we called about our small breed dog that was swelling around her middle. They opened up room to see us right away. Upon arrival they visited her right away as I was still working on paperwork as we were new to the clinic. The bad news was delivered kindly and with clear caring. We were not pressured but giving a few options, including meds and a treatment plan or helping her out of her suffering. After talking it over we agreed to let our 15 year old dog leave the suffering behind, but wanted a little time to give her great last day. Ashley Hill went out of her way to make our loved Ginger comfortable for that time frame and 2 days later came to my home as requested and very kindly and with love for an animal she barely knew helped my Ginger transition to the next stage of existence, what ever that might be. She introduced herself as Ashley, made us feel comfortable, not judged and almost felt like part of the family going through it with us. We've been taking our cats Rocky and Missy to City Park Animal Hospital for years for vet care. Their services are reasonably priced. Where they really stand out is their care for our pets. They've always been nothing but very caring with our precious little kitties, who have brought us so much joy over the years. When it came time for our beloved Rocky to be put to sleep because of chronic kidney disease, Dr. Hill personally came out to our house to help put him to rest quickly and peaceful. She knew Rocky our Russian Blue very well from over the years and was extremely compassionate and caring with the entire process of putting him to rest. We were very touched by Dr. Hill who even thanked us for having her to our home! We are the ones who were truly honored to have her out, and so grateful for her help. She really helped us through the entire process explained everything and was very understanding - as we were in tears putting our dear old friend to rest. We have brought our dog, Lucky, here multiple times. We have only seen the new vet, a recent graduate from the CSU vet school. She is timid and quiet, but very kind to our dog and very helpful. City Park animal clinic is my new go to vet office! I took my dog Frances in for a toe nail that he ripped off and for some severe seperation anxiety as I got him from the shelter and have only had him for three months. Dr. Hill and her staff were very kind and considerate with both me and my dog and gave him plenty of love and treats while treating his paw. My dog needed surgery. We went through Google calling a checking prices. This place was affordable but more than that; the Doctor herself spoke with me on the phone. She then moved things around to make it happen same day so my dog was out of pain. She treated my dog with respect and love.I recommend this clinic and I am very grateful for their compassion. This vet clinic is absolutely amazing and I would never go anywhere else. They treat my dog so well and are very knowledgable. Dr. Fucci can answer any question you have and the rest of the staff can help with many things as well. They greet my dog by name and truly care about her. The pricing is pretty average for any standard vet office. Initial visit averaged around 80 and following visits around 60. This price is fair and pretty standard. The staff of City Park Animal Clinic are knowledgeable, caring and refreshingly honest. Dr. Frucci puts the needs of his animal patients first, but he will also help to find the most cost-effective treatment route, even when it comes to annual check-ups and inoculations. When the inevitable happens, as it did for my older cat with chronic renal failure, I greatly appreciated Dr. Frucci's kind professionalism and genuine sympathy.
