I would like to preface this review by saying that I am a Certified Veterinary Technician. I took my dog to this practice because he was inappetent and vomiting and didn't want to take him to the practice I work at that is down the hill because I was off that day and for the next two days. Everyone was really nice except for the, I'm assuming "technician", who never introduced herself (which I find very rude) and was extremely pushy about vaccinating my dog who was SICK! Btw, he is up to date on his vaccines I just didn't bring his paperwork because he was SICK!!! She told me that if I didn't bring his proof of vaccinations by the end of the day that they would be vaccinating him. Number one- You don't vaccinate sick animals, Number two- You can't vaccinate people's pets without permission. I have NEVER!!! worked at a practice that has such a strict vaccine policy. I understand that it is to protect your staff, but I don't appreciate being spoken to like that especially since I am in the field. Disrespectful. Really left a nasty taste in my mouth. Otherwise the staff was very nice and treated my dog well. He is much better now, thank you.

Was quoted a certain price on the phone. Came out did a wellness exam I did not ask for over charged me 50$ for 25$ medicine!!!. For a 15 minute drive you are charged 60$!!!!. Told me everything I alr...
Was quoted a certain price on the phone. Came out did a wellness exam I did not ask for over charged me 50$ for 25$ medicine!!!. For a 15 minute drive you are charged 60$!!!!. Told me everything I already knew for a ultrasound. Only good thing is they do payment plans. Will not be using them again unless I have a choice. Will not ever recommend them!!!! Was quoted 150-165$.. Ended up with 328$ bill!!!. I told the super young vet I DID NOT want bandamine and had some at home and she made me take it anyway! After I said no. She never asked if I wanted it just pretty much told me I was going to take it. I only needed maybe a week of medicine and was given probably a months worth or more. Beyond ridiculous!. And they should not force someone to take a medicine or should not give you biggest bottle they have (900ml). Same vet had seen my mare with my friends when as I was at work, she said my mare couldn't have antibiotics and than decided to give her 900ml which is way way more than needed yesterday. Truly a joke of a place seems they care more about making money than anything.

Aspen Creek has been our Vet for 15 years. They go above and beyond to an extreme, especially in an emergency. A couple years ago, we had a two year old horse step on a nail, almost serving his foot. Within hours the vet came out, with an xray machine, in the pouring rain and probably saved his life. Cats, dogs, one which was hit by a truck and required a new hip, another who swallowed a batter, and horses all have gotten professional, compassionate and very reasonably priced care. If there were 10 stars, they would get it.

Every time my dog has had an accident- from getting into too much grain or running into sharp farm equipment- the staff here has saved her life. They've provided all of our horses with excellent care time after time and I can say from experience they genuinely care about each and every one of the animals they see. We are blessed to have a veterinary hospital with such compassionate, supportive, and caring staff members!

So very disappointed in the lack of compassion at this practice. After hitting my precious Aspen's carotid artery and causing him to have a seizure after I called them out for colic, barely 24 hrs later the vet called me feigning concern and immediately after I told her I had just had to euthanize my precious family member of 21 years, she responded by telling me my credit card on file was expired. I cannot even put into words how hurtful it was to realize all they really cared about was getting paid--and apparently paid within 24 hrs of the visit without even an invoice for their mistake that may have started the events in motion that led to my boy's death. I have received way more compassion and care from other area practices who provided only exemplary care after the loss of a pet. It's so very sad to me that getting a couple hundred dollars for a botched call was the ONLY thing that mattered and they couldn't have cared less about me or my Aspen. My deepest regret is having called Aspen Creek rather than Littleton Large where the staff and doctors truly care.

Dr. Laura and her assistant took good care of our Havanese, explaining treatment options for her teeth and answering any questions I had.
Their prices are reasonable and turnaround (for bloodwork, etc.) is good.
They're great with our equines, too!

