The staff is super friendly and very very helpful the doctor very patient helpful and cares great place to bring your pet especially if you want the best care for your pet I've been to a few other vet...
The staff is super friendly and very very helpful the doctor very patient helpful and cares great place to bring your pet especially if you want the best care for your pet I've been to a few other vets because I thought vca was to expensive but I quickly found out that the care that my pets got from other vets was nothing like vca they even have a good care program so u can get what your pet needs without paying all at once best place to bring your pets

I love the care they provide for my pets. The doctor was very down to earth and honest. They are good about following up for appointments and answering questions. You can usually schedule an appointment within the week as well. A bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford the care.

I switched to VCA years ago because they are the same quality as the independent vets and not nearly as expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only one time did I feel upset when they were throwing terms and diagnosis at me like I should know what any of those conditions or meds were. Just took new puppy there and all was fine.

Our regular vet was out of town when I needed to put my 15-year old buddy, Mosquito, to rest as she awoke that morning in such pain. I had never visited this location previously but they were very accommodating on short notice. Always a terrible experience but Dr. Paulina Flores was wonderful and compassionate, as was all the staff. Thank you for being so kind.

I brought my 12 y/o female dog in. Was sold a "Senior Care Package". Way too expensive for the services provided. The vet seemed very knowledgeable. Was also very nice. However had to call back 4 times to talk to him. He also misdiagnosed my dog. The front office is a trainwreck. Needs serious help. Sent my dog's records to someone I had never heard of. When I asked why, was told when someone calls the "assume" it's the owner of the dog. I think you can do better

SO, INSTEAD OF BEING REASONABLE ABOUT IT AND SECRETING HER AGAIN AT NO CHARGE (GROOMERS CHARGE NO MORE THAN $15.00,)THEY REFUSED SO I FINDING A NEW VET . TO LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR THIS I THINK....STINKS.

I love the care they provide for my pets. The doctor was very down to earth and honest. They are good about following up for appointments and answering questions. You can usually schedule an appointment within the week as well. A bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford the care.

I switched to VCA years ago because they are the same quality as the independent vets and not nearly as expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only one time did I feel upset when they were throwing terms and diagnosis at me like I should know what any of those conditions or meds were. Just took new puppy there and all was fine.

Our regular vet was out of town when I needed to put my 15-year old buddy, Mosquito, to rest as she awoke that morning in such pain. I had never visited this location previously but they were very accommodating on short notice. Always a terrible experience but Dr. Paulina Flores was wonderful and compassionate, as was all the staff. Thank you for being so kind.

I brought my 12 y/o female dog in. Was sold a "Senior Care Package". Way too expensive for the services provided. The vet seemed very knowledgeable. Was also very nice. However had to call back 4 times to talk to him. He also misdiagnosed my dog. The front office is a trainwreck. Needs serious help. Sent my dog's records to someone I had never heard of. When I asked why, was told when someone calls the "assume" it's the owner of the dog. I think you can do better
