Called in advance to ask about their vaccination clinic. The girl told me to come Saturday at 4:30pm. I show up and, although it's a small reception area and both receptionists are directly facing you, standing in line waiting for your turn is not enough here. They never acknowledge your presence. So I walked up to them and told them I was there for the vaccination clinic, said I called in advance and told them it was my first time. She just stared blankly at me. So I asked if I should fill out any paperwork, take a seat, or...just what should I do. She said go ahead and take a seat. So I did, next to other people, facing the two reception ladies.A FULL HOUR (more if literally, it was 5:40pm) went by when I realized they'd just completely forgotten to get back to me. So I walk up again, and tell them, "I'm just wondering if there's a status; I've been waiting there for a full hour and no one's given me any indication of what to do or expect." So she says, "Well, this is not your first time, is it?" I said yes it is, and her eyes opened wider and she turns to catch a few forms to hand me. I tell her, I did ask if I needed to fill out forms when I got here and you didn't tell me anything. She just looks at me. Not even an apology. At least an apology, people. So I sit, complete the first two pages and get up looking for her as she'd vanished in the back, to let her know I only had one form but three pets (shouldn't she have asked me?). Get the other two, sit again to fill them out. When I was done, I get helped within 15 minutes. So really, the delay had indeed been because she just forgot to do something about me after I got there. Inside with the vet/technicians everything was fine. So I walk out to pay. So I stand at the reception waiting for the other girl to bill me. She asks me what I want, and I say I need to pay. Should be Rabies ($16) plus FVRCP ($16) times 3 cats, so I was expecting $96.00. So you can imagine my surprise when I hear her say three hundred fifty something. Here's what I learned:1) Turns out "Cat combo" here means the actual Cat combo (FVRCP) PLUS FeLV so they get to charge for 2 vaccines in one. Fine, IF they let you know in advance and inform you that's what going on, and give you advance option of doing it or not. I did my personal research and had I been given the proper information, I would NOT give my cats FeLV vaccine. I AM SO PISSED. They do need FVRCP. They DON'T *NEED* FeLV and I have a myriad of reasons why I hadn't, and wouldn't have allowed them to give them that, and now it's already done. And all because they want to charge you for 2 in that one.2) Even so, the girl's math was still wrong, she entered the info incorrectly, and shouldn't be giving rude annoyed stares if a client says something is wrong with the price. Even at 3 $16 vaccines times 3 cats, the total does not EVER get to $350 something, no matter where you got your math education. BTW, she had the hubris of handing me a calculator when I mentioned $48 times 3 does not add up to the total she gave me. I happily used it to show her $144. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. In my experience, they do not expect pet owners to be educated, care enough about their fur babies to research what's best for their pets, and instead do just whatever the staff tells them without ever asking anything, and paying without ever taking two seconds to mentally add up something and walk out paying extra for things you didn't want in the first place, pay more for it than you should due to "miscalculations", and just deal with it. Very disappointing first and last time. Read Less
