They answered all of my questions and provided me with reading materials for things to be aware of. The follow up call the next day to see how my little guy was doing after his vaccinations was very reassuring that the employees at Raintree really care about the well being of your pets. Highly recommend!

I moved back to Fort Collins in 2014. We own dogs, cats, and horses. Found a fabulous equine vet but have struggled to find a small animal vet over a 3 year period. I've tried at least half a dozen and didn't really connect with any of them.
We had an emergency with one of our dogs and tried Raintree because they were close. Despite not being their patient, they got us in immediately and we were happy with the service we received from Dr. Holmes. We ended up having to euthanize the dog (which was expected) and despite not knowing us or our dog, Dr. Holmes was fantastic.
We had another emergency a few weeks ago with one of our young dogs, and despite never having had him at Raintree, the got us in immediately again. And Dr. Holmes is was who we got as a vet again. And again, my experience was great. Dr. Holmes is very honest and takes things one step at a time. She doesn't throw everything at you and once and helps walk you through the decision-making process. I liked that she gave me multiple options but was willing to start out conservatively. She also just "gets it." She seems to be one of those vets that can get an idea for how much you know quickly and subsequently speaks to you on your level, which is what I was looking for. I had an AMAZING vet in Wyoming for the past 12 years who has left big shoes to fill but I think I finally found what I'm looking for in Dr. Holmes.
As for the rest of the staff, they were great. They explained things without over explaining and gave me a price quote before treatment even though I told them the cost didn't matter to me. They were very efficient in all office work, retrieving prescriptions, and retrieving my dog from the back. The vet techs were very kind to my dog and even let me bring my puppy in when it was slow for some exposure training and they were so great to work with. I have zero complaints and Raintree Animal Hospital and I'm happy that I've found a great vet clinic. On top of all that, it's very close to home AND they have weekend hours!

Gave me $150 medication for my dog when I told them I barely had any money to work with as a college student. They refused to give my dog his necessary shots and recommended the medication for his rash instead and that they "could not give him his shots" even after they had agreed to it st the beginning... taking my business elsewhere. They wanted me to come back for another $160 round of shots. Absolutely ridiculous. Took advantage of my knowledge of animals for money!!!

As a brand new patient I was pleased to be able to get an appointment right away. The staff and Doctor were really great. My only complaint was that I was there for more than an hour and sat in the treatment room for about 15 minutes before seeing the Doctor and another 15 minutes while they worked on a treatment plan. It may have been because they got me in that morning.

We started taking our cat to Raintree after her former vet retired. I was so impressed with Dr. Arnold and the rest of the staff! They are friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Arnold's love of animals is so evident, but he also seems like a people person. I appreciate his passion for caring for animals...he is obviously in the right place! I also really appreciate that the staff is up front about the cost of different care options. They don't assume that you will opt in on every treatment, nor do they put you in the uncomfortable position of needing to ask for costs. Definitely recommend this office for your beloved pet!

I thought I would receive bad news... that she had cancer, and they sensed my concern and were very empathetic. Luckily all went well in the end, an excellent visit and just a medication to relieve her symptoms! Yay! I would recommend their staff to family and friends.

We adopted an 8 year old male cat a month ago. He has tummy issues (bad diarrhea) and Dr. Nina and staff have been so helpful and caring. The staff here is amazing, the care over and above what I expected. They make you feel as though you and your pet are the only important people in their busy day. They answer every question no matter how trivial and do not make you feel silly for asking it.
Even in the saddest moment of a pet owners' life, we were treated like family, given ample time to say goodbye, no rush. Follow up with compassionate phone calls and even a lovely condolence card. I cannot recommend these caring people strongly enough.

I have been taking my pets (cat and dog) to Raintree Animal Hospital since 2009 and I have loved it here since the very beginning. The doctors, veterinary technicians, and everyone else on staff has been amazing and have never given my pets anything but exemplary care. They have also been very up front about what our pets need, giving us the best information out there, taking the time to make sure we understood everything going on with our pets, any medications, what to expect... etc. We worked specifically with Dr. Arnold recently with the addition of a puppy to our clan and his care has exceeded our expectations. He and the rest of the staff make us and our pets feel comfortable and cared for. Super professional, but also feels like family. Thanks for taking such good care of our pets!

