This place is a JOKE. They let two kittens die because a family could not pay the veterinary fee. Had it not been an emergency I would have taken them somewhere else. Two helpless three week old kittens died because they refused service and would not even tell us what was wrong with them until we paid them. You people are disgusting, I don't know where you get your degrees or who is running your facilities but you need to be shut down immediately.Read Less

the absolute WORST experience I've EVER had at a vet clinic. Avoid if at all possible. overall I would rate my experience here a 2 out of 10. I should have continued driving either north to santa barbara or south to another city like thousand oaks and found a better facility. last night my dog got a medium sized laceration on his side (~2" diameter). I took him to this clinic because it was the only one that I could find that was open. after being way over charged ($79 just to check his temperature, heart beat, and weight), I now have to take him to my personal vet to fix the mistakes this clinic made. the staff was more worried about getting my credit card info and charging my account rather than letting me know how my dog was doing. before even telling me how things went with the procedure they were asking for my billing information and trying to shuttle me out the door. after spending $400 to have 4 staples close up the laceration, the doctor who did the work couldn't even be bothered to come explain the procedure, how things went, etc. I was told I'd have to wait over an hour if I wanted that information. Instead of getting the after care information from someone involved in the procedure the intern who knew basically nothing just read the sheet off and couldn't respond to any of my questions. not only that but considering how clean the edges of the wound were the staple job looks like it was done by a 12 year old with his swingline stapler rather than a professional with proper medical tools. the surgical procedure charge alone was $150 (which didn't cover the cost of the staples used or the instruments, those were an extra $75) I thought some bandages to keep bacteria out and a head cone would be included. But nope, those would be extra charges if I wanted them. with the already outlandish bill I decided to pass. needless to say this company will NOT be getting any good recommendations from me nor will I use them again in the future. My cat was 16, never sick in his life, until the end. I brought him in to see what was wrong with him. First words out of the vets mouth were Is it time to say goodbye? My response was No. She then waited 4 hours before giving him fluids because she had to do a $200 blood test, which took 5 minutes. She also charged us almost $300 for fluids. Yet she had time to tell us 20+ times to put him down claiming it was the right thing to do and that to not kill him would be traumatic to him and me. We brought him home and he died peacefully in his sleep, no thanks to her. I just wanted to take my cat home. Also when the vet wanted to explain what was wrong with my cat, her accent was so thick some of it was hard to understand, and got lost in the translation. My cat also reacted badly every time the vet came into the examination room. The killer, I mean the vet did not want to help, just wanted to poison him. Dont bring your animal here unless it is to kill them because that all they want to do here.Read Less

After my dog was hit by a car I brought him here. It was difficult getting him in and out of the car because he didn't want to move and he's 120 lbs. They checked him and said he'd be fine. I took him home and in the middle of the night he started crying in pain. I called and they said to prescribe him anything I'd have to bring him back in and pay another $70 visit fee! I tried to get him in the car but he wouldn't budge and growled at me. I called them again and basically they said they couldn't help me. Luckily his vet in the morning helped.Read Less