I had a good experience with the staff and the vet(s). Making appointments is really easy, and they have an app for it even (pretty easy). Everyone is nice, and I don't feel particularly rushed when I'm in there. My pets are all handled well, and the girls in the office remember my cat, King Henry, every time he comes in:) I'm happy with the experience, but the price is really painful. They charge almost $50/animal for a "wellness-visit" no matter if you're buying the whole store or not. Some vets I've been to will not charge that fee when they know you're going to be spending a lot on other services and such, or they just charge $25/visit (sometimes for all three). I paid $250 for three dogs (plus heart worm) last year at a vet that I moved too far away to continue seeing. This year I paid almost $500.....wh-what? They split vaccines so you get charged for both....not saying that's a thing they do on purpose, but let's get on board with the vaccines that are combined. Just because I have multiple pets doesn't mean I have a ton of money, and also doesn't mean their care needs to be outrageously expensive. I probably will have to look for a more affordable vet; great care can come at reasonable costs.

This is by far the best veterinary care in the west. I drive my goats 30 minutes to get the care at Aspen Creek. The vet knowledge and the tech care is top rate. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their mobile service is affordable and again - the best care. If they don't know they do their research. Prices are affordable and the service from the receptionists, the vets and the techs are the best experience I have received from veterinary clinics. I would take my cats and dogs there if it weren't so far from where I live - 10 stars!!!

My 5 lb. dog was attacked by a large dog and had severe wounds including 4 broken ribs and a tear so deep that it reached his lung. This happened late on a Saturday evening. We called the ER after hours # and within minutes had a call back and was able to get him in. They did a tremendous amount of life saving work through the night and the following day. We had him home within 48 hours and though he is in pain recovering from his horrific ordeal he is getting better every minute. The vets are skilled, thorough, honest, compassionate and they clearly explain costs and options. They communicated throughout the process so that we always had peace of mind. We also use them for our livestock including: shots, castrations/neuters, disbudding, illness, etc. and they have operated with the same professional service.

This clinic serves both large and small animals. Our animals are treated really well, and the staff is very friendly. When our dog became sick, we were informed that the situation was not an emergency, and given symptoms/ signs to look for that WOULD indicate an emergency situation. This was great to know, and saved us both time and money!Dr. Harland, Dr. Murdock, Dr. Diedrich, and the entire staff have followed up to ensure our dog received the best care possible. Brian even took us on a tour of the facility- which is very impressive. It feels good to know that our animals receive top-notch care, right here in Conifer!!!

We have had great experiences with Aspen Creek and their care for our pets. Their business management, however, is poor. We had a cat in need of medication ($50). They did not have it on hand and so ordered it for us. When they called about the meds we had the sad news that our cat was gone. (Long story) They said they could not refund our money. They did offer to give me the meds anyway. Yeah. For a cat we no longer have! The office mgr. said she could refund half because it was special order. Though I understand that the demise of our cat is not their fault it's not ok for them to take/keep my money for nothing. All businesses plan/budget for things like this. They refused to refund my money so I'm taking the rest of my business else where. Unfortunate.

I took my dog to this practice because he was inappetent and vomiting and didn't want to take him to the practice I work at that is down the hill because I was off that day and for the next two days. Everyone was really nice except for the, I'm assuming "technician", who never introduced herself (which I find very rude) and was extremely pushy about vaccinating my dog who was SICK! Btw, he is up to date on his vaccines I just didn't bring his paperwork because he was SICK!!! She told me that if I didn't bring his proof of vaccinations by the end of the day that they would be vaccinating him. Number one- You don't vaccinate sick animals, Number two- You can't vaccinate people's pets without permission. I have NEVER!!! worked at a practice that has such a strict vaccine policy. I understand that it is to protect your staff, but I don't appreciate being spoken to like that especially since I am in the field. Disrespectful. Really left a nasty taste in my mouth. Otherwise the staff was very nice and treated my dog well. He is much better now, thank you.

I love the staff here! They have gone above and beyond for my dogs. Dr. Laura is awesome and caring. This is the first place I have taken my pets where the vets get on the ground and love on the dogs!

Told me everything I already knew for a ultrasound. Only good thing is they do payment plans. Will not be using them again unless I have a choice. Will not ever recommend them!!!! Was quoted 150-165$.. Ended up with 328$ bill!!!. I told the super young vet I DID NOT want bandamine and had some at home and she made me take it anyway! After I said no. She never asked if I wanted it just pretty much told me I was going to take it. I only needed maybe a week of medicine and was given probably a months worth or more. Beyond ridiculous!. And they should not force someone to take a medicine or should not give you biggest bottle they have (900ml). Same vet had seen my mare with my friends when as I was at work, she said my mare couldn't have antibiotics and than decided to give her 900ml which is way way more than needed yesterday. Truly a joke of a place seems they care more about making money than anything.