We have used Dr Arnold specifically for about 6 years now, for 4 pets, for countless procedures/visits, and he has been amazing!! I am very picky about veterinarians because I used to work in the field just as an assistant but for quite a few different doctors, so I know what I'm looking for in a doctor and in a hospital. Seriously after countless visits and maybe one or two non-lead vet technicians over the years that weren't my absolute favorite, which is understandable, this doctor has been nothing short of amazing. And most of the technicians especially the lead or long-term technicians have been incredible. Dr Arnold performed a surgery on our 14 year old dog with heart problem which is very risky and he did an incredible job. He has also performed dental procedures on two of our other pets and has done all of our exams over the years. He sent us to a specialist that was able to take wonderful care of our cat for an ear problem that required surgery as well. One of the marks of a great of doctor is knowing when to send your patient to a specialist so I really appreciate that. I can tell he has amazing animal sense, our pets love him, his knowledge is extensive but he knows when to call in a specialist, and we just completely trust him with truly caring about her pets and only wanted to do what's best for them. He never recommends anything that would put the pets under too much stress and he is even been able to discount certain procedures before to make sure that we were able to do them. I'm not saying he will always be able to adjust prices, but it was certainly appreciated in dire circumstances. They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either and speaking from the other side, it isn't cheap to provide vet care anyway...Dr Arnold in particular (they care all nice but I say request him!) is an amazing guy and an amazing vet and even though we are leaving the area it we might still drive up just to see him for most of our appointments.

One of my dogs got sick the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and my daughter in love recommended Raintree to me and I called them Friday and they were able to fit me in on Friday morning. I found the staff to be amazing and the doctors are also terrific. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Shortly afterwards my littlest dog became ill and I took her in after work one evening and again - they were great. The Vet Assistant was able to get her to eat when I couldn't.
You can tell they really care about the animals that you bring in. I recommend them to anyone if they are looking for a good veterinarian.

We moved to Fort Collins from a different state in July, and were worried over finding a new vet for our senior cat. We saw the great reviews of Raintree, and made the right choice. Whether it's boarding, an appointment or an emergency, we have always had a pleasant experience. My cat has had more health issues this year than usual, but Raintree has helped so much. The front staff is always so polite, friendly and helpful, and all of the techs we have worked with are wonderful. Jaime, especially! We have also worked with two doctors, Dr. Holmes and Dr. Garbino, and both have been wonderful. Our cat can be difficult at the vet to work with, but the staff is always so patient and great with her. I also love having a student discount as a graduate student. Raintree has been great!

The entire staff at Raintree Animal Hospital has taken such great care of our 2 English Bulldogs over the past 4 years. We have seen many different Dr's and have been impressed with the knowledge each and every time. The assistants and front desk take all situations very seriously and are very helpful. We recently lost our 6 year old bulldog to lymphoma after a 4 year battle with an autoimmune disease; the entire staff was very helpful and compassionate throughout this journey. Thank you for all your help, care and knowledge.

A week before my cats had to be boarded, I went into Raintree to get an idea of the the cages they would be set up in during the Thanksgiving week. The area was kept clean, and the cages themselves for the cats were well stocked. The waiting area is spacious and clean. The front staff, and the kennel techs were courteous, friendly, polite and clearly like their jobs. I called to get updated on my cats, and I was given a breakdown on how each cat was doing. Even though it's 20 miles away from where I live, I wouldn't hesitate to take my cats there again.

Even though I moved more than an hour away from Fort Collins, it is worth making the drive to take my cat to Raintree and I imagine it will be difficult to want to take her anywhere else in the future. Dr. Arnold is INCREDIBLE. You can tell he loves each of the animals he sees and truly cares about what is best for my cat. I never feel like "just another patient" when I am there. Dr. Arnold even personally recommended a vet closer to my home in case of emergencies. The nursing staff and the facility is amazing and I will easily recommend this vet to anyone in the Fort Collins area.

At other places when he gets boarded, he doesn't eat much, and get's really stressed out and he doesn't even act right for a day or two when he gets back home. But when he comes home from Raintree, he acts so happy and energetic, and I know it's because they make sure to give him the extra loving attention that he needs!

I never leave reviews, but the experience here is so notable I had to be sure it was shared. Personal attention and care, the staff went above and beyond the average to make sure my kitten who was in renal failure made a recovery. It was obvious how much they truly love the animals, they were so patient and understanding with us through the whole process, helping us get through it as well as our kitten. Handing kleenex when we were emotional, giving us time to visit with our buddy, and giving him the best care while keeping our financial limitations in mind. Every single employee from doctor to administration has pride in what they do, kind dispositions, and professionalism while being personal and supportive. We will never use another clinic and our kitten will hopefully live a long life thanks to them.

