PCVH is best veterinary office in Colorado Springs! They are so kind with my two very anxious pups and have made such compassionate accommodations to make appointments run as smooth as possibly. They have gotten us in last minute for emergencies and continue to provide a fear free based approach to veterinary care. I find their prices to be super affordable in comparison to the other vet clinics I’ve been too. Highly recommend checking them out!

My dog got sick and we had to put him down unexpectedly. The facility itself was very nice and the staff was was great too. The reason for the 1 star review is they lost my dogs ashes after he died. Let me repeat what I just said, THIS VET LOST MY DOGS ASHES AFTER HE DIED. I was in complete disbelief and sadness. I had my wedding coming up and was planning on bringing his ashes to the ceremony but that was now out of the question. The vet apologized and wanted to place a donation to an organization of my choice in his honor. I told them they can make that donation in my name and put that donation back into my checking account, I was not going to pay for their negligence. They played ball and gave me a refund. The moral of the story is this vet handled everything the best they could under the circumstances we were all under. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, I lost my best friend of 14 years forever and they lost the little I had left to cherish and remember him by.

We used to use Banfield at PetSmart for our cats because it was cheaper but after two terminal diseases we were over the lack of care. When we rescued our two kittens in July 2016 we switched to Pine Creek and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Josh and all the staff are not only animal lovers but amazing people lovers too 😉 They really listen to everything and make sure they give you all the options and estimates if your fur babies are ever sick. They try to stay ahead of issues rather than just treat them and always give advice on how to best to care for your pets. It’s clear that they all love animals and they care for your pets with as much tenderness as you would. Couldn’t be happier with this team. Worth every penny.

I just cannot speak highly enough about Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital! All the staff is so kind and helpful, and the doctors are amazing! I recently brought my elderly maine coon mix cat (15+ years) in for a serious emergency and they saved his life! He is a miracle cat thanks to their quick response and treatment. It was a team effort in there and everybody was so compassionate. The emergency visit was only our second visit, but after the first visit a few months ago (for another cat) I knew this was the hospital for us, and now it's settled, they are the best and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

This week was our first trip to Pine Creek and I'm so happy with the care we've received! We adopted our dog Dobby 2 weeks ago from a shelter with very little background information. They listened to all of my concerns, understood he's shy/scared, explained everything they were doing in great detail, and were so great to help me understand what they thought best moving forward. We received follow up call that afternoon with test results. Everyone was so gentle and patient with Dobby and so kind to me as we figure out how to help him be as healthy and happy as possible. Dobby and I even dropped off a sample this afternoon and I've already received a call from our vet with results and next steps. It's so nice to know they care and are concerned about your pet receiving the best care. As a new pet parent, I was worried about taking him anywhere having just moved here in the fall and never having seen a vet in the Colorado Springs area but I'm so glad we decided on Pine Creek.

They have made my new puppy a joy to care for. They tell me what to try and and they are usually right on the mark. I went there today to drop off a "sample" and the Vert and her assistant came out and made a big deal of Chewy coming in just for a friendly visit. He sits in their laps and feels awfully special. That was great because the last visit was a shot and I don't want him to think I just take him there for the bad things.

Yesterday was my first visit to Pine Creek with my little Pearl. It is very important to me that she is treated with love & kindness & a gentle hand. This is the reason I switched vets after so many years. We are very happy to say that this is exactly what we received at Pine Creek. The Dr. & Technician both handled her with care & approached her gently so she was more comfortable being held. They took the time to listen to my concerns & acknowledge & addressed them, that is something you just don't find anymore.

I just want to take a moment about the AMAZING care my dog (baby) Wally has received here. After a failed surgery at another office last week, I had no idea what to do or where to turn. After talking to several people, Pine Creek was recommended to me MULTIPLE times. I called the office in tears on Saturday, begging to have Wally seen. Stephanie got me in right away, and everyone was so nice and kind to myself and to Wally. Dr. Josh Fisher was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, and in minutes we had a plan of attack for how to help Wally. Everything we were doing was explained extremely well, and I truly felt that Dr. Josh and his team understood how much Wally means to me, and how important it was that we take care of him asap. Morgan was lovely and very sweet to Wally when we were trying to take his blood pressure, as was Erica, and both Stephanies in front were extremely compassionate. I am so glad we found our new vet, and I am so happy that Wally is receiving such wonderful care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Josh and his staff, and if you are looking for a wonderful vet and excellent office staff, then this is the place to go to.

What can I say. We took my sick cat to this place after a closer vet lied to us for 2 years. I can't remember who took care of us but she gave us the answer we didn't want to hear. She didn't sugar coat it and we actually needed it. Because of her, we figured out our cat was suffering for so long. We took him in a week later to put him down. The doctor was gentle with him and she even cried with my mother. After we got our ashes back, we got two hand written notes from the vet on how sorry she was. She actually cared. Going here from now on. Thank you so much guys.

