Dr Rowe and his staff have provided care for my labrador retriever, Waterbug, for the past five years. It should be obvious from the other reviews that Tim is an excellent veterinarian and supported by a great staff including Nicky. I’ve also heard similar things from other veterinary professionals in the Fort Collins area.
It’s also important to know that Tim and his staff are extremely supportive when the family pet isn’t feeling well. They don’t just care about the pet, but also the pet’s owners.

We have had a great experience with Timberline Animal Hospital. Their prices are reasonable, they are well-organized, timely, and the staff have all been very friendly. Dr. Rowe is clearly an animal lover and treats both of our pups (each with their own quirks) with such kindness and care. He is also hilarious, which always puts us at ease, and makes our vet visits enjoyable.

I love this vet office! Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially when I have to bring my toddler with me to an appointment. They are thorough and quick in their diagnosis when something's wrong, and informative at the checkups. The new office has a great waiting room with Dividing Walls and has never been too crowded for comfort. They offer Refreshments for the humans and treats for the pets. My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet now! :-)

He answered all of our questions fully- not brushing them off like vets we've worked with in the past. He treated our two dogs separately in order to give them both his full attention, which I loved. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowe and the Timberline Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet. My cat is very anxious and difficult in new situations, and the staff took extra time and care to make me and my cat more comfortable.
Dr. Rowe is personable and has a deep love for animals (which is evident in the care of the entire clinic). They were able to answer all my questions, help me with multiple long term options and called me to check in after our visit.
I am so thankful for my experience here and would recommend it to anyone who is wants a safe, loving, highly capable vet.

One of the most difficult challenges a pet owner can face is the process of importing pets into New Zealand. New Zealand has the most stringent regulations concerning vaccinations, documentation, and the timing of veterinary exams prior to transport to New Zealand. This was a challenge my partner and I faced the past two or three months. Thankfully, Dr. Rowe and his staff (Thank you Nicky and Megan!) worked very closely with us to ensure our pets met the very high standards the Ministry of Primary Industries in New Zealand places on importing pets. I am so, so happy that I chose Dr. Rowe and Timberline Animal Hospital as my veterinarian! I only wish their offices were moving to New Zealand too, so I would be assured my pets received the same attention and care as they have in Fort Collins.

Dr. Rowe is a great vet, has great staff, and a very nice clinic. Firstly, he is very easy to talk to, and makes sure that you understand his reasoning for decisions and what those decisions mean very clearly. He is quite friendly and he made sure to ask my boyfriend if he had any concerns with our cat's health (as I am a vet student and tend to steamroll veterinary medicine conversations) - Dr. Rowe wanted to make sure my boyfriend has no residual questions either. In addition, he took the time to demonstrate how to do some simple home care, and sent us with a cat toothbrush and sample toothpaste (which is awesome!). Both of our appointments were prompt, but we didn't feel rushed or that there were any lingering concerns. Our cat's initial concern was dealt with easily, and started with the least invasive and lowest cost therapy (and we would only go further with treatment if that initial treatment did not work). Their prices, from what I have seen, are very fair. His staff is very nice - welcoming and friendly. He has great facilities, where my only concern is their small lobby size, which I heard is supposed to be expanded. Lastly, my cat was restrained using low-stress techniques, which I find to be very important. She was still naughty, but was more at ease than one would expect from a cat.

Dr Rowe and his staff are awesome. We had recently changed to his practice as Dr.Jim Sanden our vet for the last 18 years retired. Our dogs Cirrus and Moondance are our babies (as our kids are all grown up) so we want them to have the best care possible. Moondance is somewhat shy as we rescued him 2 years ago and he was abused by his/her previous owner. Cirrus our rescued Lab is very laid back but gets somewhat excitable when he goes to the vet. Dr. Rowe sits on the floor and kisses Moondance on his head and Moondance actually seemed to enjoy his visit..He has a lot of patience and explains everything. The appointments are easy to get and they run on time... and the auxillary staff are great as well. 5 star definitely

We were thrilled to learn Dr. Rowe was opening his own facility, and nearby too! Together with his staff Dr. Rowe always take his time during every visit to explain what's happening and answer any questions. They are so friendly with our dog Kody, and helped to identify/manage when his seizures began. Dr. Rowe recently did a great job with a dental cleaning and tooth caps when Kody decided hard toys were the next best way to secure a Timberline Animal Hospital visit. I use to work next to Dr. Rowes veterinary hospital, and figured it would just be convenient to take my puppies there, well I learned fast enough it was the best place to take my puppies! He and the staff truly care about every animal that comes in! My parents have used the same vet for over a decade, but a new puppy of theirs got a horrible fever and I suggest Dr. Rowe, not only was he cheaper but he got my family and their dog in without question and was truly concerned for the dog and gave the best care you could imagine to their dog!They have always been there for you and your furry kid and truly care!! If your looking for a place this is it! I recently moved back to cali and called to get my puppies records emailed to me and Dr. Rowe answered and remembered who I and my puppies were and personally sent the records to me! I am truly sad that we have to find a new vet, but know any pet that goes and sees this pet clinic will truly be happy!! I know my parents have changed vets just due to the fact they care, are fast and are affordable!! :-)