Raintree is a truly amazing vet clinic. All of the staff are extremely caring, compassionate, and exceptionally competent. The level of personal interaction, care, and light-hearted fun that I have witnessed and experienced with all team members is rare and refreshing. I can't begin to speak highly enough of Dr. John Arnold specifically, who has been my two dogs primary vet for most of their lives. He and the rest of the staff have been there for me through extremely tough moments, including the passing of one of my 4-legged life-long companions, followed shortly after by a medical emergency for my other canine companion (thank you especially to Dr. Arnold, Dr. Debra Holmes, Jamie, Jess, and Jim during these times). I consider Raintree to be family and not a business. I recently moved, and I can only hope to find a new vet clinic that lives up to the quality and personal care I have been so lucky to experience for such a long time with Raintree. I know this will be a tall order to fill.

This clinic is wonderful. They are so personal and called my husband and I by name during the entire time we were there, they were so friendly toward my dog, gave him lots of treats during the appointment, and the vet even sat on the floor with him during the appointment. He needed meds and they had them ready within 5 minutes after the appt and we were on our way. Student discount + we had a free appt for our first one. Nice new looking location/clean environment. Very enjoyable experience for our first time here!! Even sent a nice hand written thank you with a survey within a few days after our appointment.

Rain tree animal hospital refuses to see my cat with a broken leg and insists I take her somewhere else because "all our appointments are booked for the evening and there's nothing we can do for you". This was the only animal hospital I took my now 18 yr old cat too for the last 5 years and am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at the lack of concern for my animal in an emergency situation. I even begged for 5 minutes of the vets time at a cost of $250 just to get in and was refused. I DO NOT recommend under ANY circumstances that ANYONE bring their beloved animals to this bogus "Animal Hospital". Nothing but money driven, lack empathy and understanding and refuse to help long time customers like myself. Absolutely unacceptable for an animal hospital that's supposedly a certified member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). I will be following up with the AAHA on this matter as well as the Better Business Bureau. ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT LEAVE NONE.

They didn't do any tests on her to determine what was wrong (no blood test or a fecal matter test). The doctor seemed like he didn't know what he was doing... they just gave us stuff to force feed her (cat/dog wet food for protein, and some calcium stuff). Well we called other vets for a second opinion and they basically said that is not right and we should bring her in to them so they can actually run tests. Unfortunately are poor scale baby died before we could take her in a couple days later...

I've been going to Raintree for close to ten years. My rescue dog was extremely stand offish of new people (especially men), but the they are so patient with her and work on her level making her feel comfortable and safe. Over the years she's gotten more and more trusting and adores all the vet techs and Dr. Arnold. I also have a new puppy, and she's getting the same loving attention (even though she just adores it and thinks everyone's her best friend). I doubt they are the cheapest place in town, but having the peace in mind that my pets are being well cared for is well worth it, they've also been very upfront with costs and are always willing to go over the costs beforehand which I very much appreciate!!

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is very friendly and they've gone far beyond what other vets have done for me. They are so caring and amazing. My boy Dez recently had a possible foreign object in his system, which is no surprise as he eats everything, and I can become quite a head-case when Dez is sick. My dog had an obvious eye infection. The vet took one look and said glaucoma and wanted to remove the eye for $1200-1500. She didn't even think antibiotics but gave me a triple antibiotic ointment to keep the eye moist. Fortunately it was a Saturday and they couldn't operate until Monday. By Monday he was 80% better. I went to CSU and they said infection and he is expected to retain EYE and sight with a strict antibiotic treatment. (under $500 total). She also said his sore and swollen wrist could be bone cancer and wanted to xray. That problem went away with anti-inflammatory

Every time I come in the staff is so kind and compassionate! They all remember me and my cat and give grade A treatment! I have and some critical care issues that we handled with care and professionalism. They allowed me to visit while my cat was in care for a few nights. I feel safe and feel my cat is safe when we come in for check ups. I am so grateful for the environment can community they have created. I highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies!

