Dr. Ted Mohr leads the staff of two other veterinarians, three certified veterinary technicians, four veterinary assistants, and highly trained receptionists. Our goal is to provide the highest quality, comprehensive, and personalized veterinary care.

I adopted "Jaspurr" and he got sick right away, so sick I thought he was going to die, they saw him on short notice first thing in the morning and just had a 10 day re-check and he is doing much bette...
I adopted "Jaspurr" and he got sick right away, so sick I thought he was going to die, they saw him on short notice first thing in the morning and just had a 10 day re-check and he is doing much better. Everyone was kind and very prompt service. Thank you!

We've been taking our dogs and cats here for many years. Never any pressure to have unnecessary procedures, no hard sell of products whatsoever. We never feel as if we're being judged for feeding our fur-beasts less expensive food.

I took my 17 1/2 year old cat and she had a bad tooth. Dr Mohr was excellent, pulled her tooth, gave her a shot and sent home antibodics. He also clipped her nails. He was so good with her she actuall...
I took my 17 1/2 year old cat and she had a bad tooth. Dr Mohr was excellent, pulled her tooth, gave her a shot and sent home antibodics. He also clipped her nails. He was so good with her she actually slept on the way home. I will go back to him and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Mohr!

They have a great staff and were wonderful to my Miniature Schnauzer. The office is very welcoming and comparatively speaking I think their rates are on the low side. I am switching all my veterinary care over to Black Forest Vet Clinic. Dr. Douglas was great!

I have had nothing but incredible experiences here - most recently I had to bring rat in on super short notice and they squeezed me in and spent extra time doing everything they possibly could to help...
I have had nothing but incredible experiences here - most recently I had to bring rat in on super short notice and they squeezed me in and spent extra time doing everything they possibly could to help her and were more affordable by hundreds of dollars than other places. I'd recommend it to anyone!!

I have had noting but amazing experiences with Black Forest Veterinary...they go out of their way to help you. When you go there, it feels like they are just there to help - not to get your money. Their prices have always been below what I've found elsewhere and I would recommend anyone who has a beloved pet to take them there! They will be taken care of amazingly by their fabulous vets and staff :-)

Nice, Knowledgable, Dedicated! We recently moved to Black Forest and wanted to find a vet nearby, given all the dangers to dogs associated with country living. The folks at Black Forest Veterinary Clinic are GREAT! Although we have seen all of the vets on staff at least once or twice and been satisfied with the level of care, Dr. Amy in particular has become our "primary" and has been excellent! One of our dogs suffers from allergies a complicated injury from before we adopted her, and Dr. Amy is great with the dog, great at explaining the problems in a easy-to-understand, yet not condescending, way, and great at following up! She never fails to call and check in on treatments, has contacted other vets and done research for our dog's problem, and is just all-around great! Plus the techs and front desk staff are also all on the ball. Black Forest Vet is an excellent choice for compassionate care for your pet!

I have had noting but amazing experiences with Black Forest Veterinary...they go out of their way to help you. When you go there, it feels like they are just there to help - not to get your money. Their prices have always been below what I've found elsewhere and I would recommend anyone who has a beloved pet to take them there! The folks at Black Forest Veterinary Clinic are GREAT!
