I brought my 12 y/o female dog in. Was sold a "Senior Care Package". Way too expensive for the services provided. The vet seemed very knowledgeable. Was also very nice. However had to call back 4 times to talk to him. He also misdiagnosed my dog. The front office is a trainwreck. Needs serious help. Sent my dog's records to someone I had never heard of. When I asked why, was told when someone calls the "assume" it's the owner of the dog. I think you can do better Read Less

I TAKE MY 14-YEAR OLD DOG HERE TO HAVE HER ANAL GLANDS SECRETED AND TOE NAILS CLIPPED. IT IS ALWAYS A $71.00 CHARGE, WHICH INCLUDES HER SEDATION MEDICATION. I SPENT OVER $1000 HERE LAST YEAR DUE TO THIS SAME PROBLEM. I JUST HAD HER GLANDS SECRETED AND 3 DAYS LATER SHE WAS SCOOTING AGAIN. AND THIS WEEK, THE SAME. AND LAST TIME, IT WAS THE SAME. SO I CALLED TO ASK IF I CAN BRING HER BACK IN (AT NO CHARGE) AND THEY REFUSED, SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME, AGAIN. I TOLD THEM I CAN NOT AFFORD $112.00 TO HAVE THIS DONE TWICE A MONTH (THE VET ONLY SAID IT HAS TO BE ONCE A MONTH)YOU DO THE MATH.. SO, INSTEAD OF BEING REASONABLE ABOUT IT AND SECRETING HER AGAIN AT NO CHARGE (GROOMERS CHARGE NO MORE THAN $15.00,)THEY REFUSED SO I FINDING A NEW VET . TO LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR THIS I THINK....STINKS. Read Less
