Took my cat in because she appeared to have neurological problems. The vet recommended a neurologists and when i asked for something for my cat to ease the pain until she was able to get seen. The vet stated no. I had to put her down Friday before she was able to be seen by the neurologist because her body shut down and found out that the vet should of gave her something so she wasn't suffering. Will never go back or recommend.

Vet is great. The women working the front desk is the worst. Honestly they are just annoyed when you come in, they aren't inviting, and they act like you are taking up their time as if they aren't being paid to sit at a desk all day. Why bother having a secretary or secretaries if they aren't going to be welcoming. I know this seems like a bit much, but it is enough where my wife and I have chosen another vet after dealing with them two days in a row. They were working 11/19/17 and 11/20/2017 noon to mid-afternoon just in case the person running this place is interested.

They took me on the spot for an emergency walk-in after my regular vet told me to go look for someone else because I had no appointment set up. I loved the way they helped us and treated my dog. Sadly...
They took me on the spot for an emergency walk-in after my regular vet told me to go look for someone else because I had no appointment set up. I loved the way they helped us and treated my dog. Sadly, there wasn't much they could do for him. Needless to say, though, I dropped my regular vet and brought my other two dogs over to Dr. Campos. I'm happy with my choice.

Hate this place desperately. You get what you pay for. They do NOT accommodate EXTRA LARGE dogs like great danes, saint bernards, etc. No help from staff. No eye contact. They tried to put a small muzzle on my dog that clearly would not fit (he broke his on the way accidentally). They made him nervous and were scared thus making him anxious. Can't handle big animals? Work at a small animal clinic. Animal hospital is a laugh. Play pretend all you want. I feel sorry for the young new girl at the desk. Honey, find a new job. These people are awful. You're too good for that. This place is a bunch of old and middle aged woman who hate themselves and others.

Since we got our puppy from the mall, we have been going to Ridgewood. If anyone has had a puppy, you know that you have to take them in every couple of weeks to get shots. We have always had good customer service, and have always dealt with Debbie. She has been beyond helpful, caring, and so sweet! I would actually schedule my puppy's appointments just for days that I knew she was going to be there. We continue to go just for weigh-ins and to see Debbie! Thank you so much for always taking care of my baby! :)

This place is amazing!!! I called on a Saturday no less with my sick cat needing to be seen of course my regular vet couldn't get us in. So I called Ridgewood and spoke with Debbie she told me not to worry they would get us seen asap even thou they too were totally booked, she understood my sense of urgency. Upon arrival Debbie's helpfulness & the whole staff was comforting. Dr. Monica is great she answered all my concerns, what needs to be done & no cost surprises. Ridgewood is now our regular vets, Thank You for being such a caring place from beginning to end.

I took my sick baby there last Saturday. The staff was amazing and got me started on helping my baby. I called back Monday morning because he wasn't getting any better and the lady on the phone had mad rude comments about me giving my dog an iv,when on Saturday the lady said I could because I was in the medical field. Well this Debbie was just rude. When I went to get the iv from them she was just as rude. I came in there to get my dog some help not tho have some vet tech be rude to me the moment I walk in. Other then her the staff is great and Dr Monica is amazing!

Wonderful veterinary clinic. I used to drive up north to another vet, but the distance became too much so I switched about a year and a half ago to Ridgewood and I could not be happier. I have utilized this clinic for new puppy visits, yearly vet check ups, vaccinations, sick dog visits and for my barn cat as well. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is attentive and caring, the clinic is clean and comfortable. My dogs have ZERO anxiety about coming here.

This place has been my veterinarian for all 4 of my dogs. The only time Ive had a bad experience with them was when a vet (dont remember her name) dropped my new puppy and kinda tried to blame it on her being squirmy. I was standing right there and saw it all, Id have to argue that excuse, but she did do an x-ray free of charge and if anything had turned out wrong due to the drop she said she would cover the work needed. Thank goodness nothing was and I got to go about my day with my new little girl. Everything else has been a pleasant experience. The doctors and assistants are always professional and understanding, always answer any concerns I have and Ive always received notifications when they need their checkups. I like this place.

I bought a boxer with it's "ears done" and he scratched the suchers out. I called "Liz" and told her his cartilage was showing and he needed them stitched. She set an appointment and we took him down. They looked at him "yes, he needs stitches and is extreme pain, but we're not doing anything about it today." They wanted payment for the "consult" and to tell me that he needed stitches and was IN PAIN, then to leave??
SHAME ON YOU!! Your supposed to help animals.
I'm so disgusted.

Took my cat in because she appeared to have neurological problems. The vet recommended a neurologists and when i asked for something for my cat to ease the pain until she was able to get seen. The vet stated no. Vet is great. The women working the front desk is the worst. Honestly they are just annoyed when you come in, they aren't inviting, and they act like you are taking up their time as if they aren't being paid to sit at a desk all day. Why bother having a secretary or secretaries if they aren't going to be welcoming. They took me on the spot for an emergency walk-in after my regular vet told me to go look for someone else because I had no appointment set up. I loved the way they helped us and treated my dog. Sadly, there wasn't much they could do for him. Needless to say, though, I dropped my regular vet and brought my other two dogs over to Dr. Campos. I'm happy with my choice.

Wonderful veterinary clinic. I used to drive up north to another vet, but the distance became too much so I switched about a year and a half ago to Ridgewood and I could not be happier. I have utilized this clinic for new puppy visits, yearly vet check ups, vaccinations, sick dog visits and for my barn cat as well. I bought a boxer with it's "ears done" and he scratched the suchers out. I called "Liz" and told her his cartilage was showing and he needed them stitched. She set an appointment and we took him down. They looked at him "yes, he needs stitches and is extreme pain, but we're not doing anything about it today." They wanted payment for the "consult" and to tell me that he needed stitches and was IN PAIN, then to leave??
SHAME ON YOU!! Your supposed to help animals.