Took my dogger here when his regular vet was out of town. They got me in the next day. The exam room was clean. The examination itself thorough. The charges were very clearly explained before tests were run. The vet and his tech were very very pleasant and tolerated my little tidbit stories about my dog's awesome. All dog owners think theirs is special, I know, but if a clinic gives me even a hint of eye roll ... Suffice to say I was very happy with Raintree.

Brought our cat to this office for the first time for a dental cleaning (we didn't trust our other vet who said we needed it). Upon arrival, the Vet looked at my cat and told me that he didn't need his teeth cleaned right now. On top of that, he did not charge me for the session and gave us free dental treats for my cat to try. It is so refreshing to find such an honest establishment. This is definitely our new vet!!!

I was very pleased with our dog's boarding stay with Raintree. The staff was extremely nice and caring! We have never boarded our dog before so we were very nervous about leaving him. Luckily, we were able to call and find out how he was doing (they even contacted us on one of the days they were closed to let us know how he was doing). The staff definitely went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable (the dog kennels are downstairs and our dog is hesitant with stairs. After his walk, he did not want to go back downstairs so they made room and a bed for him upstairs). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to board their animal with a caring staff.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: We boarded our dog Friday-Monday. We were back in town and ready to pick him up on Monday but couldn't because they were closed for Labor Day (while most places remained open). We had to wait until Tuesday to get our dog and got charged for another night. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Cannot say enough about the people at Raintree. We've been taking our miniature schnauzer, who's had allergy issues since he was adopted, to Raintree ever since. Hey have been phenomenal with my dog and the entire staff is so warm and helpful. Yesterday morning I called, hoping to see Dr Arnold for a limp the dog had developed. The squeezed us in the same day, and they were able to figure out what was wrong, get him all taken care of, and out the door in half an hour. I've referred many of my coworkers to Raintree because of their exemplary attention to detail and passion for what they do, and would recommend them for anyone looking for a great, compassionate, local vet.

My partner and I have been going to Raintree Animal Hospital with our dogs for the past 10 years or so. Yes, they ARE pricey, but you get what you pay for :) Dr. Robinson and Dr. Arnold are simply the BEST. They care about our animals....they don't just see them as little dollar signs. They both actually get down on the floor with the dogs at each visit and love on them and make them comfy before they start the exam. These folks love what they do and it shows. All of the folks at the front desk are amazing as well.......... the vet techs there are beyond GREAT.Be prepared to pay but know that you're getting the very best for your pet.

The follow up call the next day to see how my little guy was doing after his vaccinations was very reassuring that the employees at Raintree really care about the well being of your pets. I moved back to Fort Collins in 2014. We own dogs, cats, and horses. Found a fabulous equine vet but have struggled to find a small animal vet over a 3 year period. I've tried at least half a dozen and didn't really connect with any of them.
We had an emergency with one of our dogs and tried Raintree because they were close. Despite not being their patient, they got us in immediately and we were happy with the service we received from Dr. Holmes. We ended up having to euthanize the dog (which was expected) and despite not knowing us or our dog, Dr. Holmes was fantastic.
We had another emergency a few weeks ago with one of our young dogs, and despite never having had him at Raintree, the got us in immediately again. And Dr. Holmes is was who we got as a vet again. And again, my experience was great. Dr. Holmes is very honest and takes things one step at a time. She doesn't throw everything at you and once and helps walk you through the decision-making process. I liked that she gave me multiple options but was willing to start out conservatively. She also just "gets it." She seems to be one of those vets that can get an idea for how much you know quickly and subsequently speaks to you on your level, which is what I was looking for. I had an AMAZING vet in Wyoming for the past 12 years who has left big shoes to fill but I think I finally found what I'm looking for in Dr. Holmes.
As for the rest of the staff, they were great. They explained things without over explaining and gave me a price quote before treatment even though I told them the cost didn't matter to me. They were very efficient in all office work, retrieving prescriptions, and retrieving my dog from the back. The vet techs were very kind to my dog and even let me bring my puppy in when it was slow for some exposure training and they were so great to work with. I have zero complaints and Raintree Animal Hospital and I'm happy that I've found a great vet clinic. On top of all that, it's very close to home AND they have weekend hours!

They refused to give my dog his necessary shots and recommended the medication for his rash instead and that they "could not give him his shots" even after they had agreed to it st the beginning... taking my business elsewhere. They wanted me to come back for another $160 round of shots. Absolutely ridiculous. Took advantage of my knowledge of animals for money!!!

