We loved this place! The staff was friendly to us and our dog since the very beginning! Michaela and Trisha are wonderful with dogs and have the best manners with people! Dr Pasek was very patient with our barking and scared dog, she gave him plenty of time to relax and learn to trust her, she was very gentle with him during the exam, she answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. Took our dog here for years, but won't go back again. The office and staff are nice, but the Vet was indifferent, and they are vastly and deliberately overpriced. They will do anything to get you to come in, so they can charge you for an office visit. See another vet in the area, and save yourself a lot of money. Read Less

Can't say anything bad about staff or doctor. They're okay, like everywhere else, pushing vaccines. Had two major issues: overcharging.1. Prescribed medicine for treatment wasn't enough in the container for full treatment so I had to come back and buy extra bottle of medicine. That's very odd.2. Called about the test, price they said was higher by $100, when other veterinarians I called around charged exactly $100 less, and were surprised why this clinic charges that much considering that there are only two labs in the area where they all send samples for testing. I've been really happy with this vet.  I've taken my puppy here for his first exam and shots and the office is always clean, staff always friendly (to me and my little guy), and it's pretty comparable in price to other vets I called prior to coming here.  They always follow up with a phone call the next day after he gets his shots to make sure he is ok and doesn't have any side affects.  They also use this Petdesk app that keeps all my appointments, the services he gets and has direct contact with them.  Everything has been going great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good vet! We have been bringing our dogs here for many years. Dr. Wilson and everyone in the office have always been very supportive and knowledgeable. We now have four dogs who have various health issues and Dr. Wilson is always thorough in her consideration of diagnoses and treatment options. I brought my 8 ratties to this wonderful place and they were treated with such love and care. The entire staff was so sweet and Dr. Wilson really took her time with my girls. Very happy with the services done for my guinea pigs. Dr. Wilson was great with them and seemed to make them as comfortable as possible. She and the rest of the staff provided us with great customer service. I have brought my guinea pigs in since then and have had nothing but good experiences. First of all a head to toe exam by Wilson was literally 2 minutes nothing different than the nurse did of checking heart rate. Not right! No temperature reading no ear check just heart rate. They are over priced and she seems to be the type of Doctor who only wants to make more money by prescribing antibiotics and not informing pet parents of home remedies and natural ways to prevent future illness instead she says come back to me for another round of antibiotics ( $100 in her pockets pretty much) go to another Doctor who will actually perform a full exam and not just pet your dog for two minutes! My animals have been cared for by Dr. Wilson and the staff at The Animal Doctor for many years. While I have, on occasion, felt pressured to agreeing to services I just didn't feel were necessary, I have never EVER felt "judged" when I declined them. The explanations of procedures and diagnoses and recommendations for treatment have always been clear to me to the point where I felt comfortable I was making the right decisions regarding the care of each of my beloved fur kids. What I have ALWAYS felt from each and every member of the staff is LOVE for each of my animals and complete commitment to their care and compassion for me as their worried parent.
