Please do not take your beloved pet to Dr. White. She does not conduct a thorough examination nor give you a specific diagnosis.
She will spend 5 min. with your pet then write a prescription that may or may not be appropriate for your pet since it is not based on a diagnosis. That is what happened t me. When I returned home, I administered the first dose. At the first drop, my pet bird of 20 years died in my hands. I write this to advise others, and I write it for Star.

Rude vet techs poor time management skills went in with an appointment for a simple couple of shots after waiting 20 minutes when no one was there was told to go into an exam room were it took another 15 fifteen minutes finalky the the rude vet tech showed up and tried to sell me more shots then needed then she left waited another 10 for the vet who seemd not to care who took couple of minutes to give the shots after all that i was escorted to the front were the vet techs who apparently dont how to use a credit card machine porecedid to tell me that my card was declined went to my bank who told the payment went through it took 3 days and the bank manager to convince them other wise pluse instead of owning up to the mistake it was my fualt lol never go there again

I took my dog Tyson to this clinic on Saturday, as he has special medication needs that we have been in need of since moving to Pueblo. Our Vet in San Antonio found this office for us and we took Tyson to see Dr. White.Wow, the office staff is incredible. They made us feel welcomed and showed us that they care about the animals. Dr. White took her time explaining her finding to us and answered all questions with professionalism and compassion.There was never a time when we were pressured into any lab tests or x-rays.I highly recommend this office to anyone with a pet. We live in Pueblo, but we will definitely bring our babies, 3 dogs and 2 cockatiels (yes avian care) to this office.

The staff is very friendly and treat you like friends from the first time you walk in the door.They were quick to attempt to ease any anxiety with my dog. When she sprayed blood all over their exam room they didn't act the least bit upset with her, instead they sympathized with how she was feeling. They did a marvelous job getting her taken care of and dind't charge for a followup visit when I was concerned it wasn't healing right a few weeks later.I definitely recommend Kenline, they really care about you and your pet.