My only complaint was that I was there for more than an hour and sat in the treatment room for about 15 minutes before seeing the Doctor and another 15 minutes while they worked on a treatment plan. We started taking our cat to Raintree after her former vet retired. I was so impressed with Dr. Arnold and the rest of the staff! They are friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Arnold's love of animals is so evident, but he also seems like a people person. I appreciate his passion for caring for animals...he is obviously in the right place! I also really appreciate that the staff is up front about the cost of different care options. They don't assume that you will opt in on every treatment, nor do they put you in the uncomfortable position of needing to ask for costs. Definitely recommend this office for your beloved pet!

I thought I would receive bad news... that she had cancer, and they sensed my concern and were very empathetic. Luckily all went well in the end, an excellent visit and just a medication to relieve her symptoms! Yay! I would recommend their staff to family and friends.

The staff here is amazing, the care over and above what I expected. They make you feel as though you and your pet are the only important people in their busy day. They answer every question no matter how trivial and do not make you feel silly for asking it.
Even in the saddest moment of a pet owners' life, we were treated like family, given ample time to say goodbye, no rush. Follow up with compassionate phone calls and even a lovely condolence card. I cannot recommend these caring people strongly enough.

I have been taking my pets (cat and dog) to Raintree Animal Hospital since 2009 and I have loved it here since the very beginning. The doctors, veterinary technicians, and everyone else on staff has been amazing and have never given my pets anything but exemplary care. They have also been very up front about what our pets need, giving us the best information out there, taking the time to make sure we understood everything going on with our pets, any medications, what to expect... etc. We worked specifically with Dr. Arnold recently with the addition of a puppy to our clan and his care has exceeded our expectations. He and the rest of the staff make us and our pets feel comfortable and cared for. Super professional, but also feels like family. Thanks for taking such good care of our pets!

We have used Dr Arnold specifically for about 6 years now, for 4 pets, for countless procedures/visits, and he has been amazing!! I am very picky about veterinarians because I used to work in the field just as an assistant but for quite a few different doctors, so I know what I'm looking for in a doctor and in a hospital. Seriously after countless visits and maybe one or two non-lead vet technicians over the years that weren't my absolute favorite, which is understandable, this doctor has been nothing short of amazing. And most of the technicians especially the lead or long-term technicians have been incredible. Dr Arnold performed a surgery on our 14 year old dog with heart problem which is very risky and he did an incredible job. He has also performed dental procedures on two of our other pets and has done all of our exams over the years. He sent us to a specialist that was able to take wonderful care of our cat for an ear problem that required surgery as well. One of the marks of a great of doctor is knowing when to send your patient to a specialist so I really appreciate that. I can tell he has amazing animal sense, our pets love him, his knowledge is extensive but he knows when to call in a specialist, and we just completely trust him with truly caring about her pets and only wanted to do what's best for them. He never recommends anything that would put the pets under too much stress and he is even been able to discount certain procedures before to make sure that we were able to do them. I'm not saying he will always be able to adjust prices, but it was certainly appreciated in dire circumstances. They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either and speaking from the other side, it isn't cheap to provide vet care anyway...Dr Arnold in particular (they care all nice but I say request him!) is an amazing guy and an amazing vet and even though we are leaving the area it we might still drive up just to see him for most of our appointments.

One of my dogs got sick the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and my daughter in love recommended Raintree to me and I called them Friday and they were able to fit me in on Friday morning. I found the staff to be amazing and the doctors are also terrific. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Shortly afterwards my littlest dog became ill and I took her in after work one evening and again - they were great. The Vet Assistant was able to get her to eat when I couldn't.
You can tell they really care about the animals that you bring in. I recommend them to anyone if they are looking for a good veterinarian.

We moved to Fort Collins from a different state in July, and were worried over finding a new vet for our senior cat. We saw the great reviews of Raintree, and made the right choice. Whether it's boarding, an appointment or an emergency, we have always had a pleasant experience. My cat has had more health issues this year than usual, but Raintree has helped so much. The front staff is always so polite, friendly and helpful, and all of the techs we have worked with are wonderful. Jaime, especially! We have also worked with two doctors, Dr. Holmes and Dr. Garbino, and both have been wonderful. Our cat can be difficult at the vet to work with, but the staff is always so patient and great with her. I also love having a student discount as a graduate student. Raintree has been great!