We've been going to Pine Creek for about two years now. Sadly, a week and a half ago we had to say goodbye to our first baby, Pookie, a 16-year-old cat. Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Josh not only gave us assurance that we were doing the right thing for her sake, they shared their own personal experiences and handled a very emotional and sad day with grace and understanding. I appreciated that they had a separate, comfortable room for us to take our time in saying goodbye, and this has a door to go directly outside so we didn't have to walk back through the office. They even sent us a sympathy card a few days later.

After spending 6 weeks medicating our cat with no apparent improvement, I asked our neighbor (a research veterinarian) his ideas about what might be wrong with Catta. After talking with him, he recommended PCV clinic. I was able to get Catta in the next day, and Dr. Josh was able to diagnose her with asthma- one of the worst cases he's ever seen. Although he was very concerned with her condition, he gave her a shot, and wants to see her in a week. We've seen a big improvement in her already and hope we'll get good news at our next visit on Tuesday. If she's showing improvement in her lungs, we'll move forward with an inhaler for her. I thank Dr. Josh and the team for their expertise! Their knowledge and dedication to their field was evident to me on that first visit, and I'm confident we have Catta on the road to a healthier and more comfortable life. I'll admit when I went there, it was my intention to get Catta on the road to recovery, but not necessarily to keep PCV as my vet. But after experiencing the care and knowledge there, they have gained a new client. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up phone call the next day, checking on Catta and welcoming us to PCV. I've never had a veterinary practice do that before. They are a top-notch operation, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

The team at Pine Creek were all great & accommodating. This was our two cat children's first visit to the vet since adopting them from a shelter several weeks ago. Jen & Dr Starman were so gentle & easy with them both that, by the time I got them back home, it was like any other day of sleep & play for them! One of our cats, Richie, is very shy to human touch & the assumption was that he would need to be sedated for his exam. However Dr Starman got right down on the floor with him, wrapped him in a towel, petted him comfortingly & the next thing he knew she had checked all his vitals, teeth, looked inside his mouth & applied ointment to his eye (after examining it & giving him drops) all without any sedation or struggle - truly remarkable! Very happy to have found an awesome clinic to care for our babies when they need it - thanks Pine Creek team! Update, 28 Oct 2016: Our older boy, Rico, is still dealing with potential food allergies and GI tract/bowel issues & he has since been into PCV several more times for blood tests, x-rays, enema & soon to have an ultrasound. Through all of this the multiple vets, Drs Starman, Baldwin & Fisher (Josh) have all been great &, despite seeing different vets each time, the continuity of care has been excellent. Dr Josh even called us himself with the results of both cats blood tests & spent a good 15 minutes explaining everything - my husband was listening in & was very impressed too! Although the vet bills are adding up it is well worth the care that our fur babies have been receiving!!

My dog got sick and we had to put him down unexpectedly. The facility itself was very nice and the staff was was great too. The reason for the 1 star review is they lost my dogs ashes after he died. Let me repeat what I just said, THIS VET LOST MY DOGS ASHES AFTER HE DIED. I was in complete disbelief and sadness. I had my wedding coming up and was planning on bringing his ashes to the ceremony but that was now out of the question. The vet apologized and wanted to place a donation to an organization of my choice in his honor. I told them they can make that donation in my name and put that donation back into my checking account, I was not going to pay for their negligence. They played ball and gave me a refund. The moral of the story is this vet handled everything the best they could under the circumstances we were all under. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, I lost my best friend of 14 years forever and they lost the little I had left to cherish and remember him by.

When we rescued our two kittens in July 2016 we switched to Pine Creek and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Josh and all the staff are not only animal lovers but amazing people lovers too 😉 They really listen to everything and make sure they give you all the options and estimates if your fur babies are ever sick. They try to stay ahead of issues rather than just treat them and always give advice on how to best to care for your pets. It’s clear that they all love animals and they care for your pets with as much tenderness as you would. Couldn’t be happier with this team. Worth every penny.

I just cannot speak highly enough about Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital! All the staff is so kind and helpful, and the doctors are amazing! I recently brought my elderly maine coon mix cat (15+ years) in for a serious emergency and they saved his life! He is a miracle cat thanks to their quick response and treatment. It was a team effort in there and everybody was so compassionate. The emergency visit was only our second visit, but after the first visit a few months ago (for another cat) I knew this was the hospital for us, and now it's settled, they are the best and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

This week was our first trip to Pine Creek and I'm so happy with the care we've received! We adopted our dog Dobby 2 weeks ago from a shelter with very little background information. They listened to all of my concerns, understood he's shy/scared, explained everything they were doing in great detail, and were so great to help me understand what they thought best moving forward. We received follow up call that afternoon with test results. Everyone was so gentle and patient with Dobby and so kind to me as we figure out how to help him be as healthy and happy as possible. Dobby and I even dropped off a sample this afternoon and I've already received a call from our vet with results and next steps. It's so nice to know they care and are concerned about your pet receiving the best care. As a new pet parent, I was worried about taking him anywhere having just moved here in the fall and never having seen a vet in the Colorado Springs area but I'm so glad we decided on Pine Creek.

