I love everything about this practice! They offer a full spectrum of healthcare for your animal. Traditional medicine, alternative medicine. The vets are very caring and very good. The front end staff is very patient, warm, and loving towards you and your animal.  I never feel any pressure when I am in there too spend money on tests.... I guess I am trying to say:  they are willing to work within your budget in the very best way possible for your pet.I have been to other veterinary offices, specifically in Evergreen, CO where there is so much pressure and guilt to run a battery of tests on your animal that drives the price of the visit up high enough to compete with your mortgage payment. This is never the case at Sano. Dr Palimmim and Dr Watson  have mad skills, like an old school vet combined with animal whispere skills, they can help your pet.   The vet techs are very kind and helpful to. I have been taking my cats to see Doc Palmini since he opened up here in 2003. He has literally saved and extended the lives of two of my boys by early detection and treatment of problems before they are life threatening. That is a two way street. We, as pet owners, need to keep up with annual examines and blood work, as needed. His staff is amazing, caring and personable, treating each client and pet with special attention. They even got me over my fear of anesthesia for teeth cleaning! He helps in the community and works with those folks that find themselves in financial trouble but need medical care/surgeries. Great clinic, great staff! I am involved in animal rescue in Aurora. As such, I have to use vet services often, and for a variety of reasons. Doc Palmini sees my rescues whenever anything more than vax are needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient and doesn't "blow smoke" or "run up the bill" like a lot of vets in my area do. He gets to the source and takes care of the animal's needs without requiring a bunch of unnecessary tests. His dedication to the animals extends beyond the typical 9-5 "job." I've heard from numerous people how Dr. Palmini has even been known to make house calls in certain circumstances - that's dedication! I know that he works closely with the Inter-mountain Humane Society, offering his services to homeless animals in need, and that he's been flown to Alaska to work on the sled dogs during the Iditarod race. That's exactly what I want in a doc to whom i'm entrusting lives; a man who's good enough to be requested for Olympic caliber dogs, yet who's humble enough to give back to the homeless fur babies in his community! The staff at Sano is top notch! They really get to know their clients, and every animal/owner I've seen come in and out of the clinic was greeted and treated like family. Our fox terrier came down with a bad ear infection. I called and took her in immediately. We were greeted and cared for as we walked in the door. We love Dr Palmini! The only issue we had was that we couldn't bring him with us to Alaska when we moved. Though he's still made himself available over the phone even though we are no longer in the state. We love this hospital and will always recommend him hands down to anyone along the 285 corridor. Dr. Palming nearly caused our dogs leg to have to be amputated by attempting to do surgery when he was in over his head. It took another vet a month to correct it and save his leg. Do your pets a favor and find another vet. Read Less

Dr. Palmini is deceiving. After lying to my face about our pets, witnessing his employees at the bar drinking and then returning to work, and them calling Animal Control on our family for bringing our pets to him when they needed care I DO NOT trust him or his staff with my animals. I wanted to put this out there for everyone to see because we truly did trust Dr. Palmini for a long time and were appalled by the way he conducted himself to our family. We will be removing our 4 dogs from his practice and seeking care from a more honest vet. Also, a DORA complaint will be filed regarding his employees drinking on the job. We brought this to Dr. Palmini's attention when it happened and he did nothing to solve the problem. I'm warning everyone to reconsider bringing your beloved pets to this doctor. Read Less

I have two cats and two dogs. When one of my cats, igneous, got out and was gone for six weeks they rushed him right in. We got him shots and a checkup. I was terrified of how skinny and unhealthy my cat had become. Sano gave me a meal plan and fantastic advice. Vets period are expensive, I paid what I could upfront and paid the rest off at a later time. It made me focus on my family member instead of finances.