The entire staff at Raintree Animal Hospital has taken such great care of our 2 English Bulldogs over the past 4 years. We have seen many different Dr's and have been impressed with the knowledge each and every time. The assistants and front desk take all situations very seriously and are very helpful. We recently lost our 6 year old bulldog to lymphoma after a 4 year battle with an autoimmune disease; the entire staff was very helpful and compassionate throughout this journey. A week before my cats had to be boarded, I went into Raintree to get an idea of the the cages they would be set up in during the Thanksgiving week. The area was kept clean, and the cages themselves for the cats were well stocked. The waiting area is spacious and clean. The front staff, and the kennel techs were courteous, friendly, polite and clearly like their jobs. I called to get updated on my cats, and I was given a breakdown on how each cat was doing. Even though it's 20 miles away from where I live, I wouldn't hesitate to take my cats there again.

Even though I moved more than an hour away from Fort Collins, it is worth making the drive to take my cat to Raintree and I imagine it will be difficult to want to take her anywhere else in the future. Dr. Arnold is INCREDIBLE. You can tell he loves each of the animals he sees and truly cares about what is best for my cat. I never feel like "just another patient" when I am there. Dr. Arnold even personally recommended a vet closer to my home in case of emergencies. The nursing staff and the facility is amazing and I will easily recommend this vet to anyone in the Fort Collins area.

I don't have experience with their veterinary services, but I love boarding my dog here. At other places when he gets boarded, he doesn't eat much, and get's really stressed out and he doesn't even act right for a day or two when he gets back home. But when he comes home from Raintree, he acts so happy and energetic, and I know it's because they make sure to give him the extra loving attention that he needs!

I never leave reviews, but the experience here is so notable I had to be sure it was shared. Personal attention and care, the staff went above and beyond the average to make sure my kitten who was in renal failure made a recovery. It was obvious how much they truly love the animals, they were so patient and understanding with us through the whole process, helping us get through it as well as our kitten. Handing kleenex when we were emotional, giving us time to visit with our buddy, and giving him the best care while keeping our financial limitations in mind. Every single employee from doctor to administration has pride in what they do, kind dispositions, and professionalism while being personal and supportive. We will never use another clinic and our kitten will hopefully live a long life thanks to them.

Raintree is a truly amazing vet clinic. All of the staff are extremely caring, compassionate, and exceptionally competent. The level of personal interaction, care, and light-hearted fun that I have witnessed and experienced with all team members is rare and refreshing. I can't begin to speak highly enough of Dr. John Arnold specifically, who has been my two dogs primary vet for most of their lives. He and the rest of the staff have been there for me through extremely tough moments, including the passing of one of my 4-legged life-long companions, followed shortly after by a medical emergency for my other canine companion (thank you especially to Dr. Arnold, Dr. Debra Holmes, Jamie, Jess, and Jim during these times). I consider Raintree to be family and not a business. I recently moved, and I can only hope to find a new vet clinic that lives up to the quality and personal care I have been so lucky to experience for such a long time with Raintree. I know this will be a tall order to fill.

This clinic is wonderful. They are so personal and called my husband and I by name during the entire time we were there, they were so friendly toward my dog, gave him lots of treats during the appointment, and the vet even sat on the floor with him during the appointment. He needed meds and they had them ready within 5 minutes after the appt and we were on our way. Student discount + we had a free appt for our first one. Nice new looking location/clean environment. Very enjoyable experience for our first time here!! Even sent a nice hand written thank you with a survey within a few days after our appointment.

DO NOT GO TO RAINTREE ANIMAL HOSPITAL... Rain tree animal hospital refuses to see my cat with a broken leg and insists I take her somewhere else because "all our appointments are booked for the evening and there's nothing we can do for you". This was the only animal hospital I took my now 18 yr old cat too for the last 5 years and am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at the lack of concern for my animal in an emergency situation. I even begged for 5 minutes of the vets time at a cost of $250 just to get in and was refused. I DO NOT recommend under ANY circumstances that ANYONE bring their beloved animals to this bogus "Animal Hospital". Nothing but money driven, lack empathy and understanding and refuse to help long time customers like myself. Absolutely unacceptable for an animal hospital that's supposedly a certified member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). I will be following up with the AAHA on this matter as well as the Better Business Bureau. ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT LEAVE NONE.

