The service is absolutely exceptional! Exactly what you should expect when taking your animals to the vet. Was looking for a new clinic after my old one was going downhill. Daniel helped me set up an appointment the same day to get both of my dogs in! Was so kind and caring on the phone. Anna was my tech and was so knowledgeable and helpful and seemed like she really cared about my dogs and how my experience was. The atmosphere in the hospital is calming and clean. Anyone looking for a new vet come here! Best place I've been and welcoming, kind-hearted and exceptional service! My doctor was Dr. Van Koot also 10/10 not too pushy on services and was just interested in making sure my dogs were taken care of and all of my questions were answered and then some! So glad I found my forever vet in Denver. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I have taken my dogs to Dr. Tasky for years. She is kind and gentle with her animal patients and their owners. However, it's true, upcharges always seem to be happening. So I can agree on that point. The staff is kind for sure, but not to the lining of my pockets. As you can see below very professional response to a customer who has been going there for years. Apparently the person who wrote the response is assuming I can't afford the care! Hate to see if I had given them a 2 or a 1 star RATING!

My cat loves going there with the fear free certified staff. They always give her whipped cream so she is not even aware of what they are doing. Very over priced and bad service. Definitely keep looking. I brought my cat in for an upper respiratory infection. I paid about 600 dollars. They ran all of these test to tell me she has asthma , but they did nothing to treat the upper respiratory infection. They just gave me steroids to help with the asthma, but nothing for the infection. Fast forward a week later my cats upper respiratory issue is even worse than it was and they want me to pay another 130 for a shot. I was like wait didn't I bring her in for an upper respiratory infection why was that not treated? She said she didn't see any signs. What?.. My cat is sneezing and discharge is coming from the nose and eyes. So essentially I paid these people 600 dollars and my cat is just as sick, and I cant afford the 130. to get her help right now because I blew it on all of these useless tests so they can over charge you. I feel like this is a sales driven veterinary clinic and it shouldn't be like that. This place doesn't deserve our money. Keep looking .

The love for animals is very apparent from the moment you and your pet enter. The Gentle Touch staffs approach to handling the animals is very different from other clinics I have visited. My dog gets super excited to go to the doctor because he knows everyone will take a moment to love on him, he is bound to get a treat or two during the process and the atmosphere is safe and soothing. Our doctor will take extra time if needed with her patients and then she gives the same quality care and time needed for the next patient waiting. Great Job!!

Top notch veterinarians with the best customer service and caring staff I have ever met. I have been to all of the aurora vets and this one by far is my favorite. Everyone is smiling, knowledgeable and treats my furry children as if they are their own. The prices are very fair compared to other vets in the area. My dachshund recently got chomped by a pit bull in the neck and could've easily died from the the experience, but Amanda Fleischman and her expert staff came to the rescue. My furry child in already healing from a bad infection and 4 nasty bite holes in his neck. The doc has been using a cold laser therapy on my dog's muscles and he is almost fully recovered after a little over a week. I am so thankful for everyone here before and after this experience. Hands down, the best.

We adopted a 10+ year old coon hound, Duke, last year and along with bunches of love and a tail that could clear a table, he came complete with big ol' lipoma (fatty tumor) on his side. Gentle Touch tested it and while they likely ruled out cancer, they recommended we get it removed ASAP to prevent it from getting cut/caught on something. Of course, as terrible pet parents, we waited. Of course, as smart, experienced veterinarians, Gentle Touch was right on the money and it ended up blistering open months later. Huge bloody mess, scary for our daughters who love him to death, and not the most financially opportune time. But, Dr. Taskey and the whole team got him taken care of right away. He has been doing amazing ever since, and the entire experience with Gentle Touch from the first 7AM phone call to the discharge and everything in between was as good as we could hope for.

There are several reasons why I take my best friends to Gentle Touch: the wait time is reasonable (and the magazines are great while I wait); the staff is sweet and caring; the office is clean as are the surrounding areas; it is usually easy to get an appointment when I need one. I love that Dr. Tasky takes a cautious approach to treating my dogs, and she really tries to keep things simple and natural as much as possible. This builds my trust in her, and I trust my puppies with her and her staff. You will find cheaper vets. But I believe that you get what you pay for. My dogs are my best friends, and they deserve good care.

'Loved it' really does describe my experience. I have moved around a lot over the last 10 years and this is my favorite vet office. They are all very kind and caring and the office is ran very professionally. Vet visits are very stressful and my cat and I appreciated the short wait time! Dr. Dobkin took care of my dog several years ago when he was sick and he did everything he could for him. He truly loves animals; explained options fully and encourages communication. Also, the place is spotless and no weird smells.

He saved "my life" when my shiba doge was in trouble three times for past year. He is really love his job for my opinion. There weren't waiting time at all. I called them and they always said that they were waiting for me. The office stuff even opened the door for us because I told them by phone that how I feel this is emergency. I had totally different experience with VCA Alameda East Veterinary where all vets talking about money only. Anyway, I want to say that Gentle Touch Animal Hospital is a home for me and my dog Bruno forever now!

It is easy to get in for an appointment and the wait times are minimal. We have been to 4 other vet offices due to moves and their prices are very reasonable!

