I love The Animal Doctor. We had Dr Seivers to care for our horses and decided to bring our dogs and cats to get care at the facility that we have all of our records for our horses. To our surprise Dr Deb Singleton was now at The Animal Doctor. Dr Deb had been our vet for our dogs for over 10 years. She is the most sensitive and caring vet we have ever had. I have been a client of TAD for about 7 years. For approximately one year I drove 35 min to TAD, bypassing many other vet facilities, as I knew my dog would get great care at TAD. When it was time to move, I used proximity to TAD as a determining factor as to where I moved. Amy at the front desk has always provided excellent customer service. Everything, from basic check ups to more involved procedures, has been performed with incredible care and attention while keeping us informed throughout the process. Dr. Filbert is incredibly personable and makes sure that all of our questions are answered and that we are completely comfortable with her directions before we leave the office. Been going here for seven years. My dog has been through several sergeries and has always recovered wonderfully. The doctors are always very caring and have given my betty the best care she could ever get. This place killed my dog during spay due to negligence. They forgot to turn on the oxygen supply during anesthesia. Be careful who you let treat your best friend, they don't care about them like you do. Rest in peace Dixie. Read Less

Dr. Filbert is just the best vet out there. My cat died of an Osteosarcoma and fought for nearly 3 years, and she was right by our side the whole time. Huge shoutout! My dogs aren't patients here but they know me. When I called telling them my 10-year-old greyhound had a possible stroke and we may be facing euthanasia. Not only did they tell Me to bring him in and let them know we were close, they met us and my poor 75# greyhound with a padded stretcher to transport him from my car into the clinic. Really bad experience. Even with an appointment, waited for 1.5 hours and finally left with my dog without having any result. But it seemed liked nobody actually cared. Would never go again. Dr. Falk was wonderful with our elderly Albino Cockatiel, Spotty. Very gentle demeanor, and Spotty really responded to her....which is unusual as Spotty does not like new people. Their rates were very reasonable as well, and the staff were all very good. Read Less

Each of the 3 times I've chosen the clinic has been out of short-notice, and desperation. The first time, I considered publicly rating it 1 star, feeling "nickel and dimed." I was very much on a budget and my feelings were pure ignorance. They were/are thorough, honest, and caring. I wish I remember the doctor's name, she and all of her colleagues are/have been wonderful. I had to say my final goodbye to my best friend today, and exceptions were made to keep her from suffering (on very short ((early morning)) notice). They used to be a great veterinary center but over the last few years they've become pretty rude and nasty to long time customers. They lost their best vets and now take out their loses in their customers. Really sad how much they've fallen after 16 years of taking all my pets to them. I would never take an animal to them again. The best vet we have ever had! First, they are reasonably priced, I never feel like I'm being nickel and dimed. More importantly, I truly feel like they care about our pets and family. We have seen three vets from the office - Dr. Filbert is our favorite but they have all been wonderful, I'm sorry I can't remember the other names. Last year when our kitty needed to put to sleep after a cancer diagnosis and very rapid decline, they got us in right away and they were so caring, gentle and kind throughout the experience. And I should mention that it wasn't even our regular vet who helped us through that day. Even though it was a terrible day, the bright spot was our treatment at the Animal Doctor. We even received a hand written condolence letter from the vet and staff. This past December we brought our dog in and unfortunately found she had a mass that needed removed which we later found out was cancer. Dr. Filbert walked us kindly through the entire process. We really love that she can accommodate and appreciate our Stella, who is a high maintenance dog. All the staff loves her, even if she is a bit of a pain! Dr. Filbert has also seen our kitty and she was wonderful with her as well. We are so happy we found this office and would HIGHLY recommend them to any pet owners in the area! Read Less

They are the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors, and staff, I've ever met. They truly care about all the animals they see (I see it when I'm in the waiting area). They took phenomenal care of my Shepard mix during her battle with kidney failure. They gave us options, with no pressure, and answered tons of questions until we fully understood what was happening. They treated Casey with kindness and love whenever we popped in to have her weighed, or to just get new dog food. Sadly Casey's quality of life was no longer good - having to decide the "right time" was excruciating on us humans. I'm so so so thankful Dr. Filbert called this morning to talk about Casey's blood results (before our appointment). She told me some options for a game plan, and was very positive, but also listened and was receptive to my desire not to prolong Casey's suffering. She reassured us that the "cusp" of suffering is the most difficult time to euthanize a beloved pet. She gave us time to say our goodbye's - she spoke loving words over Casey as she took her last breath. She was genuinely sad for our loss and I can't thank her and her technician, Tiffany, enough for their kindness and compassion.Read Less

These guys are wonderful. I brought my Guinea pig Baco in to see them right after I purchased him, he had a bit of a cold, and they were so sweet and helpful! I emailed in this week because his eye has been bothering him, and The Animal Doctor staff called me back with some tips and told me he should be just fine but if he's not, they said they would be happy to check him out. This is a fantastic facility with very special people. Everyone I have dealt with here is outstanding. Beth & Amy specifically both took such special care of my dog Gooch who has only lived in this state 1 month and was unfortunately injured at a local daycare facility who was not properly watching her. The Animal Doctor made Gooch and I feel so much better, they took outstanding care of her and watched her daily for me while I had to go to work and Gooch was healing! I couldn't be happier with the service we've always received from these guys! They are the absolute best when it comes to exotics and will treat your pets with care and respect no matter what species they are. Dr. Fincher recently did a mass removal surgery on one of my rats and she was so sweet to my girl and treated her as if she were a cat or dog. The entire staff are compassionate and caring and have been so kind and patient when I've had questions. I've seen some others complain about their prices but when it comes to your pet's health you get what you pay for. The office visit fee is a little high but I've found the rest of their services to be extremely reasonable and have never felt like they were trying to take advantage the way I've felt visiting other vets. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and have been very happy. Tonight we had to send our beloved Boxer, Rocko, over the rainbow bridge. I don't remember the doctors name or the names of the other staff members who worked with us tonight but I will never forgot the love, support and compassion they gave to me and my family during such a hard time. My four kids were heartbroken and the Doctor was amazing with them. She was sweet and gentle with our dog as she helped him start his journey. So my Willow is recovering from his second back surgery and The Animal Doctor in Broomfield Colorado have been so so wonderful to me. I drop of my dogs in the morning for day care and pick them up each night. They are open till 8:00 pm M-F and that in itself helps me out tremendously. All the staff are friendly and helpful and have been so kind to me.