After taking my dog to Timberline Animal Hospital today, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rowe and his staff! Once I heard he was opening up his own practice, I immediately switched my dog, Roxy, over to his clinic. Dr. Rowe has been seeing Roxy (who is now 6 years old) since she was 8 weeks and every time she goes to the vet, she gets SO excited because she gets to see Dr. Rowe. I don't know too many pets that look forward to going to the vet but Roxy certainly does, all because of Dr. Rowe. Dr. Rowe's passion for veterinary care and his patients truly shows by the warm atmosphere in the clinic and by the staff that works there. Timberline Animal Hospital has different monthly packages for pets and Dr. Rowe will honestly recommend the best plan for you and your furry pet. Dr. Rowe is also a superhero in the Fort Collins community. He has assisted Animal House Rescue & Grooming, a local no-kill dog rescue, with dental cleanings for a few of their shelter dogs who truly needed the cleaning so they can continue to eat and drink...and of course, find a forever home. Taking your pet to the vet shouldn't just be a "trip to vet"; it should be an experience for you and your pet. Dr. Rowe will make sure every patient has a good experience so they are as happy as Roxy when they return! Four paws up for Dr. Rowe and Timberline Animal Hospital!

Dr. Rowe is an extremely compassionate vet that clearly cares a great deal for his patients. I have a kitty I adopted knowing he had a heart condition, and Dr. Rowe has been his vet since day 1 and has always impressed me with his depth of knowledge and caring for my sweet boy. I have seen some other vets in the past that made me feel like my animals were big business and nothing more - pushing all of the upgrades and add-ons and what not they can, and making me feel like a bad pet owner if I don't do them. Dr. Rowe is completely the opposite - he gives you all of your options, tells you what his opinions are about what is necessary and what is not, and let's you decide what is best for your family with no pressure or judgement. Truly an amazing vet.

Dr. Rowe is without a doubt the best vet that has ever lived. My little girl has a rare heart condition that Dr. Rowe is not only knowledgable on, but comfortable treating it. His optimism and knowledge is unbelievably comforting. I first met him when I went though the unfortunate situation of losing my golden retrieve to cancer. He and his team diligently performed surgery and compassionately treated him until the end of his life. For that, I'm eternally grateful and will only work with Dr. Rowe. He is the best of the best and I can't stress that enough.

Dr Rowe and his staff have provided care for my labrador retriever, Waterbug, for the past five years. It should be obvious from the other reviews that Tim is an excellent veterinarian and supported by a great staff including Nicky. I’ve also heard similar things from other veterinary professionals in the Fort Collins area.
It’s also important to know that Tim and his staff are extremely supportive when the family pet isn’t feeling well. They don’t just care about the pet, but also the pet’s owners.

We have had a great experience with Timberline Animal Hospital. Their prices are reasonable, they are well-organized, timely, and the staff have all been very friendly. Dr. Rowe is clearly an animal lover and treats both of our pups (each with their own quirks) with such kindness and care. I love this vet office! Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially when I have to bring my toddler with me to an appointment. They are thorough and quick in their diagnosis when something's wrong, and informative at the checkups. The new office has a great waiting room with Dividing Walls and has never been too crowded for comfort. They offer Refreshments for the humans and treats for the pets. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowe and the Timberline Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet. My cat is very anxious and difficult in new situations, and the staff took extra time and care to make me and my cat more comfortable.
Dr. Rowe is personable and has a deep love for animals (which is evident in the care of the entire clinic). They were able to answer all my questions, help me with multiple long term options and called me to check in after our visit.
I am so thankful for my experience here and would recommend it to anyone who is wants a safe, loving, highly capable vet.

One of the most difficult challenges a pet owner can face is the process of importing pets into New Zealand. New Zealand has the most stringent regulations concerning vaccinations, documentation, and the timing of veterinary exams prior to transport to New Zealand. This was a challenge my partner and I faced the past two or three months. Thankfully, Dr. Rowe and his staff (Thank you Nicky and Megan!) worked very closely with us to ensure our pets met the very high standards the Ministry of Primary Industries in New Zealand places on importing pets. I am so, so happy that I chose Dr. Rowe and Timberline Animal Hospital as my veterinarian! I only wish their offices were moving to New Zealand too, so I would be assured my pets received the same attention and care as they have in Fort Collins.

