The staff is very friendly and the clinic is very clean. Everyone made my dog feel comfortable. They got down on the floor with him to be on his level and were very gentle and kind. The exam was very thorough and although my dog needs more tests done they were not pushed on me. I was given prices and had the option of declining or getting them they are close to my house and will be my dogs new vet.

Dr. Soliman has been wonderful. She sits on the floor close to my dog and lets her know she cares. She listens attentively to my concerns and addresses each of them. She checks to be sure I understand the information and instructions she has provided. She has called me at home to follow up on how my dog is doing post procedure and post op as well as how I am doing.
Her staff is efficient and demonstrate concern and caring for your pet. They are quick to pick up on clues that the dog wants to be in control and are able to take control effectively and kindly.

The vet was very nice and professional. Things got busy and we soon found out that we had to put our loving Abby down.
Because things got so busy Dr. Had to leave the room, we discussed cost and I feel they were real expensive.
My wife and I decided we wanted Abby ashes. This was on a Tuesday and we were moving out of state then next Monday. I asked if we could have her ashes before we left the state and we were informed yes.
The Dr was attending to another animal and the credit card machine was down so the waited and waited until they could start. Once the vet assistant came in they could not find a vain for the IV what a disaster. The Dr was still busy with another animal. Finally the Dr. Came in and then she could not find a vain.
She made us live Abby until they could try something else, they strapped her onto a board gave her some gas to relax her which took quite a while.
By this time we went into another room to tell Abby goodbye but she was to drugged up. I'm not sure if she really knew we were there.
We called to go get her ashes before we left Colorado and they were not sure where they where.
On our trip back we got a call that they located Abby's ashes and asked us to pay to have them sent to us I said I would not.
Abby was my support dog and I'm still having panic attacks over this.
I would not recommend taking your dog to this location.

I work through the week and I wanted to get an exam on my dog, I came in on Saturday early without an appointment, they helped me out and squeezed me in with in the hr! And the doctor is super knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and did not prescribe me any medication until we get my dogs blood work back and urine sample. Price is a little steep but definitely worth the knowledge and experience the Dr has to offer! The clinic and patients rooms are really really clean too ! Great place to take your pet ! Highly recommended!

I have been taking my pets to this facility for over two years now. DR Solomon is kind and caring, greets me with a smile and a hug. Her professionalism is top notch. Always explains everything clearly and has a deep caring for the animals. During Xmas time my daughter from Utah was here with her Pekinese and after playing in the backyard we could see that one of her legs was painful. Although it was near closing time, the veterinarian on duty immediately saw her and showed her how to put her dogs knee back in place. I always feel secure that my pets will be well taken care of at Pets R Us.

My poor chow chow has been dealing with medical issues all of her life (even though she's only one). I brought her to Pets R Us after she received a nasty infection on her spay incision. From then on, they're the only vet I'll trust. When she developed a pretty severe rash on her chin, after much trial and error, Dr. Soliman knew exactly what to do and completely healed her. I am so very thankful!

Love this vet clinic! Brought my dog sandy to have a mass removed from her abdomen. Another vet recommended we didn't operate because of her age that they didn't know if she'd make it through and Dr. Johnson with confidence disagreed and assured he could operate with no problem. Sure enough my sandy bounced back quicker than any person would. She's doing fantastic. I would absolutely take my dog here again. Thank you pets r us aurora staff for being so amazing!

Horrible place!! They have been ripping my grandmother off for months. She is 91, with no income, and never had a job. They charged her $300 to $500 for blood work and a check up for his thyroid, every 3 to 4 months. He is 11 years old! They have been telling her to get his rabies shot every year, which should be every 3 years, as well as a distemper ! She also has to pay too much a month for his medicine. I called 3 places as well as Alameda East, the best in the country, $45 for a blood test sent to the lab!! How dare you! Very unethical, 3 years she has been going to you. You should be ashamed.

Because I have the Mississippi Animal Hospital as my families caretakers I feel that they are in the best possible environment and care that they can be in. I can put it very simply...my Mom passed away in 2007 and she always said that she would rather be treated if she was sick by a vet because they are much more caring and observant of their patients. This is what this animal hospital offers. Great care great service and love for the pet parent and the pet. I recommend this animal hospital 100 percent and I would not trust the care of my pets to anyone else. Dr. Soliman is one of the best people and caring person that I know and I know that she loves my kids. So pet parents get out there and check out this place because I can promise that you won't be disappointed.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a check up on my small dog who has heart failure and they quoted me well over 500 for all the procedures and labs they wanted to run. I decided to just do a urine analysis at the time and that visit alone cost me $140. The clinic is located in a store front and just an all over dislike for this place. Not very friendly people.
I then decided to go to Broadview Animal Clinic instead and for everything they were going to do here for over 500 Broadview did it for 180. That also included a heartworm vaccine. Not to mention that this place was so much nicer, friendlier and actually cared about my dog. They didn't try to scare me into getting more stuff done in fact they discouraged teeth cleaning because they have to put the dog under and with heart failure that is not a good idea and could make it worse.
In conclusion, don't go here instead go to Broadview which is where I will be taking my pets from now on or really anywhere else. You will be wasting a lot of money here.

