We recently adopted a puppy from Art N Paws and this is the Vet that they use for puppy shots and spay/neuter.   I was nervous because I am really picky and we were driving from Long Beach.  I was pleasantly surprised.  The office is very clean and organized.  The Vet Tech was very helpful and really took her time with us.  Dr. Bae came in shortly thereafter and took a good look at our pup and was very thorough and kind.  We will be returning soon for the neuter and I'm now comfortable going there.  Five Stars!!!! I come to Yorba Lake Pet Clinic primarily to get my dogs groomed.  I love the groomer, Judith!  She is great with my dogs, handling them with love and care.  She has always made my dogs look amazing.  I can't say enough great things about Judith!As I was bringing my dogs in for their monthly baths, I couldn't help but notice how friendly the veterinary staff was and how clean the office was.  Unlike other vets I've been to, this office NEVER has that "wet dog" smell.   In my book, that's a big thumbs up!So when it came time for my pups' vaccinations, I switched over to Dr. Bae.   Vaccination special pricing clinics are every Saturday, and they do take appointments for them.  I've also taken my dogs for other veterinary issues, and I've been very pleased with their service.  After the doctor assesses my pet and goes over her findings and recommendations, a vet tech will come back in and reiterate the doctor's recommendations and will review a print out on suggested treatment.  From there, I can decide if I want to go forward with ALL of her recommendations, or chose which options work with my budget. I've been very pleased with Dr. Bae and her staff.  They are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.  When we bring our dogs in, Shawn and Joanna are especially good with them.  I highly recommend Yorba Lake Pet Clinic for all of your pet's needs! I love my Dog November 5, 2016 Thursday I had to bring my dog Precious to the vet as she wasn€t acting like herself and she seemed to be having issues with her mouth. I looked on line for a local vet and after searching I decided on Yorba Linda Pet Clinic as they sounded like the best place to bring her to. I took Precious there to see what the problem was and they told me the initial exam would be $45.00 and they would wave if she needed work. The doctor came out after examining her and said that her lower jaw was very sensitive to touch and that she would need to have some teeth pulled, they would have to put her under and that I could comeback around 4pm to pick her up. After waiting for what seemed to be lifetime I called the office and was told that they had to pull 10 teeth but Precious was fine. I couldn€t stop crying€ When I went to pick her up they showed me pictures of her infected gums and explained why they needed to pull out the teeth. All I could think about was how she was going to eat if she didn€t have all her teeth, they said that she would still be able to eat as dogs have 46 teeth. They gave me some medication for her and of course the bill. It was $10 per tooth. I was shocked I thought for sure it would be at least $500 but it wasn€t. Yorba Linda Pet Clinic is friendly, clean, professional & honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet. Precious is doing great and eating like a little pig. She loves the chicken I bring home from Main Street Restaurant and is eating better than I am. Took my puppies here twice and got amazing service and care.  The nurse working at the front desk took her time going over any questions we had after our visit with the doctor was over.. even though they were super busy.. it seemed like the nurse made us feel like we were the only ones in the room and gave us one on one attention.  We will be back next month for teeth cleaning on both our dogs.  We highly recommend! Dr Bea is amazing.  She is caring and loving to all animals and very knowledgeable. I trust her with the care of my baby girl Kiki. I hate taking her to the vet but I know she will be in great hands. The staff over at Yorba lake are amazing. . They were amazing when we had to drop Kiki off for her surgery we would call every hour and the staff was amazing and very understanding. Dear Dr. Bae at Yorba Lake Pet Clinic,My name is Frankie and I just saw you...I'm the puppy only 9 months old that was feeling pretty sick the other day.  My Mommy and Daddy were really worried about me and when they couldn't get me in to see my regular vet, they turned to Yelp for Help (haha, I rhymed that on purpose because I'm clever...I mean look at me typing with my paws).Anyway, if you're having trouble remembering me, I was the one that got really scared when it was my turn to get on the scale and laid down on the floor, stiff as a board and refused to move.  My Mommy had to carry my 50.2 pound self on to the scale (that's how we know I'm over 50 pounds now) then into the room where when the door shut, I was just fine.  You were so nice to me when you checked me out and I think you gave my Mommy a lot of good advice because with my medicine and different diet, I felt way better!  And thanks for setting my Mommy & Daddy straight when they brought me back in because they were still worried about me...it was nice to see you again and they were particularly impressed because there was NO charge for a re-check!My Mommy and Daddy are so happy with the care here, that now they don't know what to do...stay with our current vet which is kind of far away or move here which is right down the street.  Lucky for me I'm only a puppy and don't have to worry about anything but looking cute. Dr Bae is the most caring vet you will find, do not hesitate to go to her! Our cat became very sick and Dr Bae really went above and beyond to do everything possible for her. In the end it was a terminal condition but the experience was as good as it possibly could be and we now have a vet for life. There are a lot of vets to choose from but you cannot do better. Just had an office vaccine clinic visit with Dr. Bae. The doctor and the staff are friendly. My dog was treated with DHPP annual vaccine, Bordetella in biannual VX, Rabies K9 3 year vaccine. I'm the president of ART N PAWS ANIMAL RESCUE.I talk with or visit this clinic almost every day regarding the animals in my rescue.Dr Bea is a very different kind of vet.  She is caring and loving to all animals and very knowledgeable. I trust her to care for my personal pets as well as all my rescue animals .The staff over at Yorba lake are great. They are happy to answer questions, very helpful, polite and friendly. Their prices are great too!I used to live in Corona... moved to Murrieta and I still drive to Yorba Lake Animal Clinic. Also all my volunteers drive there as well.Highly recommended !!!My advise is to ignore the negative comments.  I have worked with them for years and there is no other Clinc that is as good them. Diagnosis was Kennel Cough & Pneumonia with severe congestion that breath sounds were not audible! This dog should NOT have gone on transport & probably wouldn't have had he been correctly diagnosed.Read Less

