Dr. Lessen has been our vet since 1981. He is retiring and will greatly missed. Dr. Lassen and re a great team and very flexible in getting you in for appointments. If your pet has something serious going on he would be very upfront with you and recommend where to take your pet, because his facility was not set up to do all the testing. He was great at recommending a specialist. I wish both of them a very happy retirement!👍 Read Less

Fantastic as always. Doc is great. He explains everything to us and is so sweet with the pets. We were discussing with Lee as we were leaving that we have been visiting them since my husband's and my first kitty about 1990! That's loyalty on both sides. Called the Berkeley Square veterinarian clinic twice now and both times the receptionist finds excuses to direct us to other clinics. Seems like their clinic is not accepting new pups. Wish we could vouch for all the great reviews below. Read Less

Love them! We have brought all three of our pooches here for over 15 years now. Since we have moved a few times we are further away now but still it is well worth the drive to see them. The Vet is great with the dogs and very kind and mild mannered. Read Less

Dr. Lassen is so sweet! They truly care about the animals and not about making a ton of money. Their vaccinations and exam costs less than half of their competition!! Dr. Lassen calls our doggy "kiddo". His wife at the front is very accommodating and flexible with our busy schedule. She always asks about our boys. We drive 25 minutes to see them and its worth it! I am not sure about Dr. Lassen but his front desk staff is horrible and rude! How can you expect people to make it through the door when they get talked to on the phone like they are inconveniencing them. Couldnt imagine how they'd treat your pets if thats how they treat humans. No dice on going here. Read Less

Good service, nice couple. I have been going here for almost 10 years now and have had excellent experiences here. Unfortunately I think the kind Dr is getting ready to call it a career as they would not accept my new pup for his shots or anything. This man WAS our vet but at every turn since the day I complained him having abdominal pain they refuse to see him for anything else... i.e. Shots, his butt hole bothering him, anything! They'd rather make me spend hundreds at alemeda east instead of bringing him where I can actually afford it!!! Quit ur job catman if ur not willing to do it!!!! Read Less

Dr. Lassen is the best. We went to him for years and he always did the right thing for our beloved pets. Three and a half years ago, we moved away from Aurora. After trying other vets in our new area, we now make the drive back down the hill to see Dr. Lassen. He is well worth the drive. Just a few days ago, we thought we were going to lose one of our dogs. We immediately contacted Doc. Once again, he helped us out and we are eternally grateful. Plus, he does not gauge his customers on prices like other vets do. Read Less

Dr. Lassen is Colorado State University graduate and an excellent veterinarian. He runs a family practice and is very practical about the care he provides your pets. We won't take our pets anywhere else. Read Less

I have taken my kitty cat to Lylak to this vet office for 2years in a row.Everytime I have taken her they have been very efficient and taken good care of her.She does not like strngers and will scratch you. They have to give her a belly cut because of her long fur. She gets realy matted up in during Novemberand December. By the time Feburay of the next year comes she has to be shaved beacuse they tighten up and she also cant groom herself properly. I am very pleased to know I can take her to this vets office that specializes in only treating cats.And she is in good hands. Read Less

I've enjoyed Buckely Square and took all my pets there. They were polite and Dr. Lassen is seriously soooo sweet! ANd no doubt, their prices can't be beat! However, my concern all this time has been that he stays in the room to check on the animals for two minutes... TOPS. Maybe less... 30 seconds possible? I admit, I would still recommend the vet to people are are pinching pennies. In the past my cat had a cold, and was concerned that it didnt seem to be getting better. Twice, I brought my cat in, the doc saw him decided he was fine and sent me off without having to pay for his time. I figured that was a great thing, so I stuck around. Also another time I took a pet in for a concern of mine which he could have easily lied that it needed pricey treatment, but he just dismissed it. He dismisses a lot which made me feel good that he was trustworthy, but now I often worry if he'd even konw if my animals DID have a problem at all since 20 seconds surely can't tell you everything? I have decided to explore another vet, but if I'm not impressed - I may very well return to Dr. Lassen. Read Less

I love Dr. Lassen and staff! They are always so kind and flexible. My dog chloe cries in the car all the way there and even when we get in the checkup room. Once she hears Docs voice she relaxes completely. He is absolutely wonderful with animals! I would recommend for anyone who wants great service and prices to take all of their pets here! Read Less