Aspen Creek has been our Vet for 15 years. They go above and beyond to an extreme, especially in an emergency. A couple years ago, we had a two year old horse step on a nail, almost serving his foot. Within hours the vet came out, with an xray machine, in the pouring rain and probably saved his life. Cats, dogs, one which was hit by a truck and required a new hip, another who swallowed a batter, and horses all have gotten professional, compassionate and very reasonably priced care. If there were 10 stars, they would get it.

So very disappointed in the lack of compassion at this practice. After hitting my precious Aspen's carotid artery and causing him to have a seizure after I called them out for colic, barely 24 hrs later the vet called me feigning concern and immediately after I told her I had just had to euthanize my precious family member of 21 years, she responded by telling me my credit card on file was expired. I cannot even put into words how hurtful it was to realize all they really cared about was getting paid--and apparently paid within 24 hrs of the visit without even an invoice for their mistake that may have started the events in motion that led to my boy's death. I have received way more compassion and care from other area practices who provided only exemplary care after the loss of a pet. It's so very sad to me that getting a couple hundred dollars for a botched call was the ONLY thing that mattered and they couldn't have cared less about me or my Aspen. My deepest regret is having called Aspen Creek rather than Littleton Large where the staff and doctors truly care.

Their prices are reasonable and turnaround (for bloodwork, etc.) is good.

I had a good experience with the staff and the vet(s). Making appointments is really easy, and they have an app for it even (pretty easy). Everyone is nice, and I don't feel particularly rushed when I'm in there. My pets are all handled well, and the girls in the office remember my cat, King Henry, every time he comes in:) I'm happy with the experience, but the price is really painful. They charge almost $50/animal for a "wellness-visit" no matter if you're buying the whole store or not. Some vets I've been to will not charge that fee when they know you're going to be spending a lot on other services and such, or they just charge $25/visit (sometimes for all three). I paid $250 for three dogs (plus heart worm) last year at a vet that I moved too far away to continue seeing. This year I paid almost $500.....wh-what? They split vaccines so you get charged for both....not saying that's a thing they do on purpose, but let's get on board with the vaccines that are combined. Just because I have multiple pets doesn't mean I have a ton of money, and also doesn't mean their care needs to be outrageously expensive. I probably will have to look for a more affordable vet; great care can come at reasonable costs.

Their mobile service is affordable and again - the best care. If they don't know they do their research. Prices are affordable and the service from the receptionists, the vets and the techs are the best experience I have received from veterinary clinics. I would take my cats and dogs there if it weren't so far from where I live - 10 stars!!!

My 5 lb. dog was attacked by a large dog and had severe wounds including 4 broken ribs and a tear so deep that it reached his lung. This happened late on a Saturday evening. We called the ER after hours # and within minutes had a call back and was able to get him in. They did a tremendous amount of life saving work through the night and the following day. We had him home within 48 hours and though he is in pain recovering from his horrific ordeal he is getting better every minute. The vets are skilled, thorough, honest, compassionate and they clearly explain costs and options. They communicated throughout the process so that we always had peace of mind. We also use them for our livestock including: shots, castrations/neuters, disbudding, illness, etc. and they have operated with the same professional service.

When our dog became sick, we were informed that the situation was not an emergency, and given symptoms/ signs to look for that WOULD indicate an emergency situation. This was great to know, and saved us both time and money!Dr. Harland, Dr. Murdock, Dr. Diedrich, and the entire staff have followed up to ensure our dog received the best care possible. Brian even took us on a tour of the facility- which is very impressive. It feels good to know that our animals receive top-notch care, right here in Conifer!!!

We have had great experiences with Aspen Creek and their care for our pets. Their business management, however, is poor. We had a cat in need of medication ($50). They did not have it on hand and so ordered it for us. When they called about the meds we had the sad news that our cat was gone. (Long story) They said they could not refund our money. They did offer to give me the meds anyway. Yeah. For a cat we no longer have! The office mgr. said she could refund half because it was special order. Though I understand that the demise of our cat is not their fault it's not ok for them to take/keep my money for nothing. All businesses plan/budget for things like this. They refused to refund my money so I'm taking the rest of my business else where. Unfortunate.