DO NOT TAKE EXOTIC PETS HERE!!! Took my bearded dragon there when she was sick. She was very healthy but suddenly stopped eating. They didn't do any tests on her to determine what was wrong (no blood test or a fecal matter test). The doctor seemed like he didn't know what he was doing... they just gave us stuff to force feed her (cat/dog wet food for protein, and some calcium stuff). Well we called other vets for a second opinion and they basically said that is not right and we should bring her in to them so they can actually run tests. Unfortunately are poor scale baby died before we could take her in a couple days later...

I've been going to Raintree for close to ten years. My rescue dog was extremely stand offish of new people (especially men), but the they are so patient with her and work on her level making her feel comfortable and safe. Over the years she's gotten more and more trusting and adores all the vet techs and Dr. Arnold. I also have a new puppy, and she's getting the same loving attention (even though she just adores it and thinks everyone's her best friend). I doubt they are the cheapest place in town, but having the peace in mind that my pets are being well cared for is well worth it, they've also been very upfront with costs and are always willing to go over the costs beforehand which I very much appreciate!!

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is very friendly and they've gone far beyond what other vets have done for me. They are so caring and amazing. My boy Dez recently had a possible foreign object in his system, which is no surprise as he eats everything, and I can become quite a head-case when Dez is sick. They texted with me even after hours to check on him and Dr. Robinson came in early to see him...they truly care!

My dog had an obvious eye infection. The vet took one look and said glaucoma and wanted to remove the eye for $1200-1500. She didn't even think antibiotics but gave me a triple antibiotic ointment to keep the eye moist. Fortunately it was a Saturday and they couldn't operate until Monday. By Monday he was 80% better. I went to CSU and they said infection and he is expected to retain EYE and sight with a strict antibiotic treatment. (under $500 total). She also said his sore and swollen wrist could be bone cancer and wanted to xray. That problem went away with anti-inflammatory

I have and some critical care issues that we handled with care and professionalism. They allowed me to visit while my cat was in care for a few nights. I feel safe and feel my cat is safe when we come in for check ups. I am so grateful for the environment can community they have created. I highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies!

The charges were very clearly explained before tests were run. The vet and his tech were very very pleasant and tolerated my little tidbit stories about my dog's awesome. All dog owners think theirs is special, I know, but if a clinic gives me even a hint of eye roll ... Suffice to say I was very happy with Raintree.

Brought our cat to this office for the first time for a dental cleaning (we didn't trust our other vet who said we needed it). Upon arrival, the Vet looked at my cat and told me that he didn't need his teeth cleaned right now. On top of that, he did not charge me for the session and gave us free dental treats for my cat to try. It is so refreshing to find such an honest establishment. This is definitely our new vet!!!

I was very pleased with our dog's boarding stay with Raintree. The staff was extremely nice and caring! We have never boarded our dog before so we were very nervous about leaving him. Luckily, we were able to call and find out how he was doing (they even contacted us on one of the days they were closed to let us know how he was doing). The staff definitely went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable (the dog kennels are downstairs and our dog is hesitant with stairs. After his walk, he did not want to go back downstairs so they made room and a bed for him upstairs). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to board their animal with a caring staff.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: We boarded our dog Friday-Monday. We were back in town and ready to pick him up on Monday but couldn't because they were closed for Labor Day (while most places remained open). We had to wait until Tuesday to get our dog and got charged for another night. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Cannot say enough about the people at Raintree. We've been taking our miniature schnauzer, who's had allergy issues since he was adopted, to Raintree ever since. Hey have been phenomenal with my dog and the entire staff is so warm and helpful. Yesterday morning I called, hoping to see Dr Arnold for a limp the dog had developed. The squeezed us in the same day, and they were able to figure out what was wrong, get him all taken care of, and out the door in half an hour. I've referred many of my coworkers to Raintree because of their exemplary attention to detail and passion for what they do, and would recommend them for anyone looking for a great, compassionate, local vet.

My partner and I have been going to Raintree Animal Hospital with our dogs for the past 10 years or so. Yes, they ARE pricey, but you get what you pay for :) Dr. Robinson and Dr. Arnold are simply the BEST. They care about our animals....they don't just see them as little dollar signs. They both actually get down on the floor with the dogs at each visit and love on them and make them comfy before they start the exam. These folks love what they do and it shows. All of the folks at the front desk are amazing as well.......... the vet techs there are beyond GREAT.Be prepared to pay but know that you're getting the very best for your pet.