We had a terrible experience here . Our dog was in an accident and we brought him over. They immediately recommended a very expensive surgery , and told us he might otherwise not walk . The price was $ 4000. but they told us if we wanted to save the money we could probably get it done for half somewhere else . We decided to wait and check around. When talking to other vets they said it was better to wait a week or so and then reevaluate . Well after 2 days our dog started walking and being lively again , and with no surgery now he is doing fine

The service is absolutely exceptional! Exactly what you should expect when taking your animals to the vet. Was looking for a new clinic after my old one was going downhill. Daniel helped me set up an appointment the same day to get both of my dogs in! Was so kind and caring on the phone. Anna was my tech and was so knowledgeable and helpful and seemed like she really cared about my dogs and how my experience was. The atmosphere in the hospital is calming and clean. Anyone looking for a new vet come here! Best place I've been and welcoming, kind-hearted and exceptional service! My doctor was Dr. Van Koot also 10/10 not too pushy on services and was just interested in making sure my dogs were taken care of and all of my questions were answered and then some! So glad I found my forever vet in Denver. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

The staff is kind for sure, but not to the lining of my pockets. As you can see below very professional response to a customer who has been going there for years. Very over priced and bad service. Definitely keep looking. I brought my cat in for an upper respiratory infection. I paid about 600 dollars. They ran all of these test to tell me she has asthma , but they did nothing to treat the upper respiratory infection. They just gave me steroids to help with the asthma, but nothing for the infection. Fast forward a week later my cats upper respiratory issue is even worse than it was and they want me to pay another 130 for a shot. I was like wait didn't I bring her in for an upper respiratory infection why was that not treated? She said she didn't see any signs. What?.. My cat is sneezing and discharge is coming from the nose and eyes. So essentially I paid these people 600 dollars and my cat is just as sick, and I cant afford the 130. to get her help right now because I blew it on all of these useless tests so they can over charge you. I feel like this is a sales driven veterinary clinic and it shouldn't be like that. This place doesn't deserve our money. Keep looking .

The love for animals is very apparent from the moment you and your pet enter. The Gentle Touch staffs approach to handling the animals is very different from other clinics I have visited. My dog gets super excited to go to the doctor because he knows everyone will take a moment to love on him, he is bound to get a treat or two during the process and the atmosphere is safe and soothing. Our doctor will take extra time if needed with her patients and then she gives the same quality care and time needed for the next patient waiting. Great Job!!

Top notch veterinarians with the best customer service and caring staff I have ever met. I have been to all of the aurora vets and this one by far is my favorite. Everyone is smiling, knowledgeable and treats my furry children as if they are their own. The prices are very fair compared to other vets in the area. My dachshund recently got chomped by a pit bull in the neck and could've easily died from the the experience, but Amanda Fleischman and her expert staff came to the rescue. My furry child in already healing from a bad infection and 4 nasty bite holes in his neck. The doc has been using a cold laser therapy on my dog's muscles and he is almost fully recovered after a little over a week. I am so thankful for everyone here before and after this experience. Hands down, the best.

We adopted a 10+ year old coon hound, Duke, last year and along with bunches of love and a tail that could clear a table, he came complete with big ol' lipoma (fatty tumor) on his side. Gentle Touch tested it and while they likely ruled out cancer, they recommended we get it removed ASAP to prevent it from getting cut/caught on something. Of course, as terrible pet parents, we waited. Of course, as smart, experienced veterinarians, Gentle Touch was right on the money and it ended up blistering open months later. Huge bloody mess, scary for our daughters who love him to death, and not the most financially opportune time. But, Dr. Taskey and the whole team got him taken care of right away. He has been doing amazing ever since, and the entire experience with Gentle Touch from the first 7AM phone call to the discharge and everything in between was as good as we could hope for.

There are several reasons why I take my best friends to Gentle Touch: the wait time is reasonable (and the magazines are great while I wait); the staff is sweet and caring; the office is clean as are the surrounding areas; it is usually easy to get an appointment when I need one. I love that Dr. Tasky takes a cautious approach to treating my dogs, and she really tries to keep things simple and natural as much as possible. This builds my trust in her, and I trust my puppies with her and her staff. You will find cheaper vets. But I believe that you get what you pay for. My dogs are my best friends, and they deserve good care.

'Loved it' really does describe my experience. I have moved around a lot over the last 10 years and this is my favorite vet office. They are all very kind and caring and the office is ran very professionally. Vet visits are very stressful and my cat and I appreciated the short wait time! Dr. Dobkin took care of my dog several years ago when he was sick and he did everything he could for him. He truly loves animals; explained options fully and encourages communication. Also, the place is spotless and no weird smells.

He saved "my life" when my shiba doge was in trouble three times for past year. He is really love his job for my opinion. There weren't waiting time at all. I called them and they always said that they were waiting for me. The office stuff even opened the door for us because I told them by phone that how I feel this is emergency. I had totally different experience with VCA Alameda East Veterinary where all vets talking about money only. Anyway, I want to say that Gentle Touch Animal Hospital is a home for me and my dog Bruno forever now!

We had a terrible experience here . Our dog was in an accident and we brought him over. They immediately recommended a very expensive surgery , and told us he might otherwise not walk . The price was $ 4000. but they told us if we wanted to save the money we could probably get it done for half somewhere else . We decided to wait and check around. When talking to other vets they said it was better to wait a week or so and then reevaluate . Well after 2 days our dog started walking and being lively again , and with no surgery now he is doing fine