Mississippi Animal Hospital is the BEST! Dr. Solomon takes her time with your animal to make sure they're being treated right and she also takes her time with you. Any concern that we've had she's addressed and takes very seriously. We've followed her instructions to a "t" and our animals are happy and healthy. The team is amazing, they get you in fast and are super friendly. Great location and clean hospital!

My pets are my family, and I only trust them with the best. Mississippi Animal Hospital is a great place to go - services are very high quality, and pricing is very affordable compared to many other animal hospitals I've frequented in the past. Dr. Soloman is a wonderful veterinarian, and it is clear that she truly values the well-being of the pets that she treats. Animal hospital staff always follow up on my pets' well-being after they've come in for a visit, and overall the environment is very kind and caring. I'm very grateful to have found this animal hospital.

Dr Soliman and her staff are the best! I have a labradoodle named Gavin that is 9months old and since day one of us bringing him in for his 8 week check up she has been nothing but excellent! You can tell she has a heart for your animal and makes sure she builds a relationship with you and your pet which really leaves me at ease when I know I have to bring him in he is in great hands. I've been to a few vets before, and I can honestly say that Dr. Soliman and her staff at Mississippi Animal Hospital are some of the most caring and compassionate people I know when it comes to the care of your pet. I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy. Back when she had a severe allergic reaction to one of her vaccinations, they took her in even though it was already closing time. Recently, she broke her leg and the surgery for it was very costly. Dr. Soliman listened to my concerns and was well aware of my financial situation and worked with me to so that I was able to afford the much needed surgery for my dog. She is very understanding and always takes time to sit down and explain everything to me and answer any questions that I have. She always gives me hugs during the vet visits and not only asks how Maka is doing, but asks how I am doing as well! She cares about both the animals and their owners, and I am very happy to say that she has been our primary veterinarian since over a year ago and will continue to be!

Dr. Solomon is a phenomenal veterinarian! I took my puppy Isis in, who's a 1 year old rottweiler to see Dr. Solomon. Isis has a regular vet but due to complications from a previous visit to her vet a friend recommended Dr. Solomon. Dr. Solomon reviewed all of Isis's history and came up with a plan. She was honest with me about her condition and what needed to happen. Dr. Solomon is very thorough and honest. Thanks to Dr. Solomon and her team Isis is back to normal. I definitely recommend Dr. Solomon to every pet owner. If you want top pet care this is the place to go Mississippi Animal Hospital.

I paid for a teeth cleaning for my dog. The vet did not include costs of updating vaccinations, which is fine. But they waited until my dog was under anesthesia to tell me that the cleaning required $160 in antibiotics and pains medications. I told them they were crazy. If I had know. They didn't include prescriptions I would have taken my dog to another vet (all of the other vets included medications in their quotes.)They tried to intimidate me, telling my my dog was under anesthesia and that she needed these medicines. I found a pet pharmacy who was going to charge me $20 for the same prescriptions Mississippi Animal Hospital wanted to charge me $160!Mississippi AnimalHospital then refused to tell the pharmacy what medicines they persceibed. I had to call them and demand that they tell me what dosage my dog needed. But because of their refusal my dog didn't get her meds till the next day. My dog was crying from pain for most of the night with me.These people are sociopaths.

Dr. Sunshine and the staff at Mississippi Animal Hospital saved my puppies life! My puppy was very sick from Parvo and Dr. Sunshine saved her life! I know that she required a lot of extra special care and attention while she was hospitalized and they did everything it took to get her better again. Not to mention all the wonderful personal attention I got from each one of the staff members. Awesome Veterinarian!

I have been taking my pets to this facility for over two years now. DR Solomon is kind and caring, greets me with a smile and a hug. Her professionalism is top notch. Always explains everything clearly and has a deep caring for the animals. During Xmas time my daughter from Utah was here with her Pekinese and after playing in the backyard we could see that one of her legs was painful. Although it was near closing time, the veterinarian on duty immediately saw her and showed her how to put her dogs knee back in place. I always feel secure that my pets will be well taken care of at Pets R Us.

My poor chow chow has been dealing with medical issues all of her life (even though she's only one). I brought her to Pets R Us after she received a nasty infection on her spay incision. From then on, they're the only vet I'll trust. When she developed a pretty severe rash on her chin, after much trial and error, Dr. Soliman knew exactly what to do and completely healed her. I am so very thankful!

Love this vet clinic! Brought my dog sandy to have a mass removed from her abdomen. Another vet recommended we didn't operate because of her age that they didn't know if she'd make it through and Dr. Johnson with confidence disagreed and assured he could operate with no problem. Sure enough my sandy bounced back quicker than any person would. She's doing fantastic. I would absolutely take my dog here again. Thank you pets r us aurora staff for being so amazing!

Horrible place!! They have been ripping my grandmother off for months. She is 91, with no income, and never had a job. They charged her $300 to $500 for blood work and a check up for his thyroid, every 3 to 4 months. He is 11 years old! They have been telling her to get his rabies shot every year, which should be every 3 years, as well as a distemper ! She also has to pay too much a month for his medicine. I called 3 places as well as Alameda East, the best in the country, $45 for a blood test sent to the lab!! How dare you! Very unethical, 3 years she has been going to you. You should be ashamed.

