I really didn't appreciate the vet that used to be there. But Dr Whitworth showed so much compassion and love for both me and my buddy. Buddy being my dog a 14 years. We had to put him to sleep on Tuesday and dr. Whitworth and her whole staff showed so much compassion towards me and my family. I would never go anywhere else from here on out. The heartache I have right now having to put my buddy down is really fresh and I say I'll never own another dog because of that. But when the time comes I'll be right back at Clearview Hospital. Under completely new ownership as of this summer. I take my dog Logan there, and could not ask for sweeter or more professional treatment! The new owner takes things like affordability and open communication really seriously, so I really recommend you give it a try. Read Less

This is the worst place you could ever bring a pet, honestly. It is simply about the money and bleeding vulnerable pet owners dry. I can not express how much loathing I really have towards Clear View Animal Hospital. We brought our very sick and very old cat here several months ago. I was agonized, my first true pet that had been with me since I was a young child, it really puts you in a vulnerable state. I couldn't see it in the moment until it was just too painfully obvious but looking back it was always clear that the vet pushed and guilted me into multiple very expensive tests that were not needed. This went on for weeks with my cats suffering only increasing. Thankfully I did realize what was going on a couple days after getting her blood tested, he said somethings definitely wrong with her kidneys and they're diseased but that it's treatable with an expensive diet and medicine and on top of that we should run more tests. I saw what was happening now, how seedy this "hospital" really was. We decided to get a second opinion but I wanted to get that blood test and not have to waste the time of having it redone at another vet and I had not faith in them to ever send my cats files over. I went in all nice and smiles and asked for a copy. Once I had it in my hand I told them off, how awful it was, how they were charging us something like 7 times the price of a medicine that we could have legitimately purchased online ourselves. They looked like they had there hands caught in a cookie jar and tried to make excuses. I asked them to fax the rest of the files to the new vet and left. Well they didn't do that of course. If that doesn't show you how little they care about your pets this next bit will. I gave the new vet the copy of the bloodwork that I had and she explained to me so sweetly and tenderly that the bloodwork clearly showed that my cat HAD END STAGE KIDNEY FAILURE AND HAD DAYS TO LIVE. Did Clearview Animal Hospital tell me this no, no of course not there main priority was my families money. They were legitimately in my opinion willing to let my cat die in agony for their personal gain. We put my cat down the next day she finally got some peace. I would never advise bringing a pet here. My cat has been severally sick and it is in my opinion that Clearview Animal Hospita never cared about her well being but rather bleeding us dry. They charged us 6 times the price of medication we could have purchased ourselves online. We were fed up and told them that we were going to go to abother veterinarian for a second opinion and requested that they fax the information over to the new hospital which they agreed to but it never came. Luckily I had the copy of blood work that was just tested the day before. This is what really tears me up: the new veterinarian explained what her blood work from clearview meant and that she was in END STAGE kidney failure, none of which was disclosed to us at Clearview. Instead of telling me that my cat only had days and best weeks of life left they were trying to get us to do more and more tests in my opinion for their own profit. We're putting down my beloved pet tomorrow to ease her suffering, none of which in my personal opinion was ever eased by Clearview Animal Hospital. Smaller hospital, doctor seemed OK and genuine in care/concern for our dog but waiting 3 hours for a call back on lab work and taking over an hour to send xrays for a separate appointment is in very poor taste. Animals shouldn't suffer for human error. Will not be going back.Read Less

We're done with this place. It's all about $$$ now with the new doctor M. When we first started going there was a different doctor who was great. Now the past few visits have left us with a bad taste in our mouth. If you don't mind getting pressured into totally unrelated, unnecessary tests every single time you go and then getting nickeled and dimed on a number of items you were not told about it would be great. I respect being thorough, but when you have to ask for the itemized charges and they don't give them to you until after charging your card... well, the whole experience feels a bit manipulative and sneaky. Scratch on dogs eye = $330. Things related to the scratch = $105 (including the $46.50 office visit). The other $225 is partly our mistake for not being diligent about saying no to the onslaught of doctor recommendations and guilt tripping, but also hidden charges. Should not have gone back after the first time it happened but was hoping the old doctor was going to be there. I think he is long gone. Too bad. Read Less

Staff, Service, and Care... what more can I say. Doctor M. keeps me up to date about my pets needs, both present and future. I never have to question what he said, after I leave, as the staff leaves me with a written plan, as well as an expectation of my costs to be! Doctor M. doesn't miss a beat, and my dogs adore him. The staff is always happy to see me, but the attention is on my 3 fuzzy boys for sure! My dogs get SOOOOO happy when we drive into the parking lot, cause they know where they are! My wife brought our dog today. She told the vet Mr. M, that our dog only needs rabbie shot and he charged my wife. $67!!!!! RIP OFFF!!!!!! He added $30 (Office Visit - Pre Vacination which i BS!!!! , another BS shot of Nobivac Da2PPV without consent or asking my wife!!! TOTAL RIP OFF and BS!!! THIS IS REALLY A ROBBERY IN BROAD DAY LIGHT!!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER VET OR ANIMAL HOSPITAL..
