I have been going to The Vets animal hospital for over 7 years. My dog was diagnosed with cancer I did the pathology on her and they told me she had the lesser of the two cancers my dog ended up dying because a month and a week after she was diagnosed the cancer came back if they would have removed it and gave me the right pathology on her cancer she may have survived. Recently my new dog had a reaction towards the anesthetic they asked me if there was anything changed in her diet and I said no. My dog has many allergies so her diet doesn't change at all. I think it's sad they rather lose a dog and a customer then to worry about paying a small bill for her due to having to treat her because she had a reaction to the anesthetic. You used to be a five-star place but I guess obviously you don't care about customers enough to keep them in your office. Read Less

This had to be the hardest experience for my Brother & Me as we had to lay our baby Wishes to rest, she had a neurological condition that was slowly taking away her rear leg motor functions so she could barely walk. The staff provided the most professional & caring support while ensuring her passing went flawless. On Friday (12/16/16) we were notifed that Wishes ashes were ready for pick up, along with a mold of her paw while striving not to break down in tears the tech's ensured that I was comforted and consoled me as I departed. I didn't take my dog here. I called to ask some questions, and the lady that answers the phone kept interrupting me, and finally offered me an appointment without even hearing about her symptoms. I tried again to explain my baby's symptoms, again I was interrupted as she sternly told me "I know sir, she still needs to be seen." (How could she "know"? This was a great experience. We went in and were were seen right away. The Dr was great. He loved our puppy. I especially liked that they had a 50% off coupon for first time patients. I have been a "Pet Patient" for almost ten years. I utilize their maintenance plan and with great results. I also can get into the clinic whenever I have a concern that I would like addressed. They have Spayed my dog and operated on her when she had an orthopedic problem with her hind legs. Outcome has been terrific and as time goes by the service is wonderful. Update 1/18/2015: Last August we lost our beloved Nikki dog. Originally, we thought we'd have to bring her in and have her put to sleep, but even in death, she didn't want to go to the vet! She passed away 10 minutes before we would have loaded her up to take her in. And so we carried that precious body to Dr. Sebunya's to entrust him with her earthly remains. They gave us an exam room for as long as we needed it. What a blessing! The kids got to grieve and mourn, laugh and tell stories. At one point, my oldest knew that it was time to cover her up and leave, so we did. What a blessing to have a safe place like that! For this I will always love Dr. Sebunya and his amazing staff!! I have been taking my pets to this vet for the past 18 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and caring. Their prices are very reasonable, and we currently have all four of our pets enrolled in the yearly plan. When we moved to Arvada, we tried another vet closer to our new home. The prices were outrageous and there were so many different folks on staff that no one there recognized us or our pets from visit to visit. Even though the drive is a bit longer now, we are sticking with The Vets. We know we will get the best care for our pets from people who feel like family.Read Less

!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR ANIMAL TO DR. RUGGLES!!! I will never return to this vets office again. I just sat on the phone with Dr. Ruggles for almost 8 minutes with him yelling at me and saying negative things about my animal. We came in for a normal after surgery check up and was treated like trash from the moment he walked into the door not only did he act like my dog was going to eat him he jumped when my dog went to smell his feet scaring my dog and causing him to grawl. He wouldnt come with in 6 feet of my dog while he was just hanging out waiting for the Dr ro do some thing. He didnt look at my dogs incision, mussled him, and sent us on out way. I have never had a "Doctor" actually yell at me to the point i had to tell him to stop and ask him if he was going to listen to me talk. All i simply was trying to tell him was i was dissapointed in the service he provided for us today then he began screaming through the phone cut me off 3 times while trying to explain to him my reason and suggestion. I understand i may have an intimidatingly large dog and he may grawl when he becomes scared which is entirely understandable but if you are going to be a Vetrinarian you DO NOT aproach an animal the way he did to mine today!!!!
