Staff and doctors here are wonderful and caring! I took my elderly kitty here because she kept losing weight and wasn't herself anymore. They got her feeling better and I got my kitty back. She has gained 1.4 lbs back and doing better now.

I'm going to back you guys up as I've read all of the reviews!
Seeing how they were with us, I cannot see anyone there just ignoring an urgent issue; our experience was as attentive as it comes. I wasn't there, but I'm giving my experience.
The $45 pet call is how they make their money. It is a reasonable fee. I'm in Information Technology and I'll tell you, that is a reasonable fee.

They took care of our little 2 year old to get neutered, even though he's not the best with strangers. Ziggy doesn't mind coming back and seeing the friendly staff! :)

Very respectable vet. They took care of us when we had to put down our happiest family member due to quickly spreading cancer. :'( we will all miss you Zeus! Love you buddy!

misdiagnosis - our goat would have died if we hadn't consulted someone else - and this was after several emergency room bills. then again with my dog. took fluid out of her leg but didn't make sure ...
misdiagnosis - our goat would have died if we hadn't consulted someone else - and this was after several emergency room bills. then again with my dog. took fluid out of her leg but didn't make sure it wouldn't get infected - been back once already since she can barely walk on it and they CHARGED ME to do it right. well, it still isn't right. oh, and watching the front desk people put others on hold while they are just "chatting" i.e. gossiping about others in town was infuriating

I didn't give this a 0 star because it wasn't an option! Misdiagnosis, unnecessary surgeries, outright lies about surgeries and the lack of testing of any tumors, lies about what surgeries were performed. I literally wouldn't take my dog/cat beloved pet there!
