I usually take my cats to the Riverdale location. Absolutely love the staff and doctors there. I only came to the Washington location because it was on a Sunday when my normal vet was closed. I'm sure this place is prompt if you have a real emergency with your pet. However if you schedule a regular appointment with them and it's a non emergency be prepared to wait at least two hours to see a doctor. When I first walked in the door right away they asked me for the $89 fee. Then they put me in the exam room which was freezing cold and smelled very dirty. I waited in there for 90 minutes and nobody came in. I finally went out and asked for my money back and left with my pet. I will not be returning to this location. It's very convenient to have a place like this that is open 24 hours however they should disclose when you make an appointment that is a non-emergency that you could possibly be waiting awhile.

I want to thank the team over at Community Pet Hospital. My Minnie had a bowel obstruction and due to it being News Years Eve many other vets weren't open. They were able to get us in and do her surge...
I want to thank the team over at Community Pet Hospital. My Minnie had a bowel obstruction and due to it being News Years Eve many other vets weren't open. They were able to get us in and do her surgery without hesitation! Everyone was extremely nice and supportive and I can't thank you guys enough!

The community pet hospital is filled with people that genuinely care about the welfare of your animal. They are not after your wallet. The care my best friend received was beyond my expectations. I recently lost my best friend his name is Ranger and he was 15, he was recently diagnosed with cancer.. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to say my goodbyes. They never once rushed the situation. Ranger has been treated by this staff for a while now and I always felt like his best interest was in mind. I will never go anywhere else.

Three years ago, your vet, Dr. Breon, misdiagnosed Booker as having abdominal cancer, and we were moments away from euthanizing him based on Dr. Breon's diagnosis and prognosis. Thank God I trusted my instincts and said, "This isn't right. It doesn't make sense" and took him for a second opinion, where he was correctly diagnosed as having a viral infection--a simple tummy bug. He lived two more happy, healthy, loved years until it was his time to go at age 19. I cannot express how livid I was at the time, knowing that your vet nearly cost Booker his life...and nearly cost us two years of time with him. You cannot imagine my horror when I today received a Happy Birthday email to Booker in my inbox, reminding me of that horrible experience and of our eventual loss. You've proven that your treatment of pets AND families is just inhumane.

My dog loves coming here. They understand she's a very shy gal, so they always get her into an exam room right away. They're always there even when it's the middle of the night and I'm worried about my dog. They don't act like I'm a crazy dog mom - they're always glad to answer anything I have questions about. They're very pro-prevention - vaccines, exams, heartworm prevention, and dental care are their standard care. They really do set the bar high with customer service and being open at all hours when I'm worried and need to call.

Came here only because it was close & convenient. But this place is overpriced based on what they can do. Although they tried to ensure the needs of my dog, they didn't really do what I asked like cleaning his teeth, get him on heart guard until I repeatedly asked them again. Im sure they did the best they could but I didnt feel like they were on my level.

First time there, and it was a decent but not great visit. My puppy was itching horribly when I went in and it was happening for months. They just searched my puppy for fleas, etc, nothing found.I kno...
First time there, and it was a decent but not great visit. My puppy was itching horribly when I went in and it was happening for months. They just searched my puppy for fleas, etc, nothing found.I know it's a hard diagnosis when dogs itch, so they prescribed me some medicated shampoo, and some cephelexin for him, as well as some OTC allergy medicine but I have yet to wait for the results. They told me things I have already researched online and they were the same info, wish they could've told something I didn't know so I didn't have to waste time & money. The vet (Dr. Chris) seem to know what he was talking about- was detailed and sincere.But my vet before I moved here and came to this location was a lot more helpful (western animal clinic) I asked about getting my puppy on heart guardia and they would follow up with me on that. Its been awhile now, and I doubt they'll ever get back. So overall, could have been a better visit. Not planning on coming back.

I usually take my cats to the Riverdale location. Absolutely love the staff and doctors there. I only came to the Washington location because it was on a Sunday when my normal vet was closed. I'm sure this place is prompt if you have a real emergency with your pet. However if you schedule a regular appointment with them and it's a non emergency be prepared to wait at least two hours to see a doctor. I want to thank the team over at Community Pet Hospital. My Minnie had a bowel obstruction and due to it being News Years Eve many other vets weren't open. They were able to get us in and do her surgery without hesitation! Everyone was extremely nice and supportive and I can't thank you guys enough!

The community pet hospital is filled with people that genuinely care about the welfare of your animal. They are not after your wallet. The care my best friend received was beyond my expectations. I recently lost my best friend his name is Ranger and he was 15, he was recently diagnosed with cancer.. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to say my goodbyes. Thank God I trusted my instincts and said, "This isn't right. My dog loves coming here. They understand she's a very shy gal, so they always get her into an exam room right away. They're always there even when it's the middle of the night and I'm worried about my dog. They don't act like I'm a crazy dog mom - they're always glad to answer anything I have questions about. They're very pro-prevention - vaccines, exams, heartworm prevention, and dental care are their standard care. They really do set the bar high with customer service and being open at all hours when I'm worried and need to call.

Im sure they did the best they could but I didnt feel like they were on my level.
