finding a accommodating vet clinic  that can work with my insanely busy schedule. I had did call and compare prices of other vets and Aloro is comparative, if not cheaper than other vets. I called about 35 other vets from Ktown to Burbank. I was really on the hunt for THE BEST quality and dealThey also allowed me to do a complicated neuter for my frenchie puppy the SAME day as an exam which was much appreciated as other vets did not. Other vets force you to pay in house blood work fees that are optional, not necessary (btw): then they make you wait 3-4 days before they "clear" puppy's blood to allow surgery. Even human surgeries aren't so lengthy and annoying to prepare pre-op wise. The doctor is an Indian man. Such a nice, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I felt safe and relieved to leave my puppy in his hands. My puppy only had one testicle therefore the procedure was more difficult than the average neuter.After the neuter we were sent home with pain medication, full care instructions and a cone to prevent puppy from licking his wounds. My puppy's temperament is way better and he is way calmer after the neuter. He wasn't humping everything and jumping all crazy... yay! Read Less

Thank you for saving my baby's life!I'm so grateful for the staff at Aloro for looking after my chihuahua who was suffering an allergic reaction.I had been to another vet earlier that day and they had given him 5 vaccines all at once.Once he arrived home he started to get a very serious allergic reaction that would've been fatal had we not been able to get him help in time.I looked up the closest vet and took him to Aloro. They immediately gave him steroid injections and hooked him up to an IV drip.He's doing a lot better today, and once again I'm so grateful for your help. Read Less

While they may not be the cheapest vet, they are always keeping you informed of costs and your options. What's most important is that they truly care for your pet! We've been taking our animals (our 2 dogs and 1 cat) to Aloro Pet Clinic for almost 9 years. They have always taken excellent care of our pets, they know our animals by name, they provide gentle care of our furry babies and have always given then excellent treatment whenever they've had their annual shots, and/or have needed surgery. I have every confidence in them and wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. Even though we moved out of the neighborhood last year, THIS is still where we will bring our pets!
