They need some education on how tape sticks to hair and skin. I've never seen such anyone put tape directly onto an animal's hair without shaving them or putting gauze first. It took everything I could to remove the tape from my pet without tearing her skin. This place sucks!!! NEVER again will I use this joke of a vet. Read Less

I went for the first time without appointment , the wait was around 3 hours it is a really busy place. But I'm glad that I found this place the staff is professional and do their best.The doctor was very nice he took the time to check my dog very compassionate and explain everything to me. I trust them more than anywhere else for a spay or any surgery; their care is phenomenal and the recovery time on my pets have always been speedy. Our Muffins is a Chihuahua mix. Her appointment was early AM for a spay and chip, and she was good to come home late that same afternoon, with her medication ready to go. I have actually taken 2 of my husky there they are great and helpful... My last visit wasn't so pleasant I took my husky for a hot spot and she was not put to sleep for the process and the vet was hitting her with the shaver and the nurse was stepping on her tail and stuff. To be honest my dog is like my daughter to me so you can image how mad and upset I was that my baby was being treated like that especially by the vets who are suppose to be there to help the animals... I didn't say anything because I have a very bad temper and I knew my dog needed to be taken care of ..... After that visit my dog stayed hidden inside our bathroom for a week she wasn't even the same dog.... I talked to many other vets after that to see if my dog was treated properly medical wise and numerous vets said they put the dogs to sleep first before dealing with hot spots ... Well my dog wasn't put to sleep and she most definitely wasn't treated properly ... I mean wouldn't you be scared if you were her and didn't know what was going on I mean for the doctor to hit my dog with the shaver wasn't right at all!!!!!! Also for the nurse to have the nerve to step on my dog just really upset me how they treated her and the animal cruelty they did to my poor baby ...... Read Less

Genuine 5 star rating. My large Russian Shepherd had a long-suffering facial wound of unknown origin, and Dr Edick took time to examine Dimitri, reassess and think about his diagnosis. He decided after an initial direction to try a second option and that was OBVIOUSLY the solution. The response was immediate. The fact that his prices are so affordable is just a bonus.