Because I have the Mississippi Animal Hospital as my families caretakers I feel that they are in the best possible environment and care that they can be in. I can put it very simply...my Mom passed away in 2007 and she always said that she would rather be treated if she was sick by a vet because they are much more caring and observant of their patients. This is what this animal hospital offers. Great care great service and love for the pet parent and the pet. I recommend this animal hospital 100 percent and I would not trust the care of my pets to anyone else. Dr. Soliman is one of the best people and caring person that I know and I know that she loves my kids. So pet parents get out there and check out this place because I can promise that you won't be disappointed.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a check up on my small dog who has heart failure and they quoted me well over 500 for all the procedures and labs they wanted to run. I decided to just do a urine analysis at the time and that visit alone cost me $140. The clinic is located in a store front and just an all over dislike for this place. Not very friendly people.
I then decided to go to Broadview Animal Clinic instead and for everything they were going to do here for over 500 Broadview did it for 180. That also included a heartworm vaccine. Not to mention that this place was so much nicer, friendlier and actually cared about my dog. They didn't try to scare me into getting more stuff done in fact they discouraged teeth cleaning because they have to put the dog under and with heart failure that is not a good idea and could make it worse.
In conclusion, don't go here instead go to Broadview which is where I will be taking my pets from now on or really anywhere else. You will be wasting a lot of money here.

Mississippi Animal Hospital is the BEST! Dr. Solomon takes her time with your animal to make sure they're being treated right and she also takes her time with you. Any concern that we've had she's addressed and takes very seriously. We've followed her instructions to a "t" and our animals are happy and healthy. The team is amazing, they get you in fast and are super friendly. Great location and clean hospital!

My pets are my family, and I only trust them with the best. Mississippi Animal Hospital is a great place to go - services are very high quality, and pricing is very affordable compared to many other animal hospitals I've frequented in the past. Dr. Soloman is a wonderful veterinarian, and it is clear that she truly values the well-being of the pets that she treats. Animal hospital staff always follow up on my pets' well-being after they've come in for a visit, and overall the environment is very kind and caring. I'm very grateful to have found this animal hospital.

Dr Soliman and her staff are the best! I have a labradoodle named Gavin that is 9months old and since day one of us bringing him in for his 8 week check up she has been nothing but excellent! You can tell she has a heart for your animal and makes sure she builds a relationship with you and your pet which really leaves me at ease when I know I have to bring him in he is in great hands. I've been to a few vets before, and I can honestly say that Dr. Soliman and her staff at Mississippi Animal Hospital are some of the most caring and compassionate people I know when it comes to the care of your pet. I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy. Back when she had a severe allergic reaction to one of her vaccinations, they took her in even though it was already closing time. Recently, she broke her leg and the surgery for it was very costly. Dr. Soliman listened to my concerns and was well aware of my financial situation and worked with me to so that I was able to afford the much needed surgery for my dog. She is very understanding and always takes time to sit down and explain everything to me and answer any questions that I have. She always gives me hugs during the vet visits and not only asks how Maka is doing, but asks how I am doing as well! She cares about both the animals and their owners, and I am very happy to say that she has been our primary veterinarian since over a year ago and will continue to be!

Dr. Solomon is a phenomenal veterinarian! I took my puppy Isis in, who's a 1 year old rottweiler to see Dr. Solomon. Isis has a regular vet but due to complications from a previous visit to her vet a friend recommended Dr. Solomon. Dr. Solomon reviewed all of Isis's history and came up with a plan. She was honest with me about her condition and what needed to happen. Dr. Solomon is very thorough and honest. Thanks to Dr. Solomon and her team Isis is back to normal. I definitely recommend Dr. Solomon to every pet owner. If you want top pet care this is the place to go Mississippi Animal Hospital.

I paid for a teeth cleaning for my dog. The vet did not include costs of updating vaccinations, which is fine. But they waited until my dog was under anesthesia to tell me that the cleaning required $160 in antibiotics and pains medications. I told them they were crazy. If I had know. They didn't include prescriptions I would have taken my dog to another vet (all of the other vets included medications in their quotes.)They tried to intimidate me, telling my my dog was under anesthesia and that she needed these medicines. I found a pet pharmacy who was going to charge me $20 for the same prescriptions Mississippi Animal Hospital wanted to charge me $160!Mississippi AnimalHospital then refused to tell the pharmacy what medicines they persceibed. I had to call them and demand that they tell me what dosage my dog needed. But because of their refusal my dog didn't get her meds till the next day. My dog was crying from pain for most of the night with me.These people are sociopaths.

Dr. Sunshine and the staff at Mississippi Animal Hospital saved my puppies life! My puppy was very sick from Parvo and Dr. Sunshine saved her life! I know that she required a lot of extra special care and attention while she was hospitalized and they did everything it took to get her better again. Not to mention all the wonderful personal attention I got from each one of the staff members. Awesome Veterinarian!