Dr. Rowe is a great vet, has great staff, and a very nice clinic. Firstly, he is very easy to talk to, and makes sure that you understand his reasoning for decisions and what those decisions mean very clearly. He is quite friendly and he made sure to ask my boyfriend if he had any concerns with our cat's health (as I am a vet student and tend to steamroll veterinary medicine conversations) - Dr. Rowe wanted to make sure my boyfriend has no residual questions either. In addition, he took the time to demonstrate how to do some simple home care, and sent us with a cat toothbrush and sample toothpaste (which is awesome!). Both of our appointments were prompt, but we didn't feel rushed or that there were any lingering concerns. Our cat's initial concern was dealt with easily, and started with the least invasive and lowest cost therapy (and we would only go further with treatment if that initial treatment did not work). Their prices, from what I have seen, are very fair. His staff is very nice - welcoming and friendly. He has great facilities, where my only concern is their small lobby size, which I heard is supposed to be expanded. Lastly, my cat was restrained using low-stress techniques, which I find to be very important. She was still naughty, but was more at ease than one would expect from a cat.

Dr Rowe and his staff are awesome. We had recently changed to his practice as Dr.Jim Sanden our vet for the last 18 years retired. Our dogs Cirrus and Moondance are our babies (as our kids are all grown up) so we want them to have the best care possible. Moondance is somewhat shy as we rescued him 2 years ago and he was abused by his/her previous owner. Cirrus our rescued Lab is very laid back but gets somewhat excitable when he goes to the vet. Dr. Rowe sits on the floor and kisses Moondance on his head and Moondance actually seemed to enjoy his visit..He has a lot of patience and explains everything. The appointments are easy to get and they run on time... and the auxillary staff are great as well. 5 star definitely

We were thrilled to learn Dr. Rowe was opening his own facility, and nearby too! Together with his staff Dr. Rowe always take his time during every visit to explain what's happening and answer any questions. They are so friendly with our dog Kody, and helped to identify/manage when his seizures began. Dr. Rowe recently did a great job with a dental cleaning and tooth caps when Kody decided hard toys were the next best way to secure a Timberline Animal Hospital visit. I use to work next to Dr. Rowes veterinary hospital, and figured it would just be convenient to take my puppies there, well I learned fast enough it was the best place to take my puppies! He and the staff truly care about every animal that comes in! My parents have used the same vet for over a decade, but a new puppy of theirs got a horrible fever and I suggest Dr. Rowe, not only was he cheaper but he got my family and their dog in without question and was truly concerned for the dog and gave the best care you could imagine to their dog!They have always been there for you and your furry kid and truly care!! If your looking for a place this is it! I recently moved back to cali and called to get my puppies records emailed to me and Dr. Rowe answered and remembered who I and my puppies were and personally sent the records to me! I am truly sad that we have to find a new vet, but know any pet that goes and sees this pet clinic will truly be happy!! I know my parents have changed vets just due to the fact they care, are fast and are affordable!! :-)

After taking my dog to Timberline Animal Hospital today, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rowe and his staff! Once I heard he was opening up his own practice, I immediately switched my dog, Roxy, over to his clinic. Dr. Rowe has been seeing Roxy (who is now 6 years old) since she was 8 weeks and every time she goes to the vet, she gets SO excited because she gets to see Dr. Rowe. I don't know too many pets that look forward to going to the vet but Roxy certainly does, all because of Dr. Rowe. Dr. Rowe's passion for veterinary care and his patients truly shows by the warm atmosphere in the clinic and by the staff that works there. Timberline Animal Hospital has different monthly packages for pets and Dr. Rowe will honestly recommend the best plan for you and your furry pet. Dr. Rowe is also a superhero in the Fort Collins community. He has assisted Animal House Rescue & Grooming, a local no-kill dog rescue, with dental cleanings for a few of their shelter dogs who truly needed the cleaning so they can continue to eat and drink...and of course, find a forever home. Taking your pet to the vet shouldn't just be a "trip to vet"; it should be an experience for you and your pet. Dr. Rowe will make sure every patient has a good experience so they are as happy as Roxy when they return! Four paws up for Dr. Rowe and Timberline Animal Hospital!

Dr. Rowe is an extremely compassionate vet that clearly cares a great deal for his patients. I have a kitty I adopted knowing he had a heart condition, and Dr. Rowe has been his vet since day 1 and has always impressed me with his depth of knowledge and caring for my sweet boy. I have seen some other vets in the past that made me feel like my animals were big business and nothing more - pushing all of the upgrades and add-ons and what not they can, and making me feel like a bad pet owner if I don't do them. Dr. Rowe is completely the opposite - he gives you all of your options, tells you what his opinions are about what is necessary and what is not, and let's you decide what is best for your family with no pressure or judgement. Truly an amazing vet.

Dr. Rowe is without a doubt the best vet that has ever lived. My little girl has a rare heart condition that Dr. Rowe is not only knowledgable on, but comfortable treating it. His optimism and knowledge is unbelievably comforting. I first met him when I went though the unfortunate situation of losing my golden retrieve to cancer. He and his team diligently performed surgery and compassionately treated him until the end of his life. For that, I'm eternally grateful and will only work with Dr. Rowe. He is the best of the best and I can't stress that enough.