We chose this clinic based of the yelp reviews to spay our puppy.  Although I was pleased by Dr. Bae's work, I was quite concerned about the treatment of my pet by the technicians.  I could not help but notice that my puppy smelled as if she's been rolling around in her own urine all day!  Now, I understand that a puppy who is held up in a cage for over 6 hours must urinate in his/her cage; however, I strongly believe that it is up to the technicians to thoroughly clean them up before their departure.  So, I have called them requesting some sort of a clean-up bath free-of-charge because I felt like the quality was lacking.  To my surprise, the receptionists denied my request until I have spoken with a manager.  To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment for her bath!  ALSO, they were being very defensive and kept repeating that my pet was cleaned up with shampoo, when CLEARLY my pet did not smell a hint of shampoo. Now, if I were working at a front desk, I would be well aware that I am representing a clinic that promises best results and happiness of the pets.  If I were truly concerned about the patients, I would INSIST on bringing back the pet right away so that they can perform a better job....not ask the clients to re-schedule for an appointment . All in all, I believe that Dr. Bae should hire a better staff, because as far as customer service and quality is concerned I would not advise ANYONE to visit this clinic.  Rule number 1 in business:  You NEVER imply that the client is wrong and NEVER deny the right service.  I am typically appalled by the manager.  You should be fired, Amanda. Dr. Bae, why do you have to be so far away from me?  My husband and I adopted our 4 legged baby, Bailey, from a local rescue group, Cuddly Canines.  Bailey was a patient of Dr. Bae's up until we finished all his puppy shots.A quick rundown of the office before I continue my verbal love affair with Dr. Bae.  Parking is plentiful and the staff is fantastic.  I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name but they LOVE animals.  The office has an office cat and the staff also fosters pets.  That tells you something about how they will treat your beloved pet.The office is clean, simple and cozy.  On to Dr. Bae and why I wish I could relocate her to wherever I am living forever.  She is simply awesome.  When Bailey was a tiny puppy, around 7 weeks old, his awesome foster mom noticed his face was swollen.  Fearing that he was bitten by a spider, she rushed him over to Dr. Bae.  Dr. Bae examined him and was able to diagnose him correctly with a very rare autoimmune disease.  Thanks to Cuddly Canine's awesome foster mom and Dr. Bae, Bailey was diagnosed quickly, accurately and his treatment was successful.Dr. Bae's services are EXTREMELY affordable.  Actually, it's kind of surprising how affordable her 5 star care is.  Another thing I love about her, her staff and her practice is that they do not try to up-sell you on ANYTHING for your pet.  Never have they recommended unnecessary tests on our Bailey nor have they pushed me to vaccinate him against everything known to man (it was my decision to do so after I compared his vaccinations online and realized there were "extra" vaccines I could give to protect Bailey).  Dr. Bae comes out personally after every examination of Bailey to explain to me what she sees, what her thoughts are and what her concerns / plan of treatment is.  She is very thorough, takes the time to answer all my questions and is very very patient.  Bailey just loves her and her staff.  I love her, her office and her practice so much, I would routinely drive every week from Los Angeles to Yorba Linda so that she could continue to treat Bailey while he was sick.  Unfortunately, that's not an option for me anymore and I'm sad she can't continue to be Bailey's vet.But if you're lucky enough to live within reasonable driving distance from her practice, consider Dr. Bae as your pet's vet. The vet is amazing, great surgeries, etc. The staff is lacking though, They don't return phone calls. They say they'll call you back, than don't. They can't give an estimate without making you talk to the office manager who never calls back. Really unprofessional. Going to seek out a vet closer to me. Sometimes a desperate move yields a wonderful surprise. This is the case with Yorba Lake Pet Clinic.My family and I fosters rescue dogs with a guideline of one dog at a time. This time around, we ended up with a dog that didn't yet have a rabies shot. How can a responsible dog owner not get the dog a rabies shot? Great question. I would assume that the prior owner wasn't responsible. Anyhow, enough rant. Suffice it to say that this new foster dog needed her shot before spending much time with our darling senior dog.My usual vet was too busy to fit us in with little notice but when I called Yorba Lake Pet Clinic, they answered promptly, were very friendly, and said to come on by. So we did.The staff was incredibly kind and took great care with our new foster. As a dog only 24 hours out of a high kill shelter, she was noticeably traumatized. Both the front counter staff, vet tech, and vet were all gentle with her and understanding when she looked too tense. Instead of chancing it, they were gentle in putting on a muzzle to give her a shot. When they took the muzzle off, they gave the dog lots of love to help her relax.I'll be going back for this foster dog's booster shots. In addition, Yorba Lake Pet Clinic will become my regular for my fosters and a great back-up for my permanent pet. If you are looking to move to a new vet, I'd urge you to try this small and kind vet office. They have certainly earned my repeat business. Read Less
