I really love this clinic. I have been bringing our dog here since 2015 when we first moved here to the Springs. Everyone is friendly and professional the moment you step in the door to the moment you are checking out. My dog, Wilson, comes here for his annual check-ups and this time around, he was cared for by Dr. Hand. Wilson is a very timid dog and shakes violently when he goes to the vet, but Dr. Hand and him became quite comfortable with each other because Dr. Hand handled him respectfully and beautifully. First animal clinic I have been to for my kitten, and I will go nowhere else. Needless to say everything about my visit was amazing! Of all the things I found impressive, what I found most impressive was how I received a phone call less than an hour after I dropped off a sample to be tested, with the results.Great service! We just moved here from California and had to find a vet for our dog Wilson. I did a lot of research to find another clinic that met my incredibly high standards for my dog, and was affordable. Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic is that place.  It was only an initial visit to get him updated on vaccines, but I was really impressed with the whole experience. Wilson is a very shy and nervous dog around strangers and other dogs and it just went so smoothly, thanks to the vet, Joy, and her assistant, Brian. As soon as you walk in the front door, the staff are very welcoming, nice and courteous. The vet handled Wilson with very gentle and caring hands. She gave him his vaccines and a general bill of health with no problems. Very nice and upbeat person even though she was suffering through a bad cold. My girls, Rio & Cabo have been going to Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic now for the better part of 8 years. They've always been super friendly and have taken great care of the girls since I rescued them, (well, They Rescued Me). Annual reviews, shots, licensing and even the out of the ordinary things. The Friday before Christmas Rio & I had to say goodbye to Cabo. This was an extremely difficult decision and event. Dr Riemers has been taking care of Cabo since she started her end journey. Dr. Riemers and Brian were super supportive & patient as we said our goodbyes. Even though this was the toughest thing I've done in my adult life, I was able to concentrate on being there for my girl. As she fell asleep in my arms, I knew without a doubt that they were taking care of everything for me. We are blessed to have been able to let Cabo go with dignity & love. This place is fantastic! We moved to the springs within the last couple months and hadn't needed a vet. Yesterday my Australian shepherd got very sick.