They have made my new puppy a joy to care for. They tell me what to try and and they are usually right on the mark. I went there today to drop off a "sample" and the Vert and her assistant came out and made a big deal of Chewy coming in just for a friendly visit. He sits in their laps and feels awfully special. That was great because the last visit was a shot and I don't want him to think I just take him there for the bad things.

Yesterday was my first visit to Pine Creek with my little Pearl. It is very important to me that she is treated with love & kindness & a gentle hand. This is the reason I switched vets after so many years. We are very happy to say that this is exactly what we received at Pine Creek. The Dr. & Technician both handled her with care & approached her gently so she was more comfortable being held. They took the time to listen to my concerns & acknowledge & addressed them, that is something you just don't find anymore.

I just want to take a moment about the AMAZING care my dog (baby) Wally has received here. After a failed surgery at another office last week, I had no idea what to do or where to turn. After talking to several people, Pine Creek was recommended to me MULTIPLE times. I called the office in tears on Saturday, begging to have Wally seen. Stephanie got me in right away, and everyone was so nice and kind to myself and to Wally. Dr. Josh Fisher was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, and in minutes we had a plan of attack for how to help Wally. Everything we were doing was explained extremely well, and I truly felt that Dr. Josh and his team understood how much Wally means to me, and how important it was that we take care of him asap. Morgan was lovely and very sweet to Wally when we were trying to take his blood pressure, as was Erica, and both Stephanies in front were extremely compassionate. I am so glad we found our new vet, and I am so happy that Wally is receiving such wonderful care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Josh and his staff, and if you are looking for a wonderful vet and excellent office staff, then this is the place to go to.

What can I say. We took my sick cat to this place after a closer vet lied to us for 2 years. I can't remember who took care of us but she gave us the answer we didn't want to hear. She didn't sugar coat it and we actually needed it. Because of her, we figured out our cat was suffering for so long. We took him in a week later to put him down. The doctor was gentle with him and she even cried with my mother. After we got our ashes back, we got two hand written notes from the vet on how sorry she was. She actually cared. Going here from now on. Thank you so much guys.

We've been going to Pine Creek for about two years now. Sadly, a week and a half ago we had to say goodbye to our first baby, Pookie, a 16-year-old cat. Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Josh not only gave us assurance that we were doing the right thing for her sake, they shared their own personal experiences and handled a very emotional and sad day with grace and understanding. I appreciated that they had a separate, comfortable room for us to take our time in saying goodbye, and this has a door to go directly outside so we didn't have to walk back through the office. They even sent us a sympathy card a few days later.

After spending 6 weeks medicating our cat with no apparent improvement, I asked our neighbor (a research veterinarian) his ideas about what might be wrong with Catta. After talking with him, he recommended PCV clinic. I was able to get Catta in the next day, and Dr. Josh was able to diagnose her with asthma- one of the worst cases he's ever seen. Although he was very concerned with her condition, he gave her a shot, and wants to see her in a week. We've seen a big improvement in her already and hope we'll get good news at our next visit on Tuesday. If she's showing improvement in her lungs, we'll move forward with an inhaler for her. I thank Dr. Josh and the team for their expertise! Their knowledge and dedication to their field was evident to me on that first visit, and I'm confident we have Catta on the road to a healthier and more comfortable life. I'll admit when I went there, it was my intention to get Catta on the road to recovery, but not necessarily to keep PCV as my vet. But after experiencing the care and knowledge there, they have gained a new client. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up phone call the next day, checking on Catta and welcoming us to PCV. I've never had a veterinary practice do that before. They are a top-notch operation, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

The team at Pine Creek were all great & accommodating. This was our two cat children's first visit to the vet since adopting them from a shelter several weeks ago. Jen & Dr Starman were so gentle & easy with them both that, by the time I got them back home, it was like any other day of sleep & play for them! One of our cats, Richie, is very shy to human touch & the assumption was that he would need to be sedated for his exam. However Dr Starman got right down on the floor with him, wrapped him in a towel, petted him comfortingly & the next thing he knew she had checked all his vitals, teeth, looked inside his mouth & applied ointment to his eye (after examining it & giving him drops) all without any sedation or struggle - truly remarkable! Very happy to have found an awesome clinic to care for our babies when they need it - thanks Pine Creek team! Update, 28 Oct 2016: Our older boy, Rico, is still dealing with potential food allergies and GI tract/bowel issues & he has since been into PCV several more times for blood tests, x-rays, enema & soon to have an ultrasound. Through all of this the multiple vets, Drs Starman, Baldwin & Fisher (Josh) have all been great &, despite seeing different vets each time, the continuity of care has been excellent. Dr Josh even called us himself with the results of both cats blood tests & spent a good 15 minutes explaining everything - my husband was listening in & was very impressed too! Although the vet bills are adding up it is well worth the care that our fur babies have been receiving!!

I'm new to town and needed to find a vet for my 2 dogs, my children. I did some research, checked with some folks and decided to try out Pine Creek. What a great decision. I was impressed with everything and everyone. The vet tech, Casey, and Dr. Josh were very thorough and patient. They did not rush and answered all my questions.
