Love them! They took amazing care of our senior Kitty and even helped us set up a payment plan when it got too pricy. Our kitty is very scared of strangers but warmed right up to her vet and techs. This Is the best vet I have ever been to! They are super nice and answer any questions I have. I have called a couple times to ask questions about my princesses of a kitty's odd behavior and they have always been super helpful even calling the next day to give me websites to look at for more information. Just found Friendship and am very happy with their prices and services.  My new puppy had an abscess on her neck and it was promptly taken care of and the price was much lower than I would have expected.  The front office staff and veterinary staff were very friendly and provided excellent care. We have two dogs that we have been taking to friendship since we brought them home. Our youngest one Oli had to have an oral surgery. She received care from Dr. Cortney and her team. I can tell that these people care a lot and give individualized attention to each animal. Dr. cortney was also more than accommodating when it came to helping me be able to afford the surgery. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly, timely, and caring. In the 5 years that we have been regularly visiting friendship, I have never once had a bad experience or not trusted one of the staff members. We brought our super fearful, 1yo cat to see Dr. Cortney and nurse Lara. They blew us away. Everything was done calmly, from the way they entered the room, to the tone of voice they used, to the way they physically handled our cat. The clinic was incredibly quiet and clean, and the doctor took our concerns seriously and gave us a lot of helpful information. Our cat's emotional well-being was obviously their main priority during the visit, which was really important for us. If you have a pet who is sometimes fearful or aggressive, this is definitely the place for you. I was so nervous for our cat's first appointment at a new vet, but the whole experience blew my expectations out of the water. I'll bring my pets here to see Dr. Cortney as long as I live in foco! This place has kind employees, but is ludicrously expensive, preforming all kinds of unnecessary testing on your pets to hike up the bill. Good luck if you get out of there for under $700, even on a routine visit. This is coming from a woman who would jump in front of a train for her dogs, and would pay anything truly necessary for their well being, but that's not what this business is doing. Save yourself the time and aggravation and find a different place to go. Fort Collins is full of way better options, I now know. I honestly can't believe anyone goes to friendship more than a few times of being overcharged so consistently. I'm done! I've landed at Pet Wellness Center on South College through the recommendations of several people I've met since moving here 1.5 years ago. They are thorough, they listen to you and understand that you know your pets better than they do, and take your suggestions into consideration when devising the treatment plan. They don't do unnecessary testing, treatment or meds to price gouge their customers. I have no affiliation with PWC, and am in no way compensated to promote them. This is just my true experience. I think this is the first negative review I've ever left for any business. I'm a fair and positive person and give people the benefit of the doubt, but after long consideration, this just needed to be shared. What amazing vets. I've never seen such a professional and caring staff. We saw Dr. Higgins. The look of sympathy in the vet's eyes and her understanding blew me away. I trusted them right away . This place was AMAZING! If i could i would give them 10 stars! Doctor Cortney went above and beyond any vet experience I have ever had, she set on the floor with my dog and made her feel safe which is a big deal for me since my dog has massive anxiety issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and was willing to answer any question I had, they explained everything and gave me many options to make my dog as healthy as she could be. Dr. Cross was recommended to us after 5 vets failed to diagnose that our first dog (part chow) had pemphigus. Dr. Cross suspected pemphgus right away. We always have a great experience at Friendship, from our regular visits with Dr. Cortney (love her) to the great care Dr. Cross showed our eldest cat, when she had to have all but 4 of her teeth removed! We adopted a dog that had a fairly serious heart murmer. The vet we were going to was not very helpful and was extremely inconsistent. So we decided to switch vets. After a lot of research we decided to take our dog, Daisy to Friendship Hospital for Animals. Within one week they got her in, decided what had to be done and accomplished it with extremely satisfying results. We saw Dr. Cross. She was so thorough and took such good care of our baby girl.
